To be honest, we haven't tried any Thai and sushi options because this is your typical hole in the wall take out place with only a few tables so I will reserve judgement. I noticed this Chinese takeout as I was passing by on Route 70. That's strange, I thought. Hadn't I already been to every Chinese takeout on this part of Route 70? Paid them a visit in the evening and realized that this place used to be New China Moon. They haven't actually made any major physical changes to the restaurant, aside from putting up a new sign. They still have the same dining area with enough tables and chairs for a few families. It's still primarily a takeout place. They have new menus but I didn't notice too much of a change from the previous restaurant. Where they now shine is in service. They handled our dine-in order politely and efficiently, and came back to check on us, which is almost unheard of in low-cost Chinese places. The food too is a step up from the previous incarnation. There is no longer any of that yellow fried rice. Portion sizes and prices are about as good as they were at New China Moon. One downside remains: I don't think the storefront parking along this row of stores has enough setback from the busy road for safety. Hopefully Route 70 doesn't get much busier than it is now. read more

Ming's kitchen is a pretty decent local American Chinese take out place. The chicken with eggplant and garlic sauce has good flavor, but is very sweet. A bunch of their sauces are sweeter than I would like, and I know that is a common issue at American Chinese places, but this place can be sweeter than most. Sometimes they have Chinese broccoli, which is awesome. I like it worth the pork and garlic sauce. Singapore noodles are pretty good. I could use a bit more spice and a little less salt in there. The wonton soup was okay, but my partner does not like their egg drop soup. I think she misses the egg drop soup of Chinese places past. Steamed pork dumplings are tasty, but pretty standard, they don't really look made in house. The egg roll is not the best I've had, wrong texture on the wrapper. The fried rice also wan't my favorite either, a little bland. read more

First time ordering from Asian Bambo and I think I've found my new go-to place for Chinese food. I've tried a few other restaurants in the area since moving to Cherry Hill but they all were just okay compared to where I used to live. I am very pleased to have tried this one as I will be ordering again! I opted to pick the order up and the restaurant has a large hand sanitizing pump on a table next to the counter and they also have the entire kitchen/counter area barricaded with plastic sheathing to provide covid peace-of-mind with social distancing. At any rate, they give you 10 wontons in a quart of the wonton soup (other places only toss in 8), the chicken lo mien has all sorts of delicious steamed vegetables mixed into the entree, they will also make a sesame chicken combo platter even though it's not listed in the special combos, and the hunks of beef in the beef and broccoli were seasoned very well. My wife and I just moved to our new house and the hunt for our goto Chinese place begins. Mings Kitchen was the first competitor. In all fairness we did not place our normal order as we had a late lunch so this review is being weighted in favor of Mings. We ordered wonton soup, egg roll, steamed pork dumplings and shrimp dumplings. The soup was good, looked like a standard wonton soup. My wife enjoyed it. The egg roll was above average. Nice and crisp, could of uses a bit more pork in the egg roll. The pork dumplings were fantastic. Nice and soft dough and tasty filling. The dumpling sauce was bland though. The shrimp dumplings were ok, not sure i would order them again. Mings put up a valiant effort and are in the running for goto chinese delivery. read more

Wonderful experience at Ming's Kitchen tonight ordering take-out. Very helpful, friendly staff. I am vegetarian and they were very happy to accommodate my needs. I ordered several dishes and all were fresh, not greasy, clean feeling. Great variety of food, I had thai and chinese. I loved that I could watch the chef prepare the meals from behind the counter. Tried Ming's for the first time last night. Very good, somewhat basic fast food Chinese, nothing crazy waiting on the menu. Both the general tso chicken and the lo mein were very tasty, not overly greasy or salty but very tasty. Pork fried rice was also good, not yellow, and just greasy enough. Price was very reasonable. We've struggled to find inexpensive non fancy Chinese takeout in Cherry Hill, this place fits the bill. read more

I work in cherry hill and tried this place out for quick take out. General tsos chicken is some of the best I've had in a while. It's crispy and has a nice kick to it. Driver took an hour long to deliver our food but it was worth it. Also super cheap! Will be ordering again for sure. read more

Delightfully surprised! Great for takeout. Everything was fresh and overall less greasy than the prior restaurant. A nice variety of vegetables and the Vegetable Pad Thai included fresh lime slices and cilantro. Yum! Flavors delicious. read more

Pretty good food. Veggies nicely done, not over cooked. Sauces are not thick and heavy. Just seems a bit pricey. About a $1 more a dish. Oh, and I sat down to eat, did not take out. The Pad Thai was not good at all. The noodles were huge and over cooked. I'm not sure what was wrong with the chicken but it was very soft. I ordered the thai fried rice, egg roll, and hot and sour soup, Egg roll and hour and sour soup were okay.. pretty greasy. But the thai chicken fried rice was SO disgusting. The chicken was almost raw and in tiny cylinder shaped ??? and rice was definitely not done how typical thai fried rice is. I tried to eat it and almost threw up. The delivery took quite a bit and when he arrived to the apartment building, I came down to let him in- while he was complaining about standing outside - and he was not there!!! I waited a while and nothing, so I went back to my unit. Then he called again and was being rude about me not being there, and told me he was going to leave. Great service here, the people I spoke to on the phone were nice, helpful and attentive and the same goes for the delivery person. I ordered the shrimp dumplings which were tasty, the eggplant in garlic sauce which I enjoyed and the bean curd in vegetables which was a little too oily but overall good experience and the good service so refreshing. read more
