The broth was very rich, a tad too salty and a bit too much cinnamon for my taste but it still warmed me right up! For lunch the pork laap salad with a side of sticky rice at a level 5 spicy was just pure perfection. The balance of flavors was spot on and the kick of heat from the spice level really took it to a notch! Also ordered their whole fried fish of the day and it was beautiful crispy on the outside and tender white flesh on the inside. I will for sure be back here to try their other dishes when I'm back down in the Nashville area for work!

I ordered the fried egg-rolls and shrimp fresh rolls "Thai-zers" for dine-in and a Gang Jued soup to-go for later. The egg-rolls were nice and hot and the fresh rolls were deliciously crisp and fresh. Before heading out I had a little taste of the Gang Jued and it was spot on. Just had to add a little Thai chili to spice it a tad. They no longer have chicken satay on the menu. Might have to see if they can still prepare it next visit.
