went out with friends to thaiger & my first impression was that i loved their name & that the vibes were chill & wholesome. we ordered some appetizers: edamame and fried chicken wings. edamame was okay and the chicken wings were very tender, i loved every bite into it. next, for myself, i got the pad see ew the first spoon was very yummy, but after that i noticed that it lacked a bit flavor, maybe more chicken would of been nice. lastly, we got dessert, fried banana with ice cream & it was my favorite part about coming here. it did not disappoint. the combo was GIVING. service: amazing, no complaints, the waitress kept refilling my water which i deeply appreciated & was very kind to us ambiance: very beautiful, had free mints and toothpicks parking: there's two hour street parking from 7am to 6pm & free after 6pm! read more

Loved this spot! Came for lunch on a weekend and there were plenty of seats. The ambiance is really comfortable/casual and the food SLAPS! A lovely Thai food place in Glendale. They have very good Thai food and authentic northeastern Thai cuisine. My server was very friendly and recommended great dishes. The fried rice tasted like what I had in Thailand. I missed eating the fried egg style they did so much. Pad Thai was very good too. The vibe inside was very nice and it feels Thai! I came here tonight for a to go order. I was looking for Thai BBQ and Thaiger had taken over in its place! The inside is totally renovated and I was worried that this place wouldn't be as good. Boy was I wrong. The worker was really sweet and he had my order ready in 15 minutes. My food was piping hot when I picked it up and I loved everything that I ordered! Tom Yum Soup- lots of fresh veggies and perfect amount of spice Green Curry Chicken- had a slight sweet flavor to it and was delicious Pad See Yew- could use more veggies but still pretty good FYI if you want white rice, you gotta order it separately Overall I was pretty happy with my order and will definitely be back! It's such a bummer how much the quality of food here has deteriorated over the last couple years. It used to be a pretty solid delivery option in this area, but the last few times the portions have been tiny and the food is watery and has no flavor. Also they charge $6 for rice which is insane. I'm finally going to stop torturing myself by ordering food here. They clearly don't care about the quality of what they're making. read more

Had the Crying Thaiger Beef, the papaya salad, and the Panang curry. I think the food was just ok. Papaya salad was probably the best thing. Panang curry was ok but for me at least was overly creamy. The beef dish was ok, pretty much just steak slices with basic seasoning and a cup of sauce. The sauce does make it taste fine/good, but I think I was expecting something more interesting. With some interesting looking options in the area, I would probably choose to try something new instead of returning You only get a fork and one single napkin, so you might need to ask for a spoon (especially if you order a curry) and more napkins. Get the large rice instead of the small rice unless you're dining alone read more

Really really bad service here, they are unable to take orders correctly. I order for my kids and I specifically asked for NOT spicy for all my dishes, including curry. Half the time they can follow requests, but the other half they just make it as spicy as they want. I should have learned my lesson before, but decided to give them a few more chances. As you can see in the photo, the yellow curry I ordered is RED and was as spicy as it looks, and obviously inedible by my young kids. When I called the manager he would not refund me, insisted I drive all the way back to the restaurant for a refund (like I have just free time to drive back and forth) as well as then hanging up on me because they don't want to deal with me. I really miss Thai Food Express who used to be here, I didn't appreciate how good their food was and how nice the owner/daughter were who ran the place, and at first thought this place was a good replacement but am sorely disappointed at this point and am 100% never returning again. read more

Underwhelming food. I tried the Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and Mongolian Stir Fry. The restaurant has a stinker rice smell. The Pad Thai was simply okay. It wasn't terrible, and you do get a decent sized portion so the value is okay. It did taste a bit bland, and the small bits of tofu were too firm and tasted like they weren't even part of the same dish. Pad See Ew was probably the best entree here. It was slightly better than the Pad Thai. The Mongolian stir fry tasted like generic Chinese buffet food. Bland flavor and felt like I was eating leftovers. Although the fresh green onion garnish was a nice addition, it couldn't save this dish. The food isn't terrible, but there's little reason to come back. read more

Hands down the best Thai spot in the area. There's a lot of them within like a 2 mile radius, but this place is the best. Curries and noodles are as good as any other spot, but their Pa kra mow, the spicy beef salad, the eggplant dish, and the whole fried fish make this place stand out from the rest. I've been coming in every week and their food is amazing. I love having lots of veggies in my meals and many of their dishes have that. This time I got the drunken noodles and I loved it! Ambiance was really nice but we got food to go. It just wasn't good. The mango sticky rice was old or something because it was HARD. The mango was good the sauce was nice but the rice was really subpar. I got the pad Thai and it was really missing a lot of flavor and salt. I threw in some salt lemon and fish sauce when I got home it was actually a lot better but I was really hoping for more. Chicken skewers were dry. Peanut sauce was good though. Crab Rangoon's actually great. Really tasty. Tom yum though smelled like old shrimp like the sort of fishy shrimp smell that makes you wonder if you should eat it. The shrimp were way over cooked. I just can't recommend this place. Service was great but the food was not worth the $82 we paid for. read more

We came to Thaiger after looking for a thai restaurant around the area, found this one on google and decided to give it a try. Since I came in the service was so good, the waiter was super nice , super fast , and super efficient. The inside of the restaurant is so beautiful, is beautifully decorated on the inside and very clean. Now, the most important thing: the food!! It was also our first time trying the fried tofu and it didn't disappoint! It was the right crispiness and softness in the interior. Our waitress was amazing! She kept checking on us and our kids. It's been years since we've been here and will be making part of our rotation again. Can't wait to come back! That Thai BBQ sauce is addicting!
