Fried rice

Under New Management is Right!! We had chicken skewers with peanut sauce. Husband favorite. He will order again. I had red seafood curry. Delicious! I ordered #2 heat, was not enough but could really taste curry. Ordered regular fried rice. Fluffy and good. Nice pour of wine and Thai beer. Definitely going back. Open 12-8 Wednesday closed.

The food is good but not excellent. It's not a pure Thai food restaurant. It has Chinese Ana Japanese items too. The Tom ka soup and Penang Chicken Curry were the creamiest I had ever had, possibly too rich! The pad Thai is sweeter than I like. Not pad flavors. Service is slow but personable. Great for local takeaway. Interior ambiance is a bit dated and in need to update.

Their new menu has been launched and look so amazing, come and try! The patio is the best for springtime.

Absolutely awful! Stay away!! I am a Carmel valley local... so many better options in the valley. I ordered green curry w shrimp, curry had no seasoning (green curry) and no shrimp, it came with calamari. I ordered yellow curry with chicken, came with shrimp. I ordered shrimp spring rolls and had no shrimp. I called at 6:08 pm and she said give her 25 min. I showed up at 6:45 and food wasn't ready until 7:19. Wasted my time. I went over order upon pick up and realized she totally screwed up our order. She blew it off and said "it's ok it's ok". My family was hungry so I was like whatever. We need to eat. Food was awful, no taste, sloppily put together. 100% disappointed and will never go back there again. This is my 2nd bad experience.

Wow! What a find! I came with a group of 7 ladies and we all ordered separate dishes to share! It was more than enough food and the food was delicious! The flavors were wonderful and the food was light and fresh. We also ate outside in the patio which was pleasant. Because we had so many dishes, it took a bit longer to get our food, but that's understandable. This is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

I ordered the panang curry. It was okay. A little too rich, and the broccoli was strange. My husband ordered the bbq chicken and he said it tasted like fish and was pretty dry.

At first this place is so beautiful. I took few pictures outside and inside. They only had one guy worked as waiter. The owner was cooking in the kitchen. They were very busy. However, customer services is still excellent. All the food we ordered were unbelievable delicious !!! I told my daughter it is the best Thai food I ever had !!! The coconut soup was real soup bc they gave me a lot of soup ! Lol Not like other restaurants. I loved the spicy pumpkin curry so much ! The owner came out to say thank you before we left. She even told us to drive careful since it was a little late. I wish I could have a chance to go back again. But it is very far away from where I live. It's about 3 hours drive. I wasn't a Thai food fan before but now I am ! But only for this wonderful yummy place.

The food is more Californian Thai but we love most items here. The price is good and portion is quite large with all wonderful veggies.

This place almost seems deserted at times but man oh man does it deserve to be BUSY. This is our…read morefavorite spot in not just Salinas but Monterey county. I will never go anywhere else for Thai in this area , not willingly anyways. Be careful of spice level. The chef here truly hits the Thai level spices. I ask for medium but am always dying half way in. If you can't handle the heat, ask for zero. Don't mess around. We have yet to try the whole menu but it's hard to stray from our favorites: - green curry - panang curry - pad thai - pad kee mao (drunken noodles) - beef salad (loooooove this with some extra rice on the side - super saucy and can get really spicy. Highly rec if you like that funk from the fish sauce) The ambiance is definitely take out vibes. Lighting is very bright and fluorescent but clean. I can't praise this place enough!!!

I just want to say what an absolute masterpiece! This was my first time ever coming here! The…read moremoment I walked in, I was greeted with a very welcoming smile and "happy to have you". The gentleman told me he had a full menu for me to review, and I was able to look through it. The entire restaurant was very clean, and well maintained with beautiful decorative art, and clean floors, windows, and doors. The gentleman working the front gave me so many options to choose from, explained the entirety of the menu, and even gave advice on which dishes to choose from based on my flavor pallet. He was very informative, patient, and so helpful in choosing my first tai experience. The fried appetizers, wonton and dumplings were so crispy and fresh. The filling inside both was fair, and the sauces given had a wonderful flavor. The pad Thai was perfectly spiced and very filling. I do wish the pork itself was seasoned prior to the sauce, and maybe it is, but it seemed a tad bland with the sauce on top! Great prices and great portions. I do highly recommend you come try this place! They had so many great options including drinks!

9.5/10 Absolutely…read moreamazing, hands down the best Thai food in Salinas! We ordered the Pad Thai, Panang Curry, and Nam Sai, and every dish hit in its own way. Starting with the Pad Thai, we ordered it with beef and it was easily the star of the meal. Perfectly cooked soft noodles with a savory, slightly sweet sauce that was incredibly well balanced. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the addition of diced nuts added a great crunch and texture that tied everything together beautifully. The Panang Curry was also excellent. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor. It came with chicken, green beans, and bell peppers, all of which tasted fresh and perfectly cooked with a nice bite. The curry sauce was smooth and comforting, soaking into the dish incredibly well. A must-order for curry lovers. Lastly, the Nam Sai reminded us a lot of pho. On its own, it was a bit light and lacked salt, but once we added our own seasonings, it really came alive. After adjusting it to taste, it was delicious, comforting, and perfect for warming up. Service was fast and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well kept. The ambiance was beautiful. A very nice, welcoming spot to enjoy a meal.

We've eaten here multiple times, but this time left disappointed…read more. We were sat quickly and given menus, but took our waiter quite some time to come get orders which included drinks/order together. I was in the mood for soup and had their Tom Kha a few times so originally thought about ordering that, but decided to try their Tiew Tom Yum. Mistake. My guy ordered the pork Pad Thai, and we also shared a Thai fried rice. We ordered tea, but the waiter forgot the sugar caddy we requested and didnt see him until the food arrived about 20 or so minutes later. We had some requests for side items, etc and he brought everything immediately, but didnt come back to check on us until quite some time where I had almost decided my fate of struggling through my horrible soup. It was the most sour of sour soups I've ever had. Neither one of liked it. When the waiter came around and asked about our meals expressed how much I didn't care for it, and the sour was off putting. He offered the coconut soup, which I believed was Tom Kha. When the soup was dropped off I asked for a to go container as we were done with the rest of our meals almost at that point. Again, that soup came out with an overwhelming sour flavor. Thankfully the Thai rice was delicious, so I ate the rest of that. We didnt see our server again until we were standing up ready to walk up to the front as he was the only server running around, and had one table in the place. I brought up the fact that that soup did not taste like Tom Kha, was it a different version of coconut soup? He asked the cook and she said was the same as Tom Kha. At this point we were tired and decided to go, deciding not to come back for soup ever again. Possibly, not to return in general as were irritated. Our server wasn't horrible, was very polite and was running around, however as so many servers tend to do had a one track mind only focusing on one table at a time instead of circulating his section. As a patron I don't feel like you should ever wait so long to get the check and cash out or not be checked in on more frequently.
