UNSANITARY FOOD, RUDE, UNREASONABLE STAFF HAIR IN FOOD = HEALTH HAZARD Regrettably, first time at this dump ordered the pineapple fried rice and pad woon sen for $22.50+ which was a 3 out of 10. Starting eating this dish and found a long blonde hair in the food which was already on a fork and on its way to my child mouth. Horrors! We're all brunettes. Needless to say our meal was ruined. I called this joint and "Matthew" refused a refund unless I returned the food and the same portion remained. Well, obviously we'd started eating it. Matthew's best offer was to remake the dish. Why would I want anything else from their kitchen!!! He was argumentative, unreasonable, obstinate and rude. To add insult to injury he hung up on me! I called back and spoke to Mai, the cook. He called his boss and called me back stating NO refund unless same portion remained and this was the best he could do b/c he didn't want to loose his job. You would think the place would let go of the $22.50 to avoid the bad PR and a health dept. complaint. These people are blinded by greed for money and don't care about patrons who give their establishment a chance. Unfortunately, some of these types of places pull leftover rice from tables of dine-in guests and reserve. Heard this little inside baseball from an Asian friend. Unfortunately, I think this is what happened here. This place needs customer service training and a visit from Environmental Health. read more

BEST THAI FOOD EVER. My favorite is the pepper garlic beef. I also love the yellow curry. Their orange chicken is amazing! My husby loves the masaman curry. The meals start out with crispy rice soup. I always want to ask for 3 more servings, but don't want to seem like a gross pig. So I deal with 1 bowl. Then comes the main course, along with a steaming bowl of rice. Finally, "pudding"...I don't know what it really is, but that's what they call it. It has a coconut/tapioca flavor. And they sometimes put corn in it, haha. It's soooooooooo good. The prices are amazing and the service is good. Overall, one of my very favorite restaurants. read more

The service at this place is absolute atrocious. Yesterday with 30 minutes until closing they refused to take an order. Then tonight they said they would be taking walk-in orders until. We specifically asked because we realized that it was very close to closing so to be polite we asked before we tried to order. As stated they said walk in orders until 9 so I went in and was told no orders at that time. It would be nice to be able to follow the business hours and get something, but it's been made nearly impossible. Not to mention why not take the phone order it would have been ready easily before closing and picked up by closing as well. read more

I met a couple of friends here for lunch, this was my first time here and my first impression was that it looked bright and clean. We were immediately greeted by the hostess and seated. After perusing the vast menu I finally decided on the Cashew Chicken and a Thai Tea. My order arrived shortly and I saw that they sure don't skimp on the food, my plate was piled high with cashew chicken and fried rice, at $6.95 this was a bargain and it was very good as well. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meal and said that they would come back again! read more

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I I WOULD RECOMMEND JACK IN THE BOX over this place! We never received that soup they rave about. Not to mention we never received water! We were dying from thirst. The staff was extremely rude. Not to mention when I was called sweetie. My husband is the one that calls me that, not a manager of a horrible restaurant. Oh did I mention tht the food made me sick. I believe they may have spit in it. Please don't waste your money with this place!!!! Not mention how pricey it is for a thai place! read more

I 've been coming here for years but have a really bad experience yesterday. Food was horrible and took so long.I ordered only two items and took like FOREVER (SERVICE VERY BAD). Even the crispy rice soup was tasteless not same like before. The Thai Iced tea was watery also and they charged you $3.00 for soda??? That's ridiculous.. You can get a giant soda for only $1.00 in another place. I didn't know WHY they change so much either they have new management or ownership. But one thing for sure I never COMING BACK!!! read more

I would give it a zero if I could... I ordered the trip to Thailand and it was cold and disgusting when I asked to send it back they said they normally don't do that unless there's a hair in the food Yes you heard that right a hair in the food so they ended up exchanging it for Kung Pao chicken which was absolutely disgusting and the table behind me had a hair in their food and the waiter told them that everybody had hats on there's no way you could come from them low and behold I had a hair in mind as well read more

Thai Cafe in Lancaster is a true gem with its classic charm and inviting atmosphere. The decor has a timeless feel that adds to the overall dining experience, making it a cozy spot for a relaxed meal. The spicy noodles with shrimp are absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of heat and a perfect balance of flavors. The fresh ingredients and generous portions make it clear that a lot of care goes into each dish. If you're in the mood for authentic Thai cuisine, Thai Cafe is definitely worth a visit! read more
