So you're there for an hour and you're done for the day, heart pumping for 50 minutes and you get your muscles and your heart worked out. The 30 day challenge is perfect for anyone who is in a slump and needs to kickstart their fitness ( or anyone who's already in shape and wants a new challenge). Follow their diet and go to their workouts - you'll feel amazing - physical and mentally. What separates this from the equinox and other gyms is the community they have. The trainers and mentors keep you accountable. We know that the time you spend outside of the gym is just as important than when you're at the gym (if not more). These people make sure you know that and follow the instructions to meet your goals.

You will feel so good afterwards!! I had the pleasure of having Bryan for my instructor who was phenomenal!! He is co-owner and super cool. He helped me out before we started and showed me the things we would do for the night!! They even welcomed me with having my name on paper where I can post it in class to be acknowledged. Also, the Music was amazingggg it made the workout fun!! I had a blast!! It's very clean inside and you clean off the apparatus every station change. It's very cute inside and quaint. **Booty Goals? Confidence Goals? Girl Gang Goals? BUNDA. IS. IT.**…read more Okay ladies, let me put you on to the secret sauce that changed my life -- BUNDA. If you've been craving a workout that actually delivers results (hellooo lifted booty + snatched waist ), while also surrounding you with the most uplifting, strong, inspiring women -- you've gotta get yourself to a class ASAP. Like, yesterday. Let me just say: Bunda didn't just change my body -- it healed my heart, reset my mindset, and gave me a new level of confidence I didn't know existed. This isn't just a fitness studio, it's a vibe, a movement, a whole lifestyle. I came in for a revenge body (because, you know... heartbreak), but I stayed for the sisterhood. The energy here is infectious -- every woman in that room is rooting for you. Imagine walking into a space where you feel empowered, hyped, and celebrated every single time. That's Bunda, babe The workouts? Fire. It's the perfect mix of cardio, lifting, and booty-focused strength that'll leave your glutes screaming in the best way. If you're trying to build those gains and feel strong AF, this is 100% where you need to be. And yes, it pairs so well with your weekly Pilates -- but let's be real, I'd come here every day if I could. The coaches? Absolute queens I started off at the Glendale location (shoutout to my OG coaches there!!) and they truly set the tone. Every instructor is fierce, knowledgeable, and soooo motivating -- I have my faves and pasadena, but you honestly can't go wrong. They push you, but they also see you, and that makes all the difference. Not to be dramatic, but I'm basically a walking Bunda brand ambassador at this point. I've got the gear, the equipment, the water bottle... I've dragged half my friend group into the studio with me (you're welcome), and I've got more people asking about Bunda than my skincare routine So if you're: Looking for a fitness fam to keep you accountable Ready to level up your booty game Wanting to feel strong, sexy, and unstoppable Or just need something new to fall in love with again... THIS. IS. YOUR. SIGN. Go take the class. Try it once. I promise you'll be obsessed. Thank you, Bunda, for being exactly what I didn't know I needed. For the transformation. For the friendships. For the confidence. For the best glutes of my life. xoxo, A forever Bunda babe
