Massaman Curry (comes with a side of rice)
    Rooty T.

Party of five had dinner on a Thursday evening around 7:30 PM. I shared the Massaman Curry and Fiery Pad Thai with my partner. Our friends had noodle dishes and a soup. We started with an appetizer sampler. The sampler consisted of Chicken Satay, crispy rolls and other fried items. The satay and rolls were tasty. The Curry dish was good, and the Pad Thai was delicious. One item that was interesting was how dishes ordered with a higher heat level were prepared. The dish was served with extra red pepper flakes as apposed to chili sauce. Prices are very reasonable.

I really wish I could give 4.5 or 4.8 stars because I LOVE this place! This is where I come to get my thai fix when in Massachusetts. Definitely a hole in the wall spot in Clinton but absolutely worth a visit. Great prices (especially for lunch) and the food is always presented really well and always tastes amazing. They even ask about food allergies to make sure they cater to any sensitivities. I've eaten here more times than I can count and have never regretted it. Sometimes small issues arose like the front door opening when windy or a little bit of a lengthy wait but nothing that would ever stop me from coming back. Absolutely two thumbs up!

I was a fan of Thai Time the first few times I went! Food is pretty good, portions are great, and the prices are appropriate for the amount of food you receive. I LOVED their pad Thai! And their Pad See Ew is also delicious. Probably my favorite Thai place in the area, seeing as the food is always consistent and they have great options for anyone who's gluten free or vegetarian! (Not many places around here pay too much attention to people with dietary restrictions). Unfortunately, they did not list "eggs" in their pad Thai, so my father, who cannot eat eggs, was unable to enjoy the dish. I think it's important that they list all of the ingredients in their dishes on the menu. Thankfully, he's not deathly allergic, but it could've been an issue if he were. They did not offer to remake the dish without eggs. I loved Thai Time, I'm just hoping for better service in the future.

So first experience from here but I will update my review as I visit more. Price to portion of food served was pretty good. The sampler was a nice a little bit of everything the egg rolls, crab Rangoon and golden triangles were very flavorful and delicious. The chicken satay wasn't very good it was tuff and dry Maybe just a bad batch so will try them again. We also got an order of drunken noodles flavor and spice level were perfect the portion was a little light and not alot of noodles it was more vegetables then noodles. Will definitely be back for take out they offer and eat in spot but it was very out dated and run down.

What a great little place! I'm by no means a Thai connoisseur, BUT the in-laws are, and they were in love. Service was great. We were also the only ones there but I wouldn't expect it to be bad if we weren't. For starters we got the scallion pancakes which came with a sweet soy sauce. The boy said they were not as good as the ones in Thailand but hey... We're in 'Merica so... I thought they were delish. He also said his stir fry was a bit more bland than he was used to, but again... They probably aren't using the crusty seasoned unwashed pans to fry it in they would normally use in Thailand where health codes don't exist. But I digest. ....I mean digress. I got the red chicken curry... great wholesome flavor that left me satisfied. It was sweet but not Indian curry sweet, and spicy but not Japanese curry spicy. It was pretty much smack dab in the middle of those two. Lots of bamboo shoots which I normally don't like too much, but they made them great somehow. Their spice level is 1-5. If you're a pro at all things spicy, you can ask for 6 and they will make it for you. All I can say is, dad was not sweating after downing a 5 spice level dish. Watch out drunken noodles, we will be back for you.

