I had to give my spicy taco chicken to my husband who at it with the plain rice, while I ate his "basil" chicken with my noodles. The presentation was beautiful, though (pic taken after I stirred up the noodles). Both plates looked amazing, but the flavors didn't live up to their looks. Needless to say we won't be returning.

We also ordered the larb, which suffered from the same issue as several other dishes: modest portion sizes and a noticeable lack of the fresh herbs that typically give the dish its brightness and character. Overall, I left feeling disappointed. There are several Thai restaurants in the 417 that offer larger portions, more balanced flavors, and stronger value for the money. If my understanding is correct, the health department would be very interested in knowing that one of the employees was clearly eating over the pans of chicken, rice and sauces. She was also eating over the area where the food was packaged to go out. I have to say the food was good but this makes one ask, how much food is eaten and dropped over food being prepared for customers. I was standing next to the counter and could clearly see her through the window on the swinging door. I hope someone addresses this with the employee before the health department sees something like this. It's a small ordering area and you can see directly into the kitchen. As I said before, the food was good, not as good as we have had, but still left me uneasy about spending $24 on food that may or may not have someone else's food in it.
