Truck was parked at Amador Brewery yesterday, we really enjoyed their food. Pad Thai and the Wings, the best. The beer helped even more :-)

Food was delicious and everything was flavored well - love the sauce pairings. Originally I thought the root was more like veggie tempura but is actually more of a fritter with a sauce. Very crispy. The Hai Yai Fried Chicken has a nice crispy outer skin, cuts really well - meat melts away from the bones, and the fat portion taste really good. The main con I want to call out here is based off how it cuts I thought the chicken meat inside would be very juicy - but is actually kind of dry. So docking points for the inside chicken meat portion. Really love the pandan sago coconut ice cream tho. Ice cream has actual coconut meat in it and the salted coconut sauce on the outside nicely balance the sweetness of the ice cream. Will come again if in town.

We decided to get the pad thai, pork belly pad kraw prow, pork ribs appetizer, and gai satay. They first brought out the gai satay and it was delicious. The peanut sauce that went with the dish was super yummy. Then the pork ribs came out. There were only 4 ribs and a small side of salad . I personally thought it was pretty expensive for just four pork ribs, but the ribs were extremely flavorful. I would say probably the best thing we had even though every thing was delicious. After that they served us the pad thai and pad kraw prow. Both dishes were extended wly delicious. I would definitely come back to this place.

Everything is okay but the tom yum not hot enough for me. I don't know if Thai food is like that or just my family but everything is so sweet and we can't handle it. The pineapple fried rice is okay, not sweet like the other food but nothing special. Overall everything is okay just not our family type of food

It's tucked away, which makes it feel like you discovered something instead of being marketed to. Parking lot available, which already puts it ahead of half the places around. We grabbed two curries and walked out impressed. Big bonus that rice is included. No upcharge games, just a complete meal Parking? Parking lot We got: Pumpkin curry (5/5): This one absolutely delivered. Rich, balanced, and layered with flavor. The vegetables were cut large and cooked properly, not limp, not drowned. The pumpkin chunks were generous and tender while still holding their shape, and they actually tasted like pumpkin instead of filler. The sauce coated everything without suffocating it. Hearty, vibrant, and the kind of dish that makes you pause mid bite and appreciate it Green curry (4.5/5): Really strong flavor profile with a subtle sweetness that worked instead of overwhelmed. The sauce had depth and freshness, and it felt indulgent without being heavy. If it had pushed the spice level just a bit further, it would have been elite. Still, a very satisfying bowl and one I would gladly order again

The small tofu cubes in the dish were hard and flavorless. Ntot a dish-ruining offense, but I must say that I didn't know tofu got that hard. Same thing for the pad see-ew. It was quite dry and had a distinctly burnt flavor the first time it came out, it tasted like ash in my mouth. The chicken was rather burnt. The staff was friendly and kindly replaced it for me, but the burnt flavor remained. I think the pan they're using must have been burnt. I didn't think the yellow curry was notable. The thai tea is good. The restaurant itself is friendly and cozy. Water is from the tap.

The flavor is amazing as it is very creamy and nutty. Only thing I think would be better is if they included some veggie or potato in it as it's basically just the protein. The food was a mix of highs and misses. When they got it right, it really worked. When they didn't, it felt flat. The mango curry carried the meal. The green curry dragged it down. Everything else sat somewhere in the middle Parking? Lot We had: Chicken Satay (4/5): Flavor wise, this was locked in. One of the better peanut sauces I've had. Nutty, slightly sweet, with enough depth to keep it interesting. The problem was execution. It came out lukewarm, which dulled the whole experience and made it feel less fresh than it should have. Also could've used more sauce. Still good, just not quite dialed Green Curry (2.5/5): This one just didn't show up. The flavors felt muted and never really came together. The vegetable mix was fine, but it needed more eggplant to give it some body and identity. The chicken was forgettable. Nothing offensive, just flat. Easy pass Mango Curry (4.5/5): This is where things turned around. Bright, layered, and actually interesting. Real mango brought a natural sweetness that worked instead of overwhelming, and the sauce had depth. It felt composed. The vegetables could've been more evenly distributed and the chicken was just okay, but overall this was the standout and absolutely worth ordering again
