I am currently injured leaving me temporarily disabled and making it difficult to walk short distances. Yesterday I ordered from Thai Chili 2go at the Santan location and was told on the phone there is absolutely no way they can bring my food out to me curbside when I was already parked right outside the restaurant. I expressed that I was disabled and injured and I was left on hold for more than 5 minutes while Sam talked to her manager who didn't get back to the call. After a few minutes of waiting on hold I decided to call back again and was connected with Sam again. She told me again they are unable to bring me my food because she "is not allowed to leave the store". I told her I'm parked less than 5 feet away from the entrance and she said she could not help. I asked if I could speak to her manager and she said he was busy and that she'll just bring my food out. She brought it out but after I was in the parking lot for over ten minutes parked directly in front of their store. Today I ordered again, expecting yesterday to just be a weird day, and this time I get Ken on the phone. Ken lets me know they "don't do curbside pick up" and I'll have to come into the store if I want my food. I tell him that I saw it online that they do curbside and he tells me nope that they don't. I ask him if he'll make an exception because I'm injured and he said no. I was upset so I ended up hobbling in to get my food which was incredibly painful and honestly I should have just canceled my order and gone somewhere else. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), businesses are required to make reasonable modifications to their policies--including offering curbside pickup--to ensure equal access. I will be filing a complaint. I won't be ordering again and I will be posting this to several groups to share my experience. read more

I ordered from the TC2GO app for the first time today. It was easy to customize my order, and the food was ready at the time I selected. Unfortunately, the lid on the Tom Kha Gai wasn't secure, and the soup spilled out even though I was careful. I opted out of the scallions because the last time I ordered via the phone, the soup was filled with chopped green onions. The flavor was good overall. The white rice was hard and dry--probably fine for making fried rice, but not great with regular dishes. After an appointment found this was the closest location to get drunken noodles I was craving. They have a simple menu which is nice when you just wanna pick up something quick. They have 5 noodle dishes costing $11. You can choose protein for extra: tofu & chicken +3, beef +4, shrimp +5, and there are 4 spice levels to choose from: mild, medium, hot, and Thai hot. I chose beef for my protein and Thai hot spice level. Like the name states, I think they do a lot of to go orders as they only have 3 tables. They have a couple of kiosks to order too. The kitchen seemed very busy fulfilling the orders but the gentleman working was very nice and my order was ready as soon as I walked in. I was surprised my order was ready so fast! The drunken noodle was a bit bland for me as I like it very savory and rich. It was however very fresh and there was an abundance of beef and vegetables which I appreciated. I think there was only 3 pieces of basil and maybe why it wasn't as aromatic as I hoped. Although I ordered Thai hot, it wasn't very spicy for me but then I can handle a ton of spice. What hit: Both noodle dishes were excellent--saucy, well-balanced, and cooked to perfection. The Phat Noodles had the right amount of heat and sweetness, while the Drunken Noodles packed flavor even at a mild spice level. Everything came out piping hot and the made-to-order speed is impressive. Also easy on the wallet. The front end guy was very nice he was running both front and back. Took over 45 minutes from the time we ordered till we got are food. Then got home and only half of a container of drunken noodles which was very frustrating. The soup was almost all mushrooms which we expected to have more greens then mushrooms. After a long day & weekend at Country Thunder in Florence, AZ we wanted something quick. The app ordering was clumsy and we had to switch apps. We noticed the pricing was different, I.e. more expensive through Yelp. The Pad Thai & yellow curry tasted decent BUT they forgot to put the rice in the order. I had to drive back and it was already 8 pm. There was no consideration, just the regular coupon that is mailed out. It's a regular looking lobby, ordering area with coolers of refreshments. They were much better when they were a single sitdown and order place. once they decided to franchise or open many fast food like service locations, their quality began ro suffer and become a watered down americanized version of a wonderful foreign cuisine. It's ok... thats how it happens here, the downside to capitolism. .the American dream. Open a wonderful restaurant to share your countries amazing food, but you can barely get by if you do well So you either continue this way or you try and try to open more locations at those cost of a smaller menu amd the quality control becomes too difficult to control and your food becomes average, inconsistent but you are creating a brand..unfortunately the American dream has MANY pit falls and you have to give up something you were proud of at one time to obtain it. I don't know what this was but it wasn't Thai food. New to the area and saw this spot and figured I'd try it. The food was very unseasoned. We ordered thai fried rice, pad thai, and another noodle. The thai tea was overly sweet and certainly not comparable to regular Thai tea. They didn't have sticky rice so I should have know something was up then. I frequent this location often because of the proximity to my home, and order the same thing every time --pad Thai with fried tofu, spice level medium. The overall quality is good but the order is so inconsistent! The spice level varies from nothing to burning my mouth off, about half the time the fried tofu is charred, and the amount of sauce also varies from soaked to dry. When the variations align to my personal taste --medium spice, no char on the tofu, and medium sauce, the pad Thai is great. I just wish that the quality level hit the mark every time or was at a lower price point. read more
