Unusual post Recommended by a local resident for my dear friend who received lunch to boost her recovery.. She loved the whole order and ate two servings. Although I did not eat the food, I am happy that she is doing well. I ordered coconut soup, egg rolls, Mongolian beef, pad thai, lettuce taco. The delivery was very good. Dependable and delicious

Oh my, my!! What a diamond! I have driven by this place hundreds if not thousands of times but have never stopped. Tonight in need of ordering food, I went online and randomly chose Thai Kitchen for to-go pickup. Pricing was great, portion sizes generous, and food quality was very tasty! We ordered the Yellow Curry Duck, Egg Fried Rice, Chicken Spicy Rice, and Orange Chicken. Warning that the 'Spicy' level is plenty spicy! Next time we will do in house dining. Super impressed!

Stopped by here to try it out. Resto is big and spacious. Ordered pineapple fried rice, salmon curry and Thai iced tea with boba. Salmon and the drink were good. The pineapple needs more seasoning. Service is fast and good.

One of the better Thai food places in Simi Valley. My favorite was the chicken PAD SE EW or soy sauce noodles. Good quality fresh food, the chicken had no fat or nerve pieces which is always how it should be. We will back back

Want to try something different and support a local business then give this place a shot. Thai kitchen is a hole in the wall family run business located in the harbor freight shopping center. With the Covid-19 pandemic this place is currently operating on to go order and 3rd party apps. If you want to dine in they kindly ask you call ahead for dine in. They do charge a 15% gratuity on dine in. Food; I've had this place twice. It's consistent. I got the pineapple chicken curry. Wish the pineapples and tomatoes weren't chunky as this made it hard to eat. They were just too big. Could have been halved and it would have been perfect. Curry was creamy and rich in flavor. They don't cheap out on the chicken either. For 12 bucks you get your moneys worth. Unfortunately rice isn't included but for 2 bucks you can add it. Boba; was hoping the Thai milk tea boba was sweet but the bobas were hard and tasted stale almost. Would get it again a large is $5.00 and more than enough to share between two people. But the boba was off this time. They charge .50 for pickled jalapeños or chili paste.

I read some reviews on Yelp and thought I'd check the place out. I really liked the fact that they had real plants inside. I tried their lunch specials, and they were pretty good, although the pad thai was a bit sweeter than I prefer. The service was really friendly and quick, and they had a lot of options on the menu. I definitely plan to go back and try more of what they have to offer.

My Thai takeout unwrapped (except the panang curry). Well packaged for to-go!

Best Thai food in the area and I actually get the same thing every time: the panang curry with chicken at medium spice level with a side of white rice and a medium sized Thai iced tea with boba. First couple of times I ordered it was through a third party delivery app (GrubHub) and freshness + flavors exceeded my expectations. Just recently did I decide to phone in the order and pick it up. The restaurant is located in a small strip mall at the First St and E LA Ave intersection. Parking is very minimal. They have all the proper COVID markers on the ground to social distance and everyone was wearing masks. Food was ready in 15 minutes when I called it in and everything was packaged super safe and prevented no spills. Utensils, soy sauce, napkin and boba straw were all properly included. I asked the cashier if they are going to provide outdoor dining (now that it's official for Ventura county) but he said there's no space and if they did it on the parking lot, people would get ran over LOL

The food was terrible; I couldn't eat most of it. The egg rolls were mushy and not cooked through, and the wontons were awful. I couldn't even eat the eggplant dish. At least we were able to eat the fried rice and vegetables.

    Egg fried rice w vegetables.

Tonight we had the Beef Salad, Red Curry with Pumpkin - Chicken, the Mongolian Thai Style - Pork, and Thai Iced Tea. The Beef Salad is amazing. The beef is plentiful and the dressing is perfect. The salad is a perfect start to a hot day's evening meal or for a complete lunch as the salad is plenty for two as a starter. The Red Curry with Pumpkin - Chicken is a nice offering. The pumpkin really makes the dish which has a very mild spice to it. The bowl is big enough for two to share. The Mongolian Thai Style - Pork was nicely prepared, but for me, the white onions were a bit over powering for my taste today. I do believe the dish was prepared per the menu and I thought I'd give it a try, but this one is just not for me. The Thai Ice Tea is perfect and not overly sweet like found at many Thai places. Service was Outstanding from walking in the door until walking out after our meal. It is really rare to find such attentative service these days, so the owners must be proud of their team. Prices are very reasonable for the food quality, portions, and perfect service.

The lady sat me next to the TV so I was able to watch some football. I been to the Granada Hills and Mission Hills location already so I was familiar with the menu. I got the pho #1 which is just their combo pho with different meats and asked for a coke. My drink came out first and the man who brought me my drink did not interact with me at all. I think there might be a language barrier. The next man brought out my pho soon afterwards and he was more talkative. My pho soup was delicious and they give you a decent amount. The price is also very reasonable but the soda was more on the expensive end. The women who seated me brought me my bill so I didn't have to walk to the front to pay. I would come back to this location again but I now know to not get a soda from here.

When I came to enter my review, I see that we did take-out from here last year. Gave them another try, and still find the Pad See Ew under-sauced and under-flavored. I added some coconut aminos (less sodium than soy sauce) to the dish, and that helped some. But the lack of tangy sauciness that I hoped for was a disappointment again. This time they were generous with the chicken and the green veggies, and I appreciate that. The portion size is also good. I will get two meals out of one to-go serving. I wish that I felt up to cooking and experimenting with a recipe for a Thai-inspired Pad See Ew sauce. I would use that to wake up the taste when I have the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. The inclusion of a small container of chopped peanuts made for a suitably tasty and crunchy topping for the dish. DH said, "I thought you didn't like peanuts." I like peanuts just fine; I just find peanut sauce too much at times. The crushed peanuts work well as compliment to this dish.
