I recently worked for this company, and was completely disappointed that a "professional" company…read moresuch as themselves could be so disrespectful to their employees. It was my first time working for a plywood manufacturer and only after 4 weeks of actually being in the office, time missed due to quarantine. The woman training me, Lisa Sheets, became undependable to ask questions and get information from. She started to blame me for errors that were not from myself, some of the errors even being hers. She put me down for writing notes on sticky notes and putting them at my desk, because to her that meant I "Didn't know" the information. Even though I wanted it to refer back to until I felt confident in knowing it. Biff Jones, the owner, screamed at the warehouse employees when things didn't go as planned, as if people are perfect and not supposed to make mistakes. Biff Jones, and Lisa Sheets were the most unprofessional, disrespectful, power hungry people I've ever met. I had been sick with stomach bugs, which she insisted I go home, even when I begged her to let me stay to work and learn. Then to turn around and tell me I've missed to much time and I wasn't where SHE wanted me to be. Through my whole time working there, if I'm not allowed to ask questions how am I supposed to get where I need to be? That entire plant, office and warehouse, if you didn't understand something. You were belittled, and treated like you were stupid. Everyone was rude, ignorant, trying to dig into your business to use it against you. I have never felt so upset that a company could treat people like that. After she fired me because I wasn't "The right fit" which I think it was more of a "I'm jealous everyone likes you and isnt talking to me anymore". I grabbed my things peacefully and quietly, and went to my car to call my mother. Next thing I know they had CALLED THE COPS ON ME, and told them I was "Refusing to leave" and I had "Carried on" when they fired me. Do not support a company who can't even support their new employees to learn and strive.

The Customer service was average, but nice. The Island looks good, but the assembly was to be…read moreincluded and it was NOT! It took my wife and father 4 hours to assemble with many tools i.e dremmel and circularn saw. The pieces were not premeasured and was NOT easy as they told us. Also, more hardware was needed and wasn't included which cost us an additional $30.00. Also, there are no handles! Then when I called back im I got a very sarcastic response which wasn't appreciated, but I got over because I am away on business and had more important things to deal with. BLUF: I really could've gone somewhere else and paid less if I knew we had to assemble it ourselves. It's the whole reason we came there. We are not carpenters and were just looking for something easy. To say we are a bit disappointed is an understatement.

I had explained what I wanted a quote on (flooring) and had scheduled a day for a quote. I had reached out to NHF and explained that I would be out of town 4/12, but my realtor and mother would be present and know exactly what I wanted done. 4/20...I'm still waiting on a quote. I reached out to Susan who was very pleasant and stated she would call me back after speaking with Chip. Chip called me back within 5 minutes (called me Nathan, my name is Zachary) and was very rude on the phone, stating he was blind sided when her got to the property. He said he didn't know what to measure (why would you agree to do a quote without knowing what needed to be measured before hand?) even though my realtor, mother and Susan (sales clerk) knew exactly what I wanted. My realtor reported he wasn't very approachable. Come to find out he never measured and left, never informing me of this. Meanwhile, I'm sitting around waiting on a quote. I will never use NHF for anything. It sucks because Susan was great and they have great products. Chip needs to take a class on customer service etiquette. Go to Weckers, better customer service!

Once again we used North Hills Flooring to perform work in our home and we are absolutely thrilled…read morewith the service, materials and professional workmanship. The job site was kept immaculately clean throughout each work day with a final clean at the end of work day #5. With due care, we were able to use our kitchen and access the stairs to our 2nd floor while the work was being performed. The disgusting DIY flooring was demolished, the existing subfloor was screwed down virtually eliminating all of the existing floor squeaks, the installer relieved a hump in the middle of the kitchen, installed the Luan underlayment to the existing subfloor with literally thousands of staples, and sealed all joints with Ardex. The installer expertly trimmed underneath all wood moldings and kitchen cabinets so that the LVT could be installed underneath instead of just abutting the moldings and cabinets. There were 5 major areas that needed to be squared on the floor prior to laying out the tiles, cementing the underlayment, and installing the LVT. All 3 of the cased wall openings received identical reveals between the LVT and other flooring materials. New shoe moldings, cove base and transition strips were installed, and the entire job site was cleaned squeaky clean. This was the 3rd project done for us in our home by North Hills Flooring, and we will definitely use them once again during our next remodel. The owners, Chip & Susan Weile, are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell, and they both have an artistic eye toward home interior design.

