    Crab Rangoon and Fresh Rolls

The food here was everything I was wanting for lunch! The space is naturally bright and modern. The staff was very nice, but it did feel sporadic at some points. The parking was also kind of confusing-- they offer a code, but I believe we were in the wrong garage to use it. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and would definitely visit again!

I'll start by saying this, we eat a lot of Thai food. My husband grew up working in a Thai restaurant. We came in optimistic but left slightly disappointed. To start with the positive aspects, this place was clean and the spring rolls and Tom Yum were ok. The disappointing part for us was the beef salad. Was more like a stir fried beef on top of iceberg lettuce. Wasn't what we imagine when we eat beef salad. We enjoy more fresh and light with an authentic sauce. Overall, wouldn't recommend this place if you eat a lot of fresh Thai food, you may leave slightly disappointed!

This place is my fave Thai in nashville ! It's sooo good. The green curry and red curry chicken are my favorite. I go here at least once a week. The staff and owners are great! The place has good vibes and is super clean. All the dishes are great! The tom Kha ka soup is so yummy too!

I got the red curry noodle soup with fried tofu. The dish was very balanced, not too spicy, but still flavorful. They let me sub the lettuce for mushroom, which I appreciated. The soup was quite thick, exactly like Thai red curry entrees that are coconut milk based, rather than normal water based soups. The portion was generous, definitely enough for two meals. My friend got the Mongolian noodles and spicy edamame appetizer, which were both great options. The edamame had just the right amount of spice to give a kick but not overwhelm. The Malaysian noodles were a good mix of a little spice and sweet. Whatever the sauce is in there is really good. Chicken with the noodles and Chinese sausage went well. It took a little bit of time for our dishes to come out, but we were a party of 6, so perhaps the kitchen was backed up. Our waiter was very nice though, and gave us good recommendations about the popular dishes. He even offered us extra rice at no charge to accompany our curry to-go.

It's a beautiful establishment across the street from our office. And the services is A++. So you probably guessed it, I am not super happy with the food. The pad Thai had very little color, which means there is a shortage of tomato/tamarind flavoring, and the papaya salad was SPICYYYY!! Papaya salad, in my humble Chinese opinion, should be fish saucy, sweet, crunchy, refreshing, with a tiny bit of spice. The crab Rangoon is good. Portion is generous. Just lack flavors.

Located near the gulch/midtown area of Nashville, Thai Esane offers a unique twist on traditional brunch with a family style approach that blends made to order food with all you can eat ($24.99). The ambiance is warm and inviting, nicely decorated. The pho & sukiyaki was delicious. The lettuce wraps were amazing and we loved sharing the experience with family. Definitely the place to be for brunch & the menu always changes which is what will entice us in every Sunday.

Was really looking forward to trying Thai Esane, as their online menu looked so appealing! On a Thursday evening, the restaurant was empty but us, a tad unsettling given the space is quite large, and the employees were either watching the door or glancing over at us while we ate lol. Salmon curry- the curry itself was pretty tasty! Salmon had a nice crisp outer texture but tasted a bit unseasoned, along with the veggies that were undercooked. Comes with rice and the option to have chili oil in the side. Crying Tiger- beef was nice and smoky in texture, comes freshly cooked on a skillet. Comes with rice. Bangkok Wings- gives a hint of Korean fried chicken flavors, sweet and savory with a spicy kick. Overall a solid place!

We were a large group of friends that wanted to try different cuisine and what better place than the assembly hall!! We had seen some good reviews for this place and found ourselves lucky to try this on our first day in Nashville. We ordered a few different dishes here with different spice levels and meat options and every single person thoroughly enjoyed their food. All their servings were great and enough for one person, in fact their red curry could easily feed two ppl if you got an extra bowl of rice with it. Their food is rich in flavor and some of their dishes can be considered a healthy option as well. The place is clean, their service is quick, the staff is nice and give you a good idea of what you are ordering. It's definitely a spot to come back to if you're looking for an Asian taste!

I noticed the average rating isn't great, but I had an awesome experience. It's a no frills ambiance, but it's a large dining room (free parking in the building) and I had a great time. The food is the main focus for this review. The pad Thai was so tasty and was a large serving. It was on special for $10 so I had to get it. We ordered the spring rolls and crab Rangoon to start us off. I enjoyed crab Rangoon, and I loved the peanut sauce for the spring rolls. I got a Thai tea to go and omg, these are just so dang good. It was sweeter than ones I've had before, so I'd recommend splitting it with someone or saving some if you don't want a sugar overload. Easy service, wasn't busy so was tended to quickly. I'll definitely be back, I love Thai food.

    Drunken noodles w/chicken
    Greg S.

My honest opinion... No real flavor. Just your a typical Chinese take out mix of soy sauce. Sad part was I had asked the young lady if she had to choose between drunken noodles or the coconut curry rice dish...she said drunken noodles. Price wise: id say it was a decent portion for $12.

    Egg Rolls

Visiting Nashville and stumbled upon this little gem. From egg rolls, to phenomenal red curry, to amazing spicy Pad Thai...YUM!!! Service was great and ambiance was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I grabbed a bite for dinner here. We liked that they had tons of options in the food hall to choose from. We decided to both get Thai food. We ordered spring rolls to split. The rolls were good and the sauce was delicious. It was peanut based. I ordered the shrimp red curry and my husband got the drunken noodles. I forgot to order my meal Thai spicy so my husband went and got them to give me some additional spices to add. Once I did that my meal was tasty. Overall a decent Thai meal.

I ordered this on Uber Eats and won't be ordering again. Food was very mid and unflavored. Red curry was the worst I've ever had.

I ordered the Street Dumplings during my last visit and they were fantastic. It's hard to find good soup dumplings in these parts so I'll probably be ordering these as an appetizer every time now. The Chicken Red Curry was also delicious, if a little mild. I just wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often!

The…read morebase of vegetable broth mixed with coconut milk was creamy yet not heavy (with a blend of yellow and red curry spices, according to the menu -- sadly I am not that well versed in curries!). The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the tofu was browned to perfection. The grilled broccoli and cauliflower were snappy and contrasted well with the rest of the ingredients. The dish had a spicy yet tolerable kick to it, but I have a very high threshold for spice and heat (I added chili oil to take it up a notch!). Also, the portion size is BIG. I was very hungry so I had no issues finishing most of it, but it could easily be shared between two adults, especially if you order an appetizer or side. I loved the interior decor, which was simple yet eye catching. The mural encompassing the entire space in particular looked really cool. The place was packed, but the friendly staff were hustling to keep the line moving.

The hardest part about eating at Degthai is beelining to the Tiew Gang Vegan. (BTW, I am not Vegan, yet I LOVE the Tiew Gang Vegan.) They do everything well - the other curries, the standard noodle dishes, the dumplings - and it can be tempting to just go with your regular go-to dish like Pad Thai w/Chicken (BORRRINGG, but they do it well nonetheless.) You've gotta try the Tiew Gang Vegan. It's truly a once-in-a-year of eating out experience finding a dish this incredible. It competes pound-for-pound in the same heavy hitter weight class as the best Pho, Ramen, Jjamppong, or Beef Noodle Soup you've ever had. I've now been to Degthai 10 times, and have gotten the Tiew Gang Vegan the last 5 times in a row.
