The Thai Hut is a wonderful addition to our town! The food is amazing (it really is delicious!)- the service is friendly and welcoming at all times and the atmosphere is adorable (on those cold winter nights their sunny tropical atmosphere makes you feel warmer as soon as you walk in!) I love how they have vegan options too and adapt spice level to suit your Tastes! Love this place !! Feeling blessed

Great use of spices, just the right amount of heat, in a lovely dining room overlooking the river.

Family recommended over the competition in town. Website has easy to read descriptions and reasonable prices. We ordered three meal combinations and an order of the Shrimp fried rice. #'25 and 50 were appetizers with fried rice and an additional appetizer of an Egg roll. #28 Four Happiness with fried rice and an egg roll. 20-25 minutes to pick it up. Delivery is an option, it is just down the street. Plenty of parking in the shared parking lot. Ample handicap spaces as well. Double door system assures diners will not feel the chill outside. Inside the host/cashier is to your direct rights. Plastic barrier in place to give host pick up phone number. Placed our order on the table at the end of the plastic wall. Requested Duck sauce packets, I'm not a fan of the home made. Given at no additional charge. Decor was Asian themed with temples and dragons. I left my phone in the car. My order of the Four Happiness was good, once I took out the green peppers. This was my first encounter with green peppers in an Asian dish. Easy to remove but the taste does linger. Everyone ate their meals and walked away happy. Mission accomplished.

We popped into Canada for a quick day trip and asked one of the locals at an information center…read morewhere should we eat? She recommended exit 153. Honestly, it was a fantastic choice. Once we pulled in and parked, we walked in, waited for about a minute or two and were seated in a comfortable seat and booth option. Our waitress was so friendly. I kind of giggled when she called us Americans. I've never heard myself described as that before lol but it was really nice talking to her and hearing about things and learning about the area we were near. The food was really good. The chicken salad was super moist and had a great savory taste. They had chicken noodle soup as the soup of the day. The chicken noodle soup was fantastic. I love the long noodles they used and the thick pieces of carrot. A lot of of the chicken used was white meat. I opted for the butter chicken bowl. The chicken was perfectly grilled with great flavor over a bit of rice with the butter sauce. The non-bread was heated nicely and the few cherry tomatoes really added to the dish. I squashed the cherry tomatoes with my fork which added a nice element to the dish. My husband said his chicken sandwich was the perfect crisp and he really enjoyed the exit 153 salad. Overall, our entire experience at exit 153 was fantastic . It is definitely going on our radar again if we happen to be in the area. Sidenote, extra bonus points for having an AED and an EpiPen available if ever needed . Normally, you only see AEDs in the states I've never seen an EpiPen.

I just ordered my first meal from this restaurant and I will never order here again…read more I love sushi, and eat it regularly (twice this week) so I thought I'd try a couple basic rolls (kamikaze, cali), gyoza, miso soup, and sushi pizza, then i saw the pad thai and added it too... getting there and picking up the food I was kind of excited but after getting home and opening the containers, I was disgusted by what I saw (I live 5 minutes away) Starting with the miso soup, it was bland broth and a sad excuse for a soup. The rolls avocado was brown and were overly doused in sauces from the other rolls (all rolls packed in one container). The absolute worst rolls I've ever had, hands down (two of our family standard orders). The sushi pizza (crab) was as disappointing as the rolls and while loaded with toppings, was a terrible ratio and no one enjoyed it. The gyoza was over cooked but the sauce was tasty. The salad that was ordered with was tiny, like a small handfull of microgreens with 10 pieces of shredded carrots and the dressing was flavourless, as an additional cost I am embarrassed for this particular piece of the dish for the restaurant, pathetic at best. The final hope was with the pad thai, and this the most sad pad thai I've ever seen. I love pad thai, but this was just overcooked rice noodles, with a fried flat egg on top of it with a half handful of peanuts thrown on top. There were nearly no vegitables, and the chicken was pure rubber, and it was wrapped in tinfoil... I couldn't imagine any restaurant letting a dish like this out the door! If you're thinking of eating here, it's the worst one in Fredericton, no questions there so think twice and check somewhere else... $120, and we threw 70% of it out and wouldn't darken the door here ever again, even if someone paid me.
