We love Thai food, so gave Thai Table a try for our recent date night. When you first walk in, you'll notice a massive, fully stocked bar with multiple large screen TV's. We weren't expecting sports bar vibes, but thought "well that's interesting." The hostess stand has the typical 'please wait to be seated' sign. However, when we went there was only one person working as the hostess, waiter/server, and food runner. So it took a bit longer for all of the above to occur including being seated, having order taken, getting food out, and paying the bill. The menu has all the typical favorites with noodle, rice and curry dishes. I ordered the chicken pad thai and my SO got the chicken pad see ew, both at a level 3 out of 5 for spiciness. The food took a bit longer than expected to arrive given the limited number of patrons, but it was piping hot when it was brought out. It was pretty good but didn't necessarily stand out as being better than average. The spiciness level was pretty on point though, and could comfortably be felt with each bite. Overall, I wish I could give it 3.5 stars, which I think is right on the money, but the lackluster service has me dropping it to 3. If we get it again, I think we'll do carry out.

    13. Tom Yum Soup (Small). So good!

How can this be?? This tilapia dish was so very good and beautifully presented! Yes we're back and I want to do what I can to help them grow. All the food is made here and fresh as can be. We brought company this time and will keep on telling everyone! The best Tom Yum soup I've had!

We went to Thai Table for lunch. We were one of three guests there. It was quiet, peaceful, and had dim lighting. The service was great- and attentive, kind, older gentleman. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! We ordered Pad Thai and Massaman Curry. I love Pad Thai, but not when it's too spicy (I'm a big baby when it comes to spice). You can choose your spice level for most food items! We both left very full and happy!

Lovely lunch experience after the peak hours of lunch time. The owner was very gracious and attentive. They have a nice variety of dishes to choose from and you can specify how spicy you want the food. I did not feel rushed at all. This would be a good choice for a date night for personal service and a local feel. They are closed on Tuesdays and from 3-4.

This place is very authentic if you're looking for some Thai/lao food! I grew up eating a lot of Laos food so the food here is comforting to me. It's always hard to decide on what to order here because it all looks/sounds amazing. The service is great and the place is very clean and well kept. I hope to see a lot more business coming through the door because they just do such a great job.

Location: Far Hills Avenue, Centerville Ohio Website: www.thaitablefarhills.com Hours: See website (as of now, open daily) Menu: see website Parking: plenty of parking available in front of restaurant Service: Excellent Price: set price (3 courses) is $25; a great value. Most entrees range from $7 - $10 for lunch portion; $12 - $18 for dinner portion (based on protein choice) Congratulations on finding this gem! Set back behind a few storefronts off Far Hills Avenue, this is worth the bit of a scavenger hunt in seeking superior fare. You are in for a treat. Impeccable service from start to finish. It was a Monday night and while the restaurant was not packed; it had far more diners than I would expect at just about any other restaurant - it's clear this is a beloved spot. This is a really attractive location with a lot of visual appeal in the decor and comfortable seating areas. This beautiful restaurant is only surpassed by the delicious food and excellent service. What to expect: delicious, authentic Thai cuisine. Friendly, top quality service. A great dining experience. We were out for an impromptu evening and decided to have dinner out before returning home. We chose so very, very wisely (Thanks, Yelp reviews for the well-deserved 4.5 star rating - although my rating is superior 5 star rating) The menu is extensive. Essentially, choose whether you wish for the "set" (fixed price with a 3 courses selected) or an entree. Choose your protein, and then choose the sauce / style. We were 3 hungry diners, and here was our selection: 1. Winter "set" - fried pork dumplings (Gyoza) + Thai table soup (medium spice) + chicken pad Thai (medium spice) 2. Entree only: Chicken pad Thai (medium spice) 3. Entree only: Chicken Ginger Sauce (medium spice); from the wok. We shared the dumplings and still all struggled to each finish our entrees. The meals were substantial and beautiful but most of all - absolutely perfect. Our cravings were well satisfied and we are looking forward to our next visit! I would highly recommend dining in - but takeout service is also available.

