Pho

10/10! Recommend!! I feel like that should really be enough said!! But customer service was amazing! It was my first time trying Pho and it was delicious!

"Pho" to go. This isn't pho.

I gave this place a second chance after my first disappointing experience. First time I ordered Pad Thai to go, there was nothing Pad Thai about it, very soupy and not the right noodles. This second time, I ordered "steak pho" and was left even more dissatisfied than the first time :( $16 dollars for this?? Never again. I rather drive an hour to Phoenix and get some real Pho for $8 a bowl. The lady was nice but I'm sorry the food is just bad.

The Menu

We love this Thai food! My husband and I enjoy coming here and interacting with the owner, Pan. We highly recommend the food !

I'm not sure how you give this place more than 3 stars unless you've never had legitimate thai food. The phad thai taste like it has a ketchup base. I will have to say the fresh rolls are pretty good, regarding the size. When I was given my sauce for the fresh rolls it were still frozen.

I don't recommend a chicken dish. Over cooked, dry, tough meat. Medium spicy had no discernible spice at all. Hubby's hot, wasn't.

One of my go-to places for great thai food in Prescott. The food is fantastic. It is a true hole-in-the-wall and worth every penny.

tried it once and was tasty, but a bit sketchy, and odd to not see the usual thai dishes on the menu

Food is great and the owner is entertaining. We had the green curry and the peanut noodles #40. Both really good!

The restaurant graciously reserved the entire dining room for our gathering, creating a welcoming space for family to come together, share memories, and celebrate her life over a fabulous meal. With only two cooks in the kitchen, the team did an exceptional job serving a group of our size. Everyone had different orders, yet food and drinks arrived promptly and smoothly. We were welcomed with spring rolls, salads, and beverages, and the staff remained attentive, efficient, and genuinely hospitable throughout the afternoon. The food was outstanding! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and prepared exactly as requested. I enjoyed the green curry, while others at our table ordered beef pho, crispy tofu pad see ew, and pork fried rice. We each selected our preferred spice levels, and every dish delivered exactly the right amount of heat and flavor. There were generous portions and perfect for sharing. What impressed me even more was watching the staff handle the steady flow of local customers who arrived during our private event. They kindly explained that there would be a longer wait because of our gathering, and each interaction was handled with warmth and professionalism. As we finished our meal, packed leftovers, took family photos, and said our goodbyes, those same locals began returning to be seated. To me, that speaks volumes. A restaurant does not build that kind of loyal following unless it consistently delivers great food and exceptional service. If you are looking for a place where you are treated like family, served delicious food, and welcomed with genuine hospitality, Chais Thai is that place. It has certainly become one of ours, and we look forward to returning when we return to Prescott.

I came 2 days in a row that's just how good this was! I…read moreordered a #40 Spicy fried rice and it just tasted so heavenly, it reminded us of the first one we had that made this dish our go to in every Thai Place we go to. The portion was insane, we were out celebrating my brothers birthday and since my mom is not a fan of fast food she wanted a plate of some fried rice for her, it was so good we cleared her plate even though we were going to get some chicken sandwiches elsewhere It was a #4 spicy, which was not a problem for us but the spice just made us keep eating and enjoying it because it was that good I did order a Thai Iced Tea for myself and it was so fresh and tasty, normally if its not authentic I can be very picky about it, this is hands down the best place for Thai Iced Tea, despite the place looking slow on a Friday evening, I was not expecting the tea to be fresh, perfect portion between the cream and the tea Next afternoon we had my uncle in town which he wanted to dine somewhere else but that first plate had me craving it again, especially the Thai Iced Tea, it was so good so we called in to order one plate and maybe convince my uncle to try something new, well the same thing happened we stuffed it down between the 3 of us and basically could've called it a night but we still went to dine in elsewhere because he wanted something else but honestly we took our food home because the portion she gave us was insane that it filled us up with that one plate There is such a variety of veggies and they are all still so crunchy and fresh, I try to recreate this at home every now and then and my veggies are always mush no matter how fast I try to be So flavorful and truly can't recommend enough we will be back very soon and will make this one of our new favorite spots. It is located inside the mall where it has such a big food court but not enough people so its quiet and relaxing, theres benches for little kids and as an auntie its kid friendly where kids can be kids and don't have to be tied down to their chair so it gives space and time for moms to enjoy their food and sit down for a while, theres also a little lounge with some board games and another one with books so you can move on to the next place, theres also outdoor seating so you can take your order to go and enjoy the next Prescott weather

I opted for the pad see ew with pork, which was pretty tasty and the spice level was definitely on point! And their prices are super reasonable too! I would highly recommend this spot if you're in Prescott and looking for good Thai food!

Eurasia, is where the around the world foods met my tastebuds!…read moreClarissa and Bryce, and of course chef Michael and chef Dylan, you all made my first visit so special, I know it will not be my last. I really appreciated the conversation and to learn from each of you a bit of your background and what makes this place so special. Chef Michael, I love the conversation about your background and your love for Food and the many countries you lived in and how you met your beautiful wife Clarissa. Chef Dan, I loved our conversation about your love for Food and your love for motorcycles. Boy did we talk about that a lot? I started with a bowl of the cream of mushroom soup, but I found out it tasted so good that I ordered another. I went onto your delicious shrimp and lobster rolls, potstickers and the sesame bean balls. Everything was fabulous. Made to order. Honestly they have so many things on the menu that I enjoy but haven't really found a good place that makes most of it. I'm so excited to try the Saturday morning brunch from 10 to 2, the special dinners on Friday and Saturday nights and if I could be so lucky to invited to one of your A-list dinners that would absolutely wrap my world. Your place is small, cute, an adorable balcony upstairs. I love your special thoughts you put into your restaurants. The cards at the table to talk about the chefs, a prayer note at the table. My meal ended up with a beautifully, little wrapped scripture. It all was so special for me. I WOULD RECOMMEND

I had Chicken Kiev ($22), the wife had French Boeuf Bourguignon. I tasted hers, beef was not tender. She had tried to order two other entrees and was told they were out of both, which was particularly interesting as there were only two other tables occupied. Entrées came by themselves, no potatoes, no salad, no veggies, no bread. Come on! For what we paid, there should be a little more to the meal. PS Service was excellent.

The bland ramen broth tasted like they heat up water in the pan they used to cook broth, like no flavor. Then the "Korean ramen" bowl I ordered was 50% raw broccoli and carrots. My wife got the orange chicken which was pretty obviously the boxed frozen premade stuff you get in the freezer isle at Safeway.
