This food was amazing!!! I'm not a vegan or vegetarian but I enjoy good food! The amazing gentlemen who were there were so nice and friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]That entire area never disappoints![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They're hardworking people who make good product. If you're in the Desoto area definitely try them or anyone else from the shopping center.

This is their menu it probably isn't really clear but you can see the basis of it

Fresh, natural ingredients speaks Thai to me! All vegan. All delicious. I watched my food being prepared in their small open kitchen. I agree with Tiffany who I happened to meet while waiting for takeout. Tiffany said she is a repeat customer for the amazing peaceful pho. She and her husband are vegan. Personally, I returned for another delicious garlic noodle with vegan chickin and oyster mushrooms sautéed in chef's delicious special garlic sauce, prepared with spaghetti noodles, finished with a heavy sprinkle of green onions and cilantro. I did enjoy the spring rolls with peanut sauce. I believe the Fresh basil sets this spring roll and noodle dishes apart. If you have no date plans, give the Thai garlic noodle dish a try. Yes, medium spice is my preference. I will return yet again for the garlic fries and vegan chikin garlic Thai noodles. Perfectly prepared to order! fresh and noodles were cooked al dente. I requested extra garlic too. Tho I should have requested extra garlic sauce. Since the noodles were al dente the sauce was absorbed into the noodles. You can feel good about the food. Even if you are non-vegan. Dishes contain No additives, or preservatives, or added sugar or MSG. Great flavor and super fresh ingredients packed with flavor and good for the body. I use Organic Agave for my family at home and was assured the same organic agave is used for dishes here also. I was extremely impressed since I was looking on as the chef owner used fresh Thai basil, bunches of Cilantro, cutting fresh green onions and limes. I truly believe you are what you eat. I want to consume fresh and organic ingredients. This matters to me.

WOW O WOW O WOW Extraordinarily delicious and nutritious food so close to me I had no idea and now I am so grateful to have found it, thanks to yelp! I met the owner and creator of ThaiBinh's and wow was he so kind. He let me try some samples of ice cream and eggplant dish 10/10. I got the garlic noodles 1000/10. I LOVE GARLIC and the health benefits so yes count me in!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is super cool since its located at the grow Desoto market place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There's all kinds of salespeople selling all kinds of gems. & I gotta be honest and say that my ThaiBinh's is my new favorite go to place for all kinds of vegan goodies Call to order and pick up, food is made fresh and so so delicious THANK YOU THAI BINH

Let me tell you something, I'm not vegan at all but THAIBINH'S has me questioning that. My sisters and I came to GROW Desoto Marketplace to shop and weren't planning to eat but it smelled SO good we had to check it out. The owner is the chef and he was BEYOND gracious. He brought our dishes to the table! The food was to die for! We had the peaceful wings, trulyen wings, fired eggplant, garlic fries, garlic broccoli, rice, and they shared a pineapple lemonade. We were VERY SATISFIED. We couldn't finish half of the food as a group. Great serving sizes, great tastes, great staff! We will be back! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Whether you're vegan or not, you don't want to miss this meal!

It's absolutely worth the hour or more wait on a Friday! Ok, I called in my order from home and was told it would be an hour wait. I live in Desoto so I was fine with that. I got to the Marketplace told them I was there for my order after my hour was up only to wait maybe an hour 20 min total from the time I called in my order. I had been there in the past for the Pho but after seeing #MrChimeTime sample #ThaiBinh food I wanted more. I got the Egg Rolls, Garlic Noodles, and Spring Rolls. YA'll ChimeTime was point on! Every single thing i had including the chipotle & peanut sauces where #Smackaliciously Tha bomb! This young man was you may as well say a one man show cooking this food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was warm in the MarketPlace, there where many people waiting to sample multiple vendors in the Marketplace.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's a must try if you love this kind of food.

This place is one of my top 5 restaurants in DFW (including non-vegan spots) and it's crazy how underrated this place is. I've been trying to eat more plant based, and have hit up most of the popular vegan spots in DFW and this is by far my favorite. Their vegan pho and garlic noodles are AMAZING. Also the homemade chili oil! I've also tried a few other things from the menu and everything has been exceptional. Please check this place out! The owner is truly so kind, and you can tell he cooks with passion. Every time I eat here it reminds me of a home-cooked meal, a meal made with love. Please check this place out and support Mr. ThaiBinh!

This is my fave Asian Vegan spot and everything is delicious. Even if you're not vegan, you will love the flavors. You will forget that it is vegan! Here are some of my faves. You can choose whatever protein you want but I usually get the vegan chicken. Spring Rolls Thaibinh Curry Pho Phorito Mango & Sticky Rice Pad Thai Basil Fried Rice Garlic Noodles Thai Tea I pretty much like all of it It is inside the DeSoto Marketplace. Take a right when you go inside. 4th stall on the right #202.

It was hard to find because it's inside the Marketplace and there isn't a sign outside for the restaurant. All vegan options. Items are very fresh. We had the spring rolls --generously sized (peanut sauce was a little thick). I also had curry - very delicious and slightly spicy (not too hot but you have a spicier option.) The fried bananas were sooo delicious and very sweet- perfect finish to the meal with fresh coconut ice cream (dairy free!) Seating is a communal simple dining area at the restaurant area entrance. This is a gem in Desoto and we will definitely be back!

A small gem here in DeSoto. I went there with my friend after work and we wanted Thai food. But, didn't want to drive to dallas to eat. When we looked up ThaiBinh's it was 10 minutes away. If you've never been here it's inside of this plaza so you won't see a sign when you're driving by. Inside the plaza are all these small business. Some that sell seamoss, clothes, fragrances and whole lot of other neat things. We were pleasantly surprised because we didn't expect any of it. ThaiBinhs is delicious we got the basil fried rice and this curry fried rice with a smoothie. And Mann it was so good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat down and we were serenaded with local music from this saxophone player.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, it's a cool vibe and it opens up at 5pm so if it want somewhere chill to relax and eat good food I definitely recommend the area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Thai Noodles, don't buy their secret lemonade it's too sweet. It's all Vegan no meat confusing menu very salty stay away
    Luis Z.

I did not like the food it was salty and expensive. The secret lemonade was very bad and the owner has implicit bias wouldn't offer me chopstick gave me a spoon and said this would be easier for me...inreal

See the goodness inside this ck spring roll. Once you try it your life will not be the same.

But, a few aspects of this place keep me from giving a strong rating. The vibe fits the south end of Bishop Arts, having a local hole in the wall quality. It was warm outside and the front is a large open wall, with no enclosed air conditioning. Air is moved with fans, which helped. But, it was quite humid inside and I would have appreciated more relief from the heat. There is an "order here" counter, but also QR codes on the tables that open a web page you can order from. It's weird to me to ask customers *in the store* to go through the hassle of entering credit card, phone number, billing address, etc. into a phone in order to get food brought to a table. I started this process and bailed on it cuz annoying, approaching the register at the counter instead. The staff member behind the counter said, "happy to take your order" and all was fine. Maybe this would be more convenient if I was a regular and there was a long line at the register. We ordered a 6 layer dip, side of Elote, and Birria tacos. The Elote was delicious. The dip was meh, having a top layer that was pureed and reminiscent of a baby food flavor I couldn't put my finger on. The chips provided were bland and obviously store bought, taking away from any impression of in-house freshness. The Birria takes were tasty, though served very hot. The sauce provided tasted like a Chamoy, rather than the red gravy I'm used to. If the dishes were more consistent, order process clearer, and air conditioning better controlled, I'd have scored higher.
