Delicious Thai food! I find it to be a tad pricey, but the times I have gone I've left very happy with my meal.

Today we went to celebrate my husbands birthday. Thai Chili Pepper is our favorite Thai restaurant, and trust me we had tried many Thai places. They have always been consistent and have been very nice every time we've been. We've even ordered Uber Eats many times and every single time our order is perfect. Today was enough to make me never want to go back or recommend this place ever again. Our poor server had to take the brunt of our frustration too. We ordered the Pumpkin Curry off of the menu which states it comes with vegetables, squash, pumpkin, coconut milk and basil. When the dish arrived it contained pineapple which my husband doesn't eat as it upsets his stomach. He politely informed the waiter that he thought it was the yellow curry as there was pineapple in the dish and the waiter proceeded to check with the kitchen. When he returned he stated that the dish does come with pineapple to which we stated that it's not listed on the menu. The waiter told us that vegetables are included in the dish and we informed him that pineapple is not a vegetable. There are two dishes on the menu that specifically state they come with pineapple and the pumpkin curry is not one of those. My husband asked nicely for a regular curry instead. By the time the waiter returned everyone in our party had finished their food and several other tables had already been served food. The waiter told us that the owner wanted us to pay for both the incorrect meal and the second meal my husband ordered as the first meal came with seafood (shrimp). We stayed calm at that time and told them that was ridiculous as my husband had not touched the first meal. He simply sent it back which is something we rarely do at restaurants. We also asked politely to speak with the owner which did not happen. The owner stood their ground on not comping us for their mistake. This is unacceptable behavior for a restaurant owner. Do not hide behind your waiter who was not at fault and make them deal with the customer. If the owner had simply had a conversation with us things would not have escalated the way they did. Show more respect to your paying loyal customers. I have never seen my husband so upset and I apologize to the other patrons who had to witness this, however, this reaction was warranted as we were asked to pay for two meals, one of which was returned and not eaten and the other never received. We actually gave some extra money to the waiter as he had offered to pay for our meal. I'm not going to make the waiter pay for something that is the owners responsibility but I have a lot of respect for him offering to do that. He knew the owners were in the wrong. This restaurant has since been reported for misrepresentation on their menu item. This is a dangerous situation for those that have strong allergies. Next time I would recommend taking responsibility for your kitchens mistakes. Mistakes happen and we underhand that but do not force a customer to pay in this day and age for something that is not up to standards or made incorrectly. We will not be returning which is sad because they have the best drunken noodles. I will miss those. read more

So we have been wanting to try this place for months now, it was worth the wait! Amazing Duck dish and the Pad Thai very spot on. We did takeout because just not eating indoors right now. Place is very cute inside but the lighting is like a cafeteria setting, wayyyyy to bright, no ambiance at all. The Pad Thai was very dry and has no flavor nor does the fried rice. They both had an old grease taste to them. The chicken wings were good. Steamed dumplings, terrible! At 53.00 for take out, only ate the wings and we each had 1 dumpling should of returned the order!!! read more

If this would have been the first time I tried Thai food, then I would never want it again! It was bad enough that it took FOREVER and I mean FOREVER to get my food, but the actual food was HORRIBLE! I went here this evening with my mom and son. The three of us are absolutely sick and nauseous from tonight's dinner! I never like leaving a review like this, but I seriously cannot understand how this restaurant has good reviews. It's one of the worst restaurants I've been to. I walked in to get a menu for future take out and to my disappointment the place had a horrible smell. I also noticed this from the last restaurant that was in the same storefront. I wish they would address it. I would like to try their food at some future point . read more

Horrible customer service! Walked in to place my order at 12:55, the blondserver said come back in 15 minutes . I walked back in at 1:20 and my order had not even been placed. I didn't receive my order for 55 minutes! Yes the food is delicious, however I will not be back due to poor customer service. Take out orders should be processed as they come in. The food is full of flavor and was so fresh! It's the first Thai that my 3 and 5 year old girls not only ate but enjoyed! I highly recommend the restaurant for the high quality of their food and fantastic customer service. Excellent food, great service, atmosphere, and presentation. They really bring the heat so go medium or less. Otherwise bring ice cream or a pint of milk. Excellent flavor though. Had the honey lemongrass chicken. Great dish. Will get it again. read more

