Came back to…read moreweed ,not convinced they know what weeds look like because weeds continued to grow in all of the gardens.Were responsive at first to correcting the situation but never corrected it, weeds still there. Cost was expensive and when my concerns regarding the poor quality of work were discussed the response was that my expectations were too high and that I had signed the agreement and knew what I was paying for. Yes, I did, but my expectation was that at 89 dollars for weeding there would not be weeds left behind. We had already paid (6000) for mulching and I thought the first weeding was included in that. I was wrong weeds were under the mulch.When I chose to challenge the final bill, the manager did reduce the bill but it was minimal and would not negotiate any further and said since we were at an impasse she would forward the issue to a lawyer. I called the owner of the business Mr. Lehigh, he called back at 8 pm and I was out with friends, called him back in the morning and he deferred my call to the manager that I had been dealing with, she was curt and not so pleasant. That in itself tells me that his customer concerns are not a priority.No one wants to bring a trivial law suit , they are costly and take time away for more important things, neither which i was interested in pursuing . I paid the final bill very begrudgingly and disappointed in their approach to customer service.Will continue to write poor reviews and contact the BBB.

He will consult with you about what kind of wood would be the most effective for your situation. For example, I have a one year-old wood-burning fireplace insert which can only take wood of certain lengths. Every time DAN delivers to me, he is cognizant of that. When I spoke to the owner, he said he would not charge me, well he shouldn't since I asked that it not be cut several days in advance. When I spoke to him he told me that it is confusing because we change out mind every week. First, that is not true we did it twice, and second, we are paying for the service and can tell them when we do not want it cut. He told me if we do not want it cut, we should tell them the day that they are coming. Now how do I always know when they are coming when there is rain, etc? In addition, when his brother was doing the mowing, he would actually skip us when our lawn looked like this. Once he skipped us and the owner charged us anyway. I expect my landscaper to know when not to cut, but I always text so they can plan their schedule and crew. When I told him we were discontinuing his service his text back was that he did not need my business anyway. The below pictures are my lawn before they came to cut it. We had asked them not to in a text on Saturday, and they cut in anyway.
