The food is flavorful. There are a variety of dishes on the menu with unique authentic options among familiar favorites. We didn't need a reservation and they accommodated a large party. My only knock is that the strong smell of the restaurant sticks to your clothes. That hopefully could be fixed. Otherwise a great experience.

I would like to start off by saying the food is amazing. The flavor is explosive and amazing. It's very well, balanced The seasoning and flavoring. I would like to also say that the duck was amazing. Well crisp well done it wasn't dry. My kids enjoy their dishes . The mango sticker, rice dessert exceeded my expectation. I loved it. The food came out in a timely manner, our waitress was polite and nice. As far as the ambience is, it's a very quiet place giving the option to sit down to eat or to call in to order and pick up .

This was all the fat, gristle, and raw meat from one $29 dish.

$29 grilled steak - raw and filled with fat. Unbelievable how this dish was even sent out. Flavor of cooked part of steak was good but sending out raw and 2/3 of it being fat and gristle is unacceptable. Massaman curry was ok, very little tofu in the curry. Just a few very small shreds of tofu in t. Fried tofu appetizer very bland, no salt or flavor. Had to smother with the plumb sauce. Ended up tossing them in the curry for flavor. Would never recommend this restaurant.

Small restaurant- family run business. Food is ok. One server running both tables and take outs. Price is on the higher end comparing to location and portion.

Finally checked this place out for take out dinner. Food was tasty and i definitely plan on returning, but only for lunch. Ordered roti canai and Tom yum soup as an appetizer. The roti was $9 and the menu said there would be chicken and potatoes inside. Ours was straight liquid with no filling. I took a picture for reference. Flavorful dish but the roti was also very thin compared to other places I've tried. Very tasty dish but hard to eat since the curry was straight liquid (and no chicken or potatoes). The soup was delicious, had a nice kick to it and something I'd reorder! For entrees, we ordered chicken pad Thai and Thai dishes Garden house. The pad Thai was just okay on my opinion. A sweeter pad thai than what I'm used to. The garden house was something I've never had before. The brown sauce was a tad bit sweet, but good with rice and all the veggies combined. We picked up the food and the employee read what we ordered out loud. Went home and they somehow forgot one entire entree. We called back and the guy wasn't apologetic and put me on hold to confirm the entree was missing. He asked if I could return back to the restaurant and pick it up. We did and he was very dismissive. My bf and I both thought he was a bit rude and could care less. However, they did surprise us by adding some dessert for the trouble. A place I'd return to but not necessarily for dinner. Prices were a bit high (roti canai for example) but flavors were there. I'll definitely be back for the lunch special!

Thai Dishes is truly a gem of a place. It's some of the best food in South Jersey (and I've eaten all over the region)! The amazing food, ambiance, and service make eating out worthwhile. It's a vegetarian heaven! The THAI FRIED CHIVE CAKE(s) (pictured) is a must-order, and the massaman curry is unlike any other--divine! If you haven't already given this place a try, you have something truly special to look forward to!

Thai Dishes in Marlton, NJ is an unexpected GEM! I've been a huge fan of Thai Cuisine for over 40 years. I've traveled all over Thailand from Phuket in the south to Chiang Rai in the far north (I met an Opium farmer in a small village in the Golden Triangle!) I've traveled all over the United States and in every new city I search for the best Thai Restaurant I can find. I've probably been to more than 200 Thai restaurants in the United States, and many in Thailand, England and India. And I cook Thai food pretty often, myself -- UNTIL Thai Dishes opened in Marlton, NJ. Once I ate there I stopped cooking my own. I'm extremely lucky that it's less than 3 miles from my home! The atmosphere is clean and attractive. The service is always prompt and the food comes out quickly. The Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao (aka 'Drunken Noodles!") are always excellent. I'll upload a picture of their Pad Thai. I always ask for a little extra sauce because I love it that way. They are always happy to oblige. ENJOY!

This place is seriously good. Normally my experience with the Thai food around this area is meh and on the pricier side. The food was super flavorful and not overly greasy or oily. The portions were also perfect as I was able to finish everything and feel the right amount of full. It was aesthetically plated and the vibe inside was bright and pleasant. The service was nice--not invasive or too lacking. Will definitely be returning. Also side note, the Thai iced tea and lychee sunrise drinks we ordered were especially good. Best Thai iced tea I've had in quite some time.

Thai food is one of my favorite Asian foods, and I was happy to see this restaurant open near our office. The space is clean and attractive. The staff is extremely friendly. This restaurant offers a lunch special menu which is good. I always try the pad Thai as every Thai restaurant makes it a little different. I enjoyed the pad, Thai here. Soup of the day is offered with the lunch menu and it changes but it has always been good. This is definitely a nice addition to the local Asian food scene.

