Having recently visited it, I saw it was suffering from the fungus infection that appears to be destroying so many trees like this in this county. I can't be happier about the service I'm getting. Treating a tree that's 20 feet tall and would most likely have succumbed to this infection, perhaps this season, is not for anyone but the most experienced arborist. He will save this tree. Not only is he treating the infection, but he also plans to aearate the roots and feed the tree. He has also promised to watch it as he would his own tree because this tree is very important to me and it's not on my property. The service is not cheap but you get what you pay for. If you have a tree that you see is struggling, don't wait for it to die. Give him a call and let him come out to diagnose and give you an estimate.

2026 this guy Eugene…read moreis clearly the biggest POS , known to man, I work my ass off, he knows my wife's godfather, and he clearly took a deposit from us, came and cut about a quarter of the job, then left it in the middle of our yard, when supposedly coming back, he would tell me in days he knows it was going to rain, and then we would have to wait, he would lie about having to go to "family court" because he forgot the morning of that he had it, a lot of bullshit, not to mention that he didn't even have insurance and the job was a big deal being the tree was right above our home. When wrote him about the insurance that when he pretty much known he was caught and I wouldn't let him touch the job again, and he started to offer our money back and said he was going to bring it for a couple days straight till he started to say again, he didn't have the money. I enjoyed my interaction with Poison Ivy Patrol from beginning to end. I spoke to Donna several…read moretimes on the phone. She set up a date and estimated how many hours might be needed, then explained what I could expect from the team. The poison ivy only has a 0-5% chance of regrowth, which could be taken care of in one subsequent visit, one hour by one team member. I had been convinced my property would never be free from this dangerous plant, but now I am making plans to build a stone walkway, patio and fire pit. I will not worry about my grandson playing out back! My team included Travis, a certified arborist, and Bradley. They were wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated having an arborist here, because I also had a dead tree on my property that needed to be cut down. That was a happy bonus and I am very relieved to have it gone, as are my neighbors. i had an appointment with poison ivy patrol, po box 122, high falls, ny on 05/17/2022. i made this…read moreappointment with lee, minimally three weeks prior. she informed me they would be at my property by 9:00 am. no one showed at 9:00 nor 9:30 nor 10:00 am. i had taken off from work to be here while they did the work to advise them of the areas in question. at 10:00 am i called the office (no one ever picks up when you call the office; guess they never heard of call forwarding); i left a message. no one called me back on the entire day of 05/17/2022. in addition, i sent poison ivy patrol an email through their website on 05/17/2022; again no response. so, no calls, no texts, no emails. will they reimburse me for the vacation day i lost because they didnt show??????????? this is unacceptable and inexcusable!!!! all of these contractors want your money but don't want to do quality work, show common courtesy and decency and consideration. stay away!!!!!!

I have a large paver stone pool patio that needed lots of help. It wasn't done correctly by the…read moreprevious landscaper and there were so many uneven areas and loose pavers. Armando and his father from Great Oak Landscaping came out, told me what needed to be done and gave me a very good estimate. They spent 3 whole days removing and leveling many of the pavers, then refilling everything with polymeric sand. The end result was way above my expectations and it looks like a new patio for a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend these guys not only for their quality work but you could tell they're also a very nice family and easy to talk to.
