I went in regarding my health. I felt something was off and DR. SARA was so professional and efficient to figure out what was going on! I did the necessary testing and got on a nutritional regimen that HAS BEEN WORKING BEAUTIFULLY! It has only been a week and honestly, I have noticed such positive changes in my body! She is great at checking in with you and is always willing to be of help with any questions! DR. SARA takes the time to listen to your concerns and explanations. She is so patient and is VERY KNOWLEDGABLE! I felt 100% comfortable with sharing all my personal body information and knew I was in good hands! I am so thankful for DR. SARA and happy with my results! I 100000000% will be coming back again and again for HER!! She is truly AMAZING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. SARA!!!!!

I've had a consistently excellent experience at Optimal Health and wellness and would highly…read morerecommend it to anyone looking for a professional, elevated wellness service. From the moment you walk in, the environment is impeccably clean, calm, and thoughtfully designed--it strikes the perfect balance between medical office and a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to explain each treatment in a way that feels both informative and reassuring. I typically come in for B12 shots, (I recommend the Honey Badger) , and the process is quick, seamless, and handled with great care. Efficiency, level of professionalism, and attention to detail is what you receive throughout the entire visit. I've personally noticed a meaningful improvement in my energy levels and overall sense of well-being following my treatments. Equally important, I feel completely confident in the safety and quality of care provided here. Scheduling is easy. You can call or check the schedule online. Appointments run on time, and every interaction reflects a high standard of service. NOTE: Parking is free for the first 90 minutes, but keep in mind the day and time you go can make it a challenge to find parking. Give yourself time. You park in the same lot with A LOT of restaurants. You need the code to get into the office building. No appointments passed 5pm and not Saturdays. I will absolutely continue coming back.

Huntington Health - This is the coloring book the staff stole from me. It was very sentimental for me. They also stole my Crayola washable markers.

The compassion Hamlet showed and the way he went about what he had to do was extremely appreciated by me as he was very calm, reassuring and gentle in the manner he took care of both of us sharing the same hospital room. Thank you Hamlet

You're provided with a Medela Symphony which for pumps, is best in class. The NICU had mostly wonderful loving souls, really after weeks of visiting NICU shift after shift, only 1 of over a dozen nurses we met didn't seem to be sincere. The rest were just angels on earth caring for at risk babies. The food actually wasn't as bad as usual at hospitals you just have to navigate carefully LOL. All in all, I felt the maternity ward and NICU was warm and friendly. It was easy to park and go in and out of the hospital. Now the bill. It's exorbitant. I think 2 weeks of NICU was $479,000 LMAO I mean they have to just make this stuff up. Like there's a bowl of really horrible numbers and that's the one that got picked for me. I cannot fathom how someone without insurance can be faced with such a bill. But I digress about our healthcare system. Dr Greer and Dr Kaiser took great care of me and were super understanding and empathetic. Cathy in the NICU was a superstar human being. The hospital is beautiful and I felt cared for.

I was in the ER for 19 hours because they didn't have any beds upstairs. That is unacceptable. But the doctors and nurses did their best to care for me until I could be admitted. Wen was part of the overnight staff and was incredible. The ER was not sanitary. The bathrooms in the waiting room and within the ER especially were not being maintained and I might have contracted the flu from using them. Once I was admitted to the second floor, the levels of care were exponentially better. I had around the clock care and a call button for if I needed anything. They made sure I knew what was happening with my body and gave me full control over my treatment options. The food was surprisingly acceptable; sometimes even good. One thing that I found strange was that I never was told about how billing worked or what my insurance would cover. I am lucky that they are contracted with my insurance and I only owe $50 from the ER. But it is concerning that I never was told about billing while I was there. TLDR: Hire more sanitation workers!

Also, the scans varies by price too. Parking is at the Erewhon parking structure. Parking is free. The checking process was very easy. She asked what music from Spotify or YouTube video I want to watch. I opted for the Spotify and told her what music I wanted to listen to. There was no one else waiting. I was brought to a changing room. Make sure there are no metals in or on your body. Since I had a full body mri scan, it took 45 min. Since I chose Spotify music, the tech also put on YouTube video, but it made me nauseous. So I asked if I can turn it off. She turned it off for me. Laying there was super comfortable. Don't bother going early, or arrive 5 minutes early. It's very hard to find. I was sedated, so someone dropped me off--just FYI, park in the Erewhon parking lot. Access is easy from there. The staff is friendly, but they should have called me to inform me that they were running an hour late. I live 15 minutes away, and it would have been helpful to know.

Let them know what I was there for and got seen relatively quickly. Each time I went here the visit didn't take that long and felt like there was quality care both times. To be fair, I didn't come here for anything huge or elaborate, but just a really pleasant experience overall. One of the great things about going to Kaiser is that you can get a lot of different care under the same roof or at the same location. Parking was pretty easy to find in the garage as well.

Kaiser Pasadena location No star for the lab lady Today…read moreAppointment at 9:50am Saturday I have been a Kaiser Permanente member for more than 15 years, and this is the first time I have felt the need to file a complaint about the service I received. Today, I went to the laboratory for a blood draw. I specifically requested a butterfly needle because I have very small veins and have difficulty with blood draws. Several laboratory staff members in the past have told me that I can request a butterfly needle for this reason. Unfortunately, the staff member who drew my blood today was extremely forceful when inserting the needle. She poked me so hard that I had to hold myself back from screaming because of the pain. I understand that drawing blood from small veins can sometimes be challenging. However, there is no reason for a patient to be treated so roughly. I expected the procedure to be performed carefully, gently, and professionally. This experience was very upsetting and disappointing. As a Kaiser member of more than 15 years, I have never made a complaint like this before. I believe this staff member needs to improve her technique and, especially, the way she handles patients during blood draws. Patients should not have to endure unnecessary pain because a procedure is performed without enough care or gentleness. I am submitting this complaint because I hope Kaiser will take this matter seriously and provide appropriate feedback or training to prevent another patient from having the same experience