This Thai spot in Crispin Square opened up very recently, and I was excited to try! We got a bunch of things to share, including the three piece sampler, Tom Yum soup, Thai iced tea, chicken pad Thai, Massaman curry, and fried bananas with ice cream. Almost all of the dishes were on the sweeter side, excluding the sampler and Thai tea. The Thai tea wasn't as sweet as some other places, and the sampler had a good variety to try from. If you don't like sweet dishes, I'd recommend going for more of their spicier things since almost all the dishes we got were sweet. Wished the Tom yum was a little more spicy/sour. The staff was so nice and accommodating, and we were seated immediately on a Saturday night for dinner. Try this place out! They also have lunch specials.

    Are gluten free options available?

I am actually there now to pick up dinner so I asked. Yes you can get rice noodles and they don't use flour on their fried tofu so that is also gluten free.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! IT HAS MICE!…read more I was at this restaurant for dinner on Saturday evening and I was the ONLY table at the restaurant. There were no other customers from 630-830PM and with good reason. First, this restaurant needs a serious make-over and cleaning up. The ceiling titles have water stains, the wood paneling is old and worn, there is a refrigerator in the dinning area that is so loud, you need to speak over it, and they have dinning supplies stacked on tables in the dinning room. I ordered veggie dumplings which were overly "chewy". I ordered tofu and veggies for dinner with the sauce on the side (sweet & sour) and the sauce was so sweet, I could not use it. The side rice dish was overcooked. The worst part about this place - after I finished eating and was still sitting at the table, A MOUSE RAN ACROSS THE DINNING ROOM! THIS IS NO LIE! I told the gentlemen working at the counter and he just walked around. I immediately paid my bill (yes they still charged me) and as I was leaving, I saw the mouse again run behind the tall green potted plant near the front door.

We almost always go straight for the Roasted Chicken Bowl (which comes with ginger rice and a 'salad') or the Roasted Chicken Plate (which comes with 1 side). It's such a unique combination of flavors that you can't get easily in the area that isn't overly greasy or one note. The service, while somewhat introverted at times, is always friendly and they're always willing to answer questions, which my introverted side certainly prefers myself. This is a franchised location so this issue is out of their control, but I wonder sometimes if they made the menu more complicated than there has to be. There are a lot of different pathways to order food with the seemingly same options. I wonder if they'd get more success if they treated it like a Chipotle where you picked your protein (broiled chicken vs. roasted vs. fried vs. wings), pick your 1-2 sides, and call it a day. Anyway... The things nobody talks about: - Restrooms: There's a single occupancy restroom - Accessibility: It's all wheelchair accessible - Seating: Ok, it's very limited. There are two rows of tables, each 'row' accommodating four people on each side, but you'd be hard pressed to have people on both sides eat. While they aren't busy enough to make this a problem, you should be prepared to do take out if needed. - Will it fill you up? It depends. In most cases, yes, but some items (looking at you Roasted Chicken Plate), by default, might leave you hungry if you only selected that single side. - Dietary Notes: Gai in Cherry Hill is a franchised location (I think) versus the mothership Gai in NYC. That means the menu online may not match with what's available in Cherry Hill so if you really want to know what you're trying, be sure to 'Order Online' at CHL and read that menu first. For example, the vegetarian bowl is not available in CHL.

This is a hidden gem, but also the best place for a quick takeout bite. The appetizers are delicious and amazing. The first time my husband and I came here we got three company. It's almost like a sampler dinner platter that if you're not sure or you feel like having a couple different types of Chinese food, you cannot have to make a decision and let's face it folks, sometimes you just want a little bit of each dish and sometimes your partner won't share lol I go to is typically GENERAL so but I am not a fan of all the goopy and sticky sauce. I like my chicken white meat and not fatty but also a little crunch to it so I know I could be a pain in the butt when it comes to texture or Trying to manage how much sugar I am getting in with my protein, but depending on what you like or don't like if you let your server know, the Chef will make it to Order and not to mention the staff are super kind very personable and professional. The place is spotless clean as well as their bathrooms Are very clean and kept up. They have something for everyone. I've had their sushi rolls and they are delicious and freshly made. I've had Vietnamese dishes, and they have been freshly prepared and very flavorful. We typically will always order soup. My husband enjoys their wonton soup, and I adore their egg drop. It is very tasty and hits the spot. The crab Rangoon's are freshly handmade. Every time we go it seems like they just were made fresh from scratch, and several times we have dined in and saw them at a table, making them from scratch. They truly put their heart and soul into this business. It is not just a place to go and clock in but many people come in because they've been going for decades and they are like family. Whether we are taking out food or having dinner, they always ask about my family and how my mother is doing since she was not doing well for a bit. I truly appreciate that sincerity and kindness, but mostly because they don't have to ask how my family is. They are running a business, but they do choose to be kind and personable and caring people. Not only is the food delicious and fresh, but we have now stopped going anywhere else and it seems like we always want to go in their direction because of their fresh delicious and reasonably priced food So, I guess we are one step away from being adopted as family, because we absolutely love this place Hey, maybe we will see you there soon.
