So naturally when I heard about this casual spot in the Valley View Mall serving these and other Signature Drinks and Akai Bowls I immediately planed a trip to the Mall to try it out. This very unique establishment located in the Food Court of the Valley View Mall in a location behind a large window counter near the Barnes and Nobles Bookstore and Food Court tables and chairs, is one of the businesses in the Mall that is continously full with people of all ages: families, friends, and others, wanting to enjoy some quality time together, enjoying a special treat and drink. When I arrived at the place I examined the menu located above the wall in bright menu displays. A young lady employee greeted me with a smile and took my order. I ordered an Iced Thai Bubble Tea with Boba and some Ohio Crepes with Peanut Butter, Nutella, Banana, and Crushed Cookies. Both items were very fresh and delicious. As I enjoyed eating and savoring the Crepes at one of the tables in the Food Court area of the Mall, I observed many other people passing by this business and ordering especially Smoothies and Specialty Drinks. I highly recommend this place whenever you want to enjoy a special Crepes treat and freshen up with a cool glass of a Smoothie or Specialty Drink.

Not sure what to make of that, but evaluating this place on its own merits it does have some quality. I ordered on a kiosk and there was a screen with names of people who ordered and wait times and because the place was busy I thought I might have to wait longer. Instead, they were faster than expected, despite the fact that I ordered something with customization. They offer an extra large tea size, and it is the kind of thing you'd expect Morgan Spurlock to be drinking. I can't imagine wanting that much fruit tea in one setting, but it kept fine in the fridge and I drank half of it and finished the fruit the next day. Getting lychee-flavored jelly was, as is usually the case, a good decision. This is not a place that offers food, though there are other options nearby. While 80 isn't all that hot for the South, it's gonna be hotter inside, especially with all the equipment giving off heat. And it was. Turn the AC on! Along with letting in the heat and road dust from the busy street only a few feet away, warmer weather also brings bugs. A place with lots of sweet stuff is gonna attract flies, bees, and wasps. And no AC is a shitty way to treat your employees. The next thing I noticed walking in was the excessively loud music. I had to raise my voice just to place my order! Again, not great for your employees to be assaulted by noise while trying to work and help customers. There were a few customers ahead of me but I still think 15 minutes is too long for a drink with 3 ingredients. There were 3 people working there. It was also not competitive in price with other places in Greensboro. There are a lot of other boba places to choose from. I will pick another one next time.