This was such a nice find. My coworker and I have passed by this spot a number of times and decided to check it out. They have a great inexpensive bento box lunch that was so good. We will be back for sure.

Wow! This was the best Thai food I have had outside of NYC. Spicy and full of flavor, I can't wait to go back!

In fact, it felt a little rushed with our empty dishes whisked away and our bill brought out without asking if we would like anything else. There weren't people waiting and it wasn't crowded so there was no reason to turn over our table so quickly. Thai 9 is a large restaurant with several dining rooms which helps some with noise but it's pretty loud, especially with servers clunking dishes around. The dining room could use some sort of sound dampening. Our sushi was pretty good but the spicy tuna was less spicy that we expected. I would order it again for sure though. In addition one of the woman clearing tables smelled like B.O. and heavy fragrance. She didn't have on a uniform and was wearing a tiny jacket which might explain the combo of smells. Avoid. A really bad dining experience that could have been mitigated with patience and actually listening during ordering process. Edit: The managers name is actually *Cody. Not sure why he lied about it. Real jerk. I'm all for neurodivergent people being employed but Jeff/Cody got combative and followed me outside the restaurant. Not a safe space.

I got the pad kee mao (Drunken Noodles), my usual first dish for a Thai place. My noodles were thinner than what I usually get but I really liked it. My dish also had a great balance of vegetables and protein. I appreciated the spice level reflecting the 4/5 I requested. I was a bit concerned about this because the server reiterated the 5 scale when I ordered. My sister thought her curry was a bit spicy for her requested "1" spice level but not far enough out there to be an issue. Service was efficient and we never ran out of water-especially important with the spicy food! Portions and price were good-I ate all of mine but really shouldn't have, and with tip, spent ~$40 altogether. We didn't get drinks or an appetizer. I visit the area often enough and am looking forward to returning to try other dishes on the menu. Hopefully we will have a larger group to split an order of Dayton Rolls. It was hard to pass on these.

The decor is nothing special, though the place was pretty clean. I ordered a lunch special that let me choose 2 entrees so I have more variety. For this, I got the red curry and fried rice, both with pork (because I couldn't choose 2 different proteins, apparently). The red curry did not have much spice nor flavor to it, and honestly all I really tasted was sweetness. That should not be the most prominent flavor profile when having red curry, and it totally threw me off. While the fried rice did taste decent, I was not a big fan of the big chunks of baby corn in it. I personally don't believe baby corn belongs in fried rice of any kind. The other elements of the lunch special, the spring roll and the sweet potato roll, were rather mediocre. Overall, the food was not authentic AND did not taste good, so my experience was pretty bad. The only saving grace for this place was the flavor of the fried rice. Food: 1.5/5 Price: 3.5/5 Overall: 2.25/5

I've never had Thai and was very apprehensive but quickly agreed since she was enthusiastic about going. I only ordered the crab Rangoon, which is always my go to if it's available. Let me start by saying, I've had a lot of crab Rangoon in my lifetime and those were definitely in my top two. Wow! I liked them so much, I ordered more as my meal. My friend ordered the Khua Kling which is a chicken and rice dish. I'm not a fan of hot (spicy) food hence my apprehension for this eatery however, she wanted me to taste the chicken and it was quite delicious. As far as spiciness was concerned, she ordered it to be 3 on their scale of 1-5 with 5 being the spiciest. I had a small bite and the flavor profile was full and robust and I did not feel any heat, initially. After a few seconds, the heat worked its was onto my palette but it was not too much. Granted, others who are used to and/or love spicy food may think it's mild but for a novice like myself, I felt it. Again, I want to emphasize, the flavor was very heavy bodied and I do look forward to visiting again and expanding my Thai food experiences. So if you're in the mood for freshly prepared Thai cuisine, Numprik Thai Lao is a sure bet.