The cabinets are all plywood construction with wood dovetail drawers, HDF doors and drawer fronts; soft close drawers and doors. I can't comment on assembly but the instructions seemed fairly straightforward. We were on a time crunch as we needed cabinets quickly so we can have our floating LVP floors installed. The quality of cabinets was better than I anticipated and I especially loved that the sides are all finished (we didn't have to pay extra). We did pay a nominal amount for them to assemble them for us, AND we were still able to pick them up the same day!!!! Todd & Ryan were simply great, from showing us different features, explaining assembly, turning our order around quickly, and loading them with extreme care. I am very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these cabinets or their shop. And when I am need of new/additional cabinets I will definitely go back. Finally, the prices were very good; in fact less expensive than express cabinets at the big box stores and definitely faster. A win, win, win!!

I live in a development where the Home Owner's Association feel they have the power of a Congressional Committee so the small things count. I would never recommend anyone to hire this company to do anything. Update: I was asked by the owner Dwayne Wolfe to remove my review in order to receive my refund. It has been over 2 months now since our last email conversation. Dwayne Wolfe is not honest nor professional. I have been waiting since July 2025 to receive my refund for damages to my furniture and wall done during a move. I should have canceled the TV mount service being that I used his TV mount service before and that TV wasn't mounted correctly then. This time, I tried to give him a second chance only to have a 55inch TV almost fall on me due to another improper installation. Which caused damage to the wall. It is now February 2026 and still nothing we had originally agreed per emails and text. Original Review: Last year, I had Dwayne and his crew move me from Lancaster Pa to Manchester PA. The move was great they took very good care of my Antique furniture and other containers. So because of that I reached out to Dwayne to handle my move to Alabama with a stop on the way in Maryland to pickup my partners things. Upon arrival she was told that everything may not fit. Which was very unprofessional when there was more than enough room for her things to fit. Especially, when the truck had more than enough room if packed correctly. Once they began packing all had fit and what small things didn't go we packed in the car. As we got closer to evening Dwayne advised that he was going to get a hotel and arrive to the house in Alabama in the morning. We arrived to the house at 9am and no call, text, or email from Dwayne. We went to get breakfast still no call, text,or email. I called while at breakfast and was told by Dwayne that the helpers woke up late and they will be at the house by 12pm. Upon their arrival at 2pm (5 hours late), Dwayne called and advised they were at the house and decided to unload the truck in the driveway. As we pulled up to the house from picking up cleaning supplies and water for the guys we noticed our stuff on the driveway like it was a garage sale or something. It was so unprofessional and disappointing to see. Then, after they moved the things into the house Dwayne seemed frustrated and annoyed when I asked about him installing the TV's and assembly of the beds which was part of the agreement. He proceeded to install the bed and TV's. He seemed to struggle to install a TV wall mount and TV on the wall. Then, I went out to the hardware store to pick up more proper screws for the TV mount. Not sure what he did with the screws he removed in Manchester for the same mount. All the screws were packed and labled to make the installations smooth. But while I was gone he assembled 1 queen frame and a twin futon. When I came back they placed the TV on the wall and I looked at everything that wasn't till wrapped in plastic. They brought in the final piece of furniture. It was completely destroyed. I told them to leave it in the Garage. He decided to leave it right at the entrance of the garage door. So I had to move it to the side wall myself. He said it was fixable and its not. We went to sleep woke up the next morning sat back on the bed and the bed shifted with a loud bang. Noticed that the bed wasn't properly assembled screws missing and loose. I immediately checked everything. The twin bed was missing screws and shifting left and right. My antique coffee table was scuffed in mutiple places, dinning table scuffed, dressers scuffed, bed frame chipped and scuffed, some China plates cracked and destroyed, desk missing a part, screws checked and noticed screws were loosened and had to be tightened and the motor bar was disconnected, computer monitor mount was chipped like it was dropped on the ground. I was emailed by Dwayne to sent photos was told by email that they did their best and I would be fully compensated. I'm still waiting.
