If you know or care about the difference between an MDF cabinet box with laminate doors and a plywood one with solid maple doors, you will appreciate this place. They have everything you need to finish a home on the interior and exterior. Doors, windows, siding, flooring, cabinets, tubs, on and on. There are some deals, some not. Know your prices headed in. Inventory varies and if their website has it, it may be for order, or only available when they randomly get stock. They are conscientious about what they have or don't if you call ahead, but were a little impatient with a longer list. Their website says "We pride ourselves on providing excellent sales and delivery services to the Cecil County, Harford County, northern Baltimore County, New Castle County, Delaware and Chester County, Pennsylvania areas," but they do not go as far as the PA counties mentioned, at least not for homeowner orders. So be local or be prepare to haul stuff home. Made a trip today but they didn't have what I needed in a price competitive with another liquidator, though they definitely had great deals compared to Depot, Lowe's and my supplier. Had I not known of my other source, I definitely would've still saved 40% on fiberglass entry doors, and about 15% on fiberglass patio doors. They also offer a much better selection than a home improvement box store.

We met with Phil to discuss our kitchen remodel design and he went thru the plans in detail, showing us each and every cabinet, drawer and accessory that was incorporated into our design . Then they say say food has never been on these loads and don't want to do anything to fix it. I even said I don't want a refund I want merchandise. Tell me how people are supposed to make that kind of money back plus a profit to buy more loads when they send you two pallets of stuffed pumpkins, a pallet of ginger bread houses, a pallet of 4th of July flags, expired food and cheap ass leggings that cost $3.99 ??? I will let all my resources know about this place and to stay as far as possible away from them. We will be taking more action on this amount of money and the lies we were told!!! Bank on it. You have one week from this post correct the issue.

We bought a load of HD liquidation...they sold the load weeks before it was actually available,so…read morethey had our cash for 3 weeks before we could even try turn into cash and get any kind of ROI. Refused to issue a refund, 3 weeks later decide to ship and demand when we receive the load. 1 star is VERY VERY generous. I am 100% certain the load will be trash based on how they do business. Likely won't even show up when scheduled. Buying from them is almost as bad as just throwing your money away.

Bodewell shows up when and if they want, AND they call to reschedule an appointment when they should actually be at the appointment. Imagine the havoc this wreaks on customers' schedules. I plan to find a better extended warranty option and cancel the Lowe's-GE-Bodwell grift. I'll also think twice before buying major appliances from Lowe's and anything GE in the future. You should too.

Website says they have 2 in stock. I can pickup right now or have it delivered tomorrow, the website says. But because I ordered online for in store pickup, I have to wait until Nov 2nd for them to put it in the pickup room? That's insane! This is a publicly traded company! Online customer service is non existent. You can order an item listed as In Stock, and they can send you an email telling you its magically Out of Stock, with a button labeled "Explore Options". Of course this button just sends you to an infinite login loop. Your order will never actually be recognized on the site. So you can't just reroute the order to a different store. Oh yeah, also the "Chat with us online 24/7" option on the website is broken. Does nothing. Also, they have no customer service email. Also, they wont call you about your order that they screwed up. Apparently you have to call and wait, and then explain everything to some rude employee who will screw things up even more. Or let the pending deduction on your bank account expire after 3 days. So dumb.
