Usually we have dinner there but for the first time, I tried one of their weekday lunch specials. The price is great at about 15$, and includes a small soup and appetizer. The portion was plenty for me to take home leftovers for another meal. One of the ladies that works there always remembers my family and our regular orders. She has worked there for years, is tall and wears glasses and used to live in N. Hollywood. lol that's what I know about her, and don't know her name. Shout out to her, she's awesome.

I found Coconut Rice via DoorDash and Yelp along with some others and ultimately chose Coconut Rice. It was a great choice and I was happy with the outcome! We ordered delivery via DoorDash and got an order of Pad Thai with Chicken, Red Curry Chicken, and two Thai Iced Teas. The restaurant received the order and confirmed it very quickly. Our driver picked up the food and brought it over on time - and it was still warm enough and ready to eat right away. The portions were huge - I love when I can make more than one meal out of an order! And, the flavors and ingredients were great! I do feel like there were some slight differences from other places in style, ingredients, flavor, etc. but not in a bad way! For the curry you can select your spice level which is nice; keep in mind it's labeled as somewhat spicy (mild), very spicy (medium), and extremely spicy (hot) - so if you're not a huge spice person, that could look intimidating. We went with the mild, or somewhat spicy just in case and it was not too spicy so the "very" spicy or medium probably would have been okay. I don't know if I'd say I was disappointed by the Thai iced teas as I think that is too harsh since they were still delicious, but I could tell they were made differently than what I was used to. I had a feeling though as they have an option for sweetened or unsweetened when ordering which isn't usually a thing. All in all, the food, drinks, and experience was positive and I will definitely keep this place on call for Thai when in the area!

Located in a small office park(?) right off of Ayer Rd, Harvard, this place can be a little tricky to park if you're coming here during lunch time. While there are a lot of parking spots around, they get occupied pretty quickly. Inside, the decoration is very cozy with nice little touches here and there that gives the place a glimpse of their homeland. There is a good amount of seating around and they have a couple of long tables that can accommodate a group of 6-8, but the place can very quickly fill up due to leaving the dining area centrally spacious. All of the workers here are very friendly and they always ask me how I'm doing since I've been a regular for such a long time. I've never once had an unpleasant interaction with anyone here. But enough of that. The food is why you're reading this review and I can assure you that everything this place serves absolutely slaps. I have eaten most of the menu and I enjoy nearly everything. However for this review I will talk about my 2 most frequently ordered items Chicken Satay ; 4pcs, served with peanut sauce and sometimes a sweet and sour sauce with pickled veggies. the chicken is very tender and juicy. it tastes like its been marinated or cooked in a curry sauce and it tastes great. 10/10 appetizer Thai Spicy Noodles ; I have eaten this dish dozens of times and it has never been disappointing. It's no exaggeration that this is my favorite noodle dish in the world, and I honestly cannot describe the flavor at all. It's just SO rich and savory and utterly full of flavor. My only small complaint is that I think they go too overboard with the onions. I genuinely feel like I'm eating a whole onion every time I get this. But, slightly bad breath is totally worth it. I'll try to remember to take more pictures the next time I visit. This place is a must-try for anyone in the area.

A picture is worth 1000 words so take a look at the dumplings I got below lol Chicken dumplings with a giant black hair fucking snaking its way across three dumplings. The appetizers were pretty routine: 2 each of shumai, peking dumplings, crab rangoon and one beef satay. The tempura shrimp mentioned on the menu was not served, but everything was tasty if not memorable. I expected more for our $15. My girl ordered the pad thai. It was okay, but needed more tamarind and was missing peanuts. Our server happily provided a bowl of peanuts. For authentic pad thai, I'll go to a Thai restaurant. A word about the people: our server was friendly and responsive, and we were greeted cheerfully. Our order took a reasonable amount of time to arrive. It wouldn't be fair to review the ambiance of an empty restaurant, so I'll just say the place was clean and the booth comfortable. I ordered the ma-la lamb specifically to get a plate of very spicy Sichuan style meat and it came dripping with hot oil and covered in chopped hot chilis. It was amazingly good. Not only was it at my limit for heat, I could taste all the flavor of the lamb as well as the other spices as my sinuses liquefied and my tear ducts leaked. I loved this dish. It was just as good reheated the next day. I think our experience here only scratched the surface of the menu. I'll definitely return for more spicy Sichuan food but will probably pass non-Sichuan appetizers and dishes.

At the time of this posting, they were offering takeout, online ordering for pick-up (Toast) and online delivery (DoorDash, higher pricing). The walls were repainted from orange red to lime green. Praya Thai offers a variety of Thai dishes including noodle & rice dishes, curries, appetizers, salads, soups, house special dishes, desserts, and bubble tea. The prices are moderate. On my way home, I stopped off in Westford and headed over the Praya Thai for dinner takeout. I saw they offered online ordering through Toast and ordered the Tofu Drunken Noodles ($14.95 plus tax) and the Massaman Curry with Tofu ($16.95 plus tax). My order was ready in about 12 minutes after placing my order in my vehicle outside the restaurant. I enjoyed my food back at the house. The Drunken Noodles had a mix of veggies (broccoli, green beans, carrots, red peppers, onions, baby corn), sprouts, egg, basil, and firm tofu pieces, soft chow foon noodles in a garlic chili sauce. The Massaman Curry had a mix of vegetables (carrots, green beans, onions, broccoli), potatoes, peanuts, in a hot massaman curry sauce in coconut milk. The side of white rice was a bit sticky, but otherwise good with the curry dish. I enjoyed half of the food and enjoyed the rest for lunch the next day. Overall, I really enjoyed the food that I ordered which had good flavors and was still very hot when I arrived home.