Awesome place first time I tried it Tonight. Can't believe they were only down the street. Highly recommended. The Shumai shrimp steamed appetizer was also great. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Our food order (Siam Sampler, Crispy Chicken Pad Thai and Sweet & Sour Lady Fingers) all just FABULOUS! The food came out hot, presentation was nice and the colors were vibrant. Chicken moist and tender, veggies done to perfection, pad thai noodles were not overly sweet but just enough to make you want to continue eating more and more! The Siam Sampler came with 3 sauces that enhanced the flavors (the flavors were on point so the sauces were just a bonus if you like dipping)! We asked if we could put all the food in the middle of the table so we could share everything and it was not a problem at all. The bar was beautiful and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. We were certainly not rushed at all and enjoyed our time at Siam 9! We will definitely be going back and bringing many family members with us - a nice little gem in Holden for Thai food! For about 5 years I have worked nearby this restaurant and for 5 years I have eaten here…read more.. countless times. Located in a small office park(?) right off of Ayer Rd, Harvard, this place can be a little tricky to park if you're coming here during lunch time. While there are a lot of parking spots around, they get occupied pretty quickly. Inside, the decoration is very cozy with nice little touches here and there that gives the place a glimpse of their homeland. There is a good amount of seating around and they have a couple of long tables that can accommodate a group of 6-8, but the place can very quickly fill up due to leaving the dining area centrally spacious. All of the workers here are very friendly and they always ask me how I'm doing since I've been a regular for such a long time. I've never once had an unpleasant interaction with anyone here. But enough of that. The food is why you're reading this review and I can assure you that everything this place serves absolutely slaps. I have eaten most of the menu and I enjoy nearly everything. However for this review I will talk about my 2 most frequently ordered items Chicken Satay ; 4pcs, served with peanut sauce and sometimes a sweet and sour sauce with pickled veggies. the chicken is very tender and juicy. it tastes like its been marinated or cooked in a curry sauce and it tastes great. 10/10 appetizer Thai Spicy Noodles ; I have eaten this dish dozens of times and it has never been disappointing. It's no exaggeration that this is my favorite noodle dish in the world, and I honestly cannot describe the flavor at all. It's just SO rich and savory and utterly full of flavor. My only small complaint is that I think they go too overboard with the onions. I genuinely feel like I'm eating a whole onion every time I get this. But, slightly bad breath is totally worth it. I'll try to remember to take more pictures the next time I visit. This place is a must-try for anyone in the area.

Ordered tofu Soft Rolls and Beef Green Curry for dine in and a Thai tea to-go. Soft rolls were pretty standard -- 4/5 Thai tea was good -- 4.5/5 Beef green curry was spectacular EXCEPT the Thai egg plant tasted like it was previously frozen and that no good -- 4/5 Bill was close to $36. Restaurant was definitely a small space, "hole in the wall" category, definitely worth a visit for well made foods. Service was great for only having two people working.

The other day, I finished trying all of the phở places I could find in Fitchburg and Leominster,…read moreand a majority of places in Worcester. I felt that it was appropriate for me to come back here and see if my (and my wife's!!) opinions on phở have changed in the past year. I actually live down the street from this place, and despite being in very close proximity I've only been here... 4 times? Located in a small strip mall right next to the N Main Street, Leominster Dunkin' Donuts, this place has been a solid fixture that I've passed by nearly every day since I could even remember anything. Google AI Overview tells me they've been open since 1998. With that said, the parking is a pain since it requires diagonal parking and little room for error when backing out. It's a shared lot between a few other businesses too, so I don't really understand how they can manage on busy days. I've only come here for dinner and the place has a nice, very dim atmosphere. This seems exactly the kind of spot to bring your partner out for a quiet dinner; I don't think I heard anyone else around us talking lol. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive but I can't help but feel disappointed that no one speaks Vietnamese; they said they were all Hmong. Anyways... Sparkling Salty Plum Drink ; this drink is always delicious in every place and this quality matches all others. and I'm always left wanting more. recommended. Gỏi Cuốn ; Vietnamese salad (or fresh) rolls. I order this at every restaurant that serves it. I have to be candid here - this is the worst one I've had out of the dozens of Asian restaurants I've eaten in. These rolls were mostly lettuce, so the crispy and watery texture is all you can taste and feel. The peanut sauce was also the most flavorless I've tried as well. For the first time ever my wife had to scoop a decent amount onto her roll just to taste something - she always dunks the teeniest tiniest corner at other places. Do. Not. Recommend. Phở Bò Viên ; this was the first phở spot I brought my wife and both of us agreed... we did not like the phở here. Have our opinions changed? Not really. The broth is very light with a delicate beef flavor. I could see myself enjoying this in the spring time if I was looking for a light lunch. As I got further in the bowl the tangy and oniony flavor really comes out and I'm left finding it unpleasant. Upon first taste before I dug in, my wife still found the broth too sour. This place also has the samn damn problem as many others: the noodles are TOO narrow and slippery and they rob most of the volume of the bowl. And you better eat it fast before it's too soggy. The meatballs here were way tougher than other phở places. Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang ; this was my wife's choice and off the bat she said this bowl is too sweet. That's actually crazy since she finds most places to be too salty and too sour. I took a sip of it and had to agree. The broth is light but has a strong seafood-forward and sweet taste. She managed to eat all of it, but she really had to alter the bowl with lime juice and Sriracha to make it palatable. Overall, we didn't particular like our last visit, and our minds haven't really changed after giving it another shot. Maybe I'll come back some other time to try the rice dishes.