Honest Review, VERY Bright lights, no atmosphere, Food was good, $10 to bring in your own bottle of wine "so" they can uncork it...BE SURE TO TIP 20% or more or the server will bring back the bill and ask you what you tipped? Yes, that happened they wanted to know why we did not tip more...So, we will not go back because of this experience. read more

Where to begin...If there's something I have to be strict with is what I put into my body. With that said, I hold high value on food service and the entire experience. Unfortunately, I venture into this new place only to realize all their shortcomings. Ordered over the phone, They indicated "ready in 40 minutes ". Arrived an hour later and food was not ready, I had to wait another 45 minutes at the restaurant for two appetizers and one plate. The host disappeared into the back and would not address me with any updates. Another customer walked in claiming the same issue. Along, the restaurant had three tables running with four people each. Not efficient at all. Food; what a disappointment! After a patient wait I expected awesome...it was a disaster. Portions are kids size and not so flavorful. Everyone has a way of making their food, but the expectation is simple...at least resemble what the food supposed to be. The example, lettuce wrap. After waiting 25 minutes for this appetizer I received a half lettuce ball and a mixed bowl of chicken ground meat incorporated with noodles, cashews, carrots, celery, onions, and cilantro "all-in-one". Simply, the experience gone...just ad whatever in that bowl to the lettuce and go. Horrible! I often do not complain or write dumb reviews but, the disappointment was so great that I felt like sharing. Now, if you feel compelled to try this place, to each its own and good luck. This was our first visit. There were 4 other tables occupied and there were 2 servers. The time was 5:25 pm. We waited 25 minutes for our order to arrive, pretty bad. We had 4 different dishes. Typically, Thai food sauces are distinctive and they make the dish. This location's sauces totally lacked flavor. The shrimp w eggplant w a mild heat setting, it had very good sized shrimp but zero flavor & it appears the 4 major pieces of eggplant were sitting in the sauce for a very long time as they fell apart when u tried to eat them with a fork. Pad Thai is a stable go to dish, we had it w chicken and while it had the same heat setting as the eggplant dish it was hotter but once again bland. We will not be returning. read more

Overall great tasting food and great quality, their spicy drunken noodles are amazing. Only con is that at times the phone will continue to ring with no answer and I have yet to try their dumplings, all three times I've ordered I received a call back that they're out. read more

The ambience, service & food at this new restaurant was fantastic. The very kind and polite woman who greeted us was an excellent host and had no problems explaining the menu in detail. Tried THAI Chili Pepper and let me just say i will never be the same. I went in and was immediately greeting by a very sweet and perky server by the name Lou. She recommended that I try the Panang Curry as i had never had thai food before... i took one bite and literally saw God. Lou was my angel and that curry brought me through the gates of heaven. We ordered online arrived 45 minutes later and the food wasn't ready. We waited another half an hour and the waitress told us the Drunken noodles still weren't ready and that there was only one chef. We asked for a refund and left. Very disappointed. read more

I saw their ad on Facebook and decided to give them a try for takeout. Went to their site and saw first their prices are too high for this area. But I selected some items and was ready to finalize the order when I discovered they added a $1.50 "convenience fee" to the bill. What the hell is a convenience fee and who is it convenient for; not me. I cancelled the order. At this time most restaurants and other businesses are winning back their customer base with discounts and added value; not this place. I predict they will be gone in 6 months. read more

Wow. The food was amazing. The best was the amazing chicken dish. The only thing that we didn't like is the fact the dishes didn't come with rice. We ordered two sides of rice and that's all we good. I highly recommend Thai Chili Pepper. We've been here a couple of times and it's been consistently good. Some dishes we ordered were the Veggie Pad Thai and Veggie fried rice.
