Eventually when I came at the day and time of appointment, brough the new rims and set of winter tires on old rims, that woman (reseptionist) said that it's double job for them. I said back to her that she and her fellow worker were told twice what I need to be on the same page and they confirmed at that time that they got it. Very dissapointed. Right away I came to the next door auto service and they did everything I needed within 20 minutes for $150 which is a very disent price for that. Will never consider this shop to get the service.

We were having misfires & carboning of the valves & head area which is systematic of all Direct injection motors. After an exhaustive search in the interior of the province we decided to confer with shops on the coast. Levi had the service done on time and a few other assorted house keeping items. The four hour trip back home was delightful the car ran EXCEPTIONALLY WELL. We will be back there IF we should ever need their services again as this type of PROFESSIONAL SERVICE seems to have disappeared else where. THANK YOU Levi & TEAM. Best Regards. Don P.

Upon arrival, you are greeted by a clean bright if not spartan reception area with sharp looking employees who seem competent, caring and happy to be there at 8:30am. The engine began to smoke, and the car started jerking. Additionally, I was informed that I had to pay $50 for the car inspection. The inspection was conducted unprofessionally. Important checks, such as measuring the oil level and diagnosing the check engine code, were not performed. A very critical issue causing the oil leak was not identified, but there were notes about minor issues instead. For example, I was advised to replace perfectly functional windshield wipers. In total, the repair estimate was $7,500. The prices were inflated. My car is old and, at best, worth half that amount.
