    Pork Pad See Eiw

This a great cozy restaurant with delicious food. The owners are so nice and make sure you are taken care of. The spring rolls were a great way to start the meal. The pad see ew was full of flavor and the veggies were not overcooked at all.

The best Pad Thai I've had in Merced. The portions are huge and the prices are fair. I will definitely return to this restaurant and try more items. It was busy during lunch but the food was worth it.

You will not find this on they're Menu but there Garlic Chicken is to die for. You won't find anything like this anywhere else!

Yum! Been looking for another Thai place, this is one of the closer ones to home. Quick order and it was ready when I showed up. Fantastic flavor and killer spice! Requested 4 out of 5 on spicy and it did not disappoint. Had to take a break mid meal to let the heat mellow down! I'll be back!

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - very different ratings on the dishes. We got both at spiciness level 3 but it was odd that the spiciness comes from chili pepper flakes (more like pizza topping than Asian spices). 1/5 - Pad Thai with Pork was overly sweet and the protein extremely dry. The noodles were really stuck together even while it was still hot. Couldn't finish this dish based on texture and flavor 5/5 - Pineapple fried rice with beef has great flavors with sweetness from the pineapple and saltiness and earthiness from the seasoning. Ambience: N/A - got food to go. Some nice paintings and Asian decor Service: 5/5 - cashier was really nice and allowed us to sit indoors while waiting for the food Value for price: 3/5 - dependent on dish. Would definitely recommend the fried rice which tastes great and can almost feed two people

Still one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Merced! This cozy mom and pop shop makes everything delicious! Some dishes to recommend: green curry, pad Thai, Tom yum soup, yum nue salad, eggplant dishes, papaya salad, and anything from their lunch menu. They serve lunch options up until 3:30, and it comes with rice and a delicious veggie/butternut squash soup! The family who owns this restaurant are kind people and they always give me great service! Would highly recommend!

The food was okay. I didn't like the papaya salad I ordered it was too sweet. I wouldn't order from here again

Open later, in a decent area, with friendly service. Nd absolutely amazing pricing!! We got spring rolls, shaken beef, chicken satay and a salad for $37 dollars plus $9 tip. Oh, and that was with a Diet Coke too. Insanity. Food was very good with the favorite being the $12 shaken beef. A nice sauce, again at that stupid good price. This place is huge! I think a pizza joint in the past. Large screen tv and a consistent take out business. Street or alley parking. Food is probably 4+ stars but the pricing gets them a five!! Highly recommended in Merced.

The place is clean. Nevertheless, it's a small spot though, so there's limited seating available. Better for a small lunch/dinner, but probably won't accomodate an extra large group. The food is fresh and made to order. It's your typical Laos/Thai spot. My son's favorite is the Satay Chicken. We used to be a huge fan of the coconut water because it was as fresh and came with coconut bits, but under new management, they just handed us a can of coconut water you can easily buy at the Hmong Store in town AND without pulp. Unfortunately, that was a bit disappointing. Regardless, overall, food, service, and location took the cake so seeing as this was not our first time here, it also won't be our last.
