Shrimp fried rice dinner portion.
Emily L.

I'm back in visiting and since I'm in the area. I had to stop by my favorite Thai restaurant Thai Thai! Food is absolutely delicious as I remembered. Picked up my all time favorite shrimp fried rice and of course some sashimi. Friendly employees and amazing food.

A gem inside this town! Loved our meals today. I had a spicy shrimp entree with noodles and delicious plum wine. Great service and excellent experience the whole time. Five stars!!Beautiful restaurant!!

Spicy tuna roll packed with rice

I ordered spicy tuna and salmon teriyaki roll. The spicy tuna was just a piece of tuna in a roll, not grounded spicy tuna, the rice did not taste like sushi rice. The salmon tempura had more imitation crab meat than salmon. I original wanted to order basil chicken fried rice which is a staple of Thai restaurants and was not on their menu. The menu provided had very limited sushi items but there was a very nice sushi bar present in middle of restaurant. Go figure. My order was a takeout but I didn't get any chopsticks. The tuna was fresh and salmon tempura tasted good. Staff was very nice.

Welp............ I really wanted to love this. Thai Thai boasts Thai-Japanese-Chinese-pan-Asian cuisine in one go, and I was........ whelmed. Y'all, I'm all about cashing in the check for those unwitting non-Asian diners, so I'm not mad. I'm just disappointed :') Few COVID safety protocols in place. Some staff wear masks. No social distancing. Tables are sanitized. Lots of parking in the strip mall plaza. Their interior is stylized with Japanese-style booths and banners, but visibly worn. My seat was ripped TF UP, and our table surface seemed rife with dents and marks. Extremely understaffed. Servers were rushing from table to table, but somehow getting orders out in a timely manner. Props. SASHIMI APPETIZER: A little stale... The ice was melting, rapidly creating a bowl of mushy fish. Merp. For 12 pieces, not a bad price, but you get what you pay for. JB/TUNA/CALIFORNIA ROLLS: These were all fine. I'm also guilty of loving anything with cream cheese in it. SUPER VOLCANO ROLL: Where's the crunch? All this batter just for an oily shell of mush... Sad. Totally engulfs the roll and overpowers anything remotely fish-flavored. Slim Japanese options in Melbourne... Still makes Thai Thai mediocre at best.

Love it! Sushi is always COLD and tight. Exactly how I like it. I recommend Thai Thai every time someone asks about sushi.

Absolutely love this place. Best Sushi around. My wife loves the Thai food here. I'd give it 5 stars, but they are a little over priced.

(but also... send help)…read more Let me start by saying: I came to Osuki All You Can Eat Sushi as a normal, responsible adult. I left as a human sushi roll with zero self-control and absolutely no regrets. Round 1: "I'll pace myself." Round 2: "Okay but these rolls are tiny, so it doesn't count." Round 3: "We don't quit in this family." Round 4: I started negotiating with my waistband. The sushi? Fresh, fast, and dangerously delicious. Like... suspiciously good for something labeled "all you can eat." The spicy tuna had me questioning my loyalty to every other sushi place I've ever been to. And the fried rolls? Crispy little traps of joy. AND the vibe? Super cute, really clean, and tons of seating--so even while I was making questionable life choices, at least I was doing it in a place that felt put together and comfortable. Service was on POINT. Our server kept the plates coming like they were personally invested in my downfall. At one point I'm pretty sure they made eye contact with me like, "You sure about this?" No. No I was not. By the end, I was: 70% sushi 20% soy sauce 10% poor decision-making Would I go back? Absolutely. Will I learn my lesson? Absolutely not. Pro tip: Do not say "just one more roll." It is never just one more roll. 10/10 would roll myself out of there again.

Love the made-to-order system: you pick from the menu, and small plates keep coming endlessly. Except waiting for your order to be ready must be hectic over the weekends. I went there on Friday yet I had to wait for my small plate to be rolled The rollers are authentic Oriental pros (always a great sign - no chill vibes from non-traditional hands behind the bar). I went heavy on sashimi, and every piece arrived beautifully presented, super fresh, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Rolls, nigiri, and sides were top-notch too. Deep bonus: Need a tattoo? The neighbor next door is killer! Highly recommend for quality AYCE without the buffet staleness. "

Their rice is like creamy happiness and makes the sushi so much better. Their fish is fresh every time. We have tried almost every roll and have never been disappointed. They have other dishes as well. Whether it is Ramen or Katsu, you will love it. If you like spicy, try their Spicy beef ramen or the spicy kani salad. So good and if you're ailing, the ramen soup will nurse you back to health. The service is excellent. Everyone works hard as you will see them scurrying around to ensure everyone is served. The best part is the floor manager. Her name is Mama. She watches over the customers and staff with a watchful eye. She is so awesome. Older woman with the spunk of a teenager. The owner and family always have a smile for all customers too. Good people. MAKE RESERVATIONS!!! Do not just show up or you will likely have to wait. This is most nights, but especially in the weekends. And the food to value is excellent. No matter what form your sushi takes here, the quality is excellent and prices are good as well. Oh and for fun, they have sumo wrestling on the TV. Our favorite. We have no idea what's going on, but fun to watch while we eat.

I have the kimchee fried rice. The second time I ordered the la galbi (short beef ribs in Korean barbecue sauce) when I say they're marinated to the bone. I accidentally over cooked my steak though. I'm currently in culinary and that's one item we haven't cooked just yet. So I'm waiting to perfect it. I'll be back once we do. I truly love Korean food. In South Korea I wasn't eating meat. But somehow I evened up eating Popeyes. Don't judge me. lol. But all in all the service is always amazing, the ambiance is the same. I believe it is cold in here and there is always a wait so come early. They will always bring your food next door to the cigar lounge if you let them know you're there. Oh also the plum wine I've seen ordered before and tried myself it was pretty tasty. I do plan on ordering something else during my next visit.

We were sat they had Avatar the Last Air Bender playing on a TV in the back, great for my daughter, and friendly staff who sat us & got our order. Their menu features Japanese, Thai, and Korean cuisine and we chose Korean that night. Didn't feel like cooking the beef so we chose the option to have the chef cook it for you. The banchan was good but very light, which I'm not used to. I request the banchan to be refilled 3x. The kimchee rice was so good, best place I've had it! Overall, I personally wouldn't return back, everything was just over the 'average-to-good-bar' but who knows, there might be something I'm missing by not coming on the weekends.

After waiting nearly 30 minutes just to place our order, we patiently sat and watched as other tables--who arrived after us--received their food. An hour passed, and still nothing. We asked our server multiple times about our order, and each time they either ignored us or mumbled something about it "being on the way." Spoiler alert: it never came. As if that wasn't bad enough, when we finally gave up and asked for the check, they had the nerve to try and charge us for the food we never received! When we pointed out the mistake, the staff acted annoyed and defensive, as if we were the problem. No apology, no explanation--just a rude attitude and a half-hearted offer to "check with the kitchen," which at that point was pointless. To make it even worse they had no music playing and it was just quiet. We walked out hungry, frustrated, and completely shocked at how poorly this place is run. Sure it's inexpensive, but I can mix breadcrumbs and hot sauce myself at home. This place is a joke. Also, I received NO wasabi or ginger with my order- something every other sushi place gives you.
