I thought the crunchy noodles were the noodles but it actually has ramen style noodles in it with the crunch noodle on top. I'm gonna be craving this dish tomorrow. I could not finish it. I was too full but I really wanted to keep eating and lick the bowl clean. I got medium spice but I should have ordered hot instead. It could have used a little more of a kick.

The picture I have is after everyone at the table picked off a piece of chicken because of how delicious it looked. The portions were great, enough for two people that aren't starving. There was plenty of sauce - of which was very flavorful. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the rice did a great job at soaking up some of the extra sauce that was in the bottom of the plate. Overall, this meal was delicious! I would highly recommend to both locals who can go and try multiple different meals there and anyone who is just stopping through town. You won't be disappointed!
