I love everything about Han Dynasty! The service is always great and they get the food out super fast no matter what you are getting. The restaurant is small but with plenty of tables . I don't know what item I would recommend the most because overall everything was DELICIOUS! So I'll just post some photos from my visit!

The best Chinese food I've had. It's always fresh and delicious. The chili sauce is so good.

If you love bold flavors and spice, Han Dynasty is a must-visit! The Dan Dan Noodles were perfectly balanced with heat and nuttiness, and the Dumplings in Chili Oil were juicy and packed with flavor. The Beef in Garlic Sauce was tender and savory, while the Salt and Pepper Shrimp was crispy, well-seasoned, and addicting. Great food, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere--just be ready for the spice!

    Shrimp lo mein

Came on a Sunday around 1PM and it was fairly empty. The shrimp lo mein was pretty good. We asked for a mild spice level... and it was QUITE SPICY. The dry pepper style chicken was extremely good. Very crunchy and flavorful. It reminded me of salt and peppered chicken wings, but with a kick to it. This dish came with a big bowl of rice. Simple decor inside and appeared clean. The employees were friendly.

Haven't dined in yet. However, take out has been awesome . We love their wings. We just had the 3 cup chicken( already a fav), and the bok choy with mushrooms is very good. We haven't been disappointed with any meal. Highly recommend

The food and service are both great! Meals are family style which is nice because there are many delicious dishes to choose from. The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. My favorite items are the garlic sauce style (with beef) which is similar to like a pepper steak and the dan dan noodles. We also had the wings which were a special menu item and ended up ordering them 2 more times before the meal was over. Restaurant was clean and is located in a shopping center with a parking lot with plenty of spaces.

We ordered a little of everything from their pork dumplings which were really delicious especially with the vinegar sauce, we ordered spring rolled which came with a mild spicy and sweet sauce which was one of my favorites. The wonton soup was one of my favorites too with a unique flavor combination I don't know how to describe it but it was so good. We ordered mango and lyche green tea and it was so fresh with a fresh lime on top and came in a convenient to go cup. I was so looking forward to this drink and it did not disappoint. We came on a Saturday and the restraint was only 1/3 full. First impression was really good. The restaurant was spacious. There were plenty of space between tables. One wall was decorated with a beautiful hand painted mural of blue mountains and golden clouds. The other wall was decorated with traditional Chinese fans and Chinese lanterns and umbrellas hung from the ceiling. However everything kind of goes downhill from there. Since this is a Shanghainese restaurant, we decided to order the Shanghai style rice cake, the Shanghai pan fried pork soup dumplings, the smoked fillet fish with sweet sauce, a bowl of salted soy milk and an order of the fried crispy dough to go with the soy milk. Everything was just too salty, too greasy or too salty and greasy. The Shanghai style rice cakes were kind of tough and rubbery and not slightly soft and chewy. The whole dish was drowned in soy sauce making it extremely salty. The Shanghai pan fried pork soup dumplings should be filled with a juicy soup and have a crispy pan fried bottom, but instead didn't have any soup and were just overall very greasy. The dough was on the thicker side and the filling was just ok. The smoked fillet dish with sweet sauce was also just salty.it was ok, just not great. Same with the salted soy milk. It tasted less like soy milk and more just soy sauce. The only decent part of our order was the fried crispy dough, but honestly it's hard to mess up fried crispy dough. Service was pretty good. The waiters took time answering questions if you had any. I overheard one waiter recommending dishes based on a customers preferences, so they are definitely helpful and knowledgeable. I just wish the food was on the same level.

The duck was crispy and delicious with little fat. The duck soup was a bonus dish if you pay $6 extra, and it is really worth it. The duck itself was kind of pricy. We love the Fish Fillet cooked with duck egg york, but not sure it is really Taiwanese style. Pan fried noodle is a typical Cantonese dish, it is a good one to choose. Dry hot pot was unique but not enough ingredients since it cost $18. Sautéed beef was not tender enough. Overall, it was a good dining experience with great services. BTW, 5% off if you pay cash. They service special Chinese breakfast items during Saturday and Sunday. We ordered Fried Crispy Dough and Salted Soy Milk, and they are not bad.

Adding the General Tso's sauce, a honey-spiced blend, gives it a nice kick, though I expected a touch more heat. The General Tso's chicken itself is crispy with juicy pieces, and the flaky, veggie-packed spring rolls are a solid addition. The chicken wings, while flavorful, were served with sauce on the side rather than tossed, which is a personal preference of mine. The sweet and tangy sauce is good, but I think it would have been even better coating the wings directly. Inside, the calm ambiance and soft background music create a relaxing vibe. The complimentary tea at pickup and the friendly staff add a welcoming touch to the experience.
