He arrived within the 2 hour window he mentioned. Removed the branches and cleaned the area up. He wasn't able to remove one branch because he didn't have a lift for 2 weeks so he went above and beyond trimming some extra branches on another tree and cleared up all of the leaves, branches ect left behind. They were very professional. They kept the job site clean/protected, they were true to their word and showed up on time every day and worked full days to get the job done quickly, and they even went a step further than they needed to, and cleaned out all the weeds and poison that had grown in the mulch around the wall (it had gotten really bad since it had been almost 6 months since the original contractor disappeared).
