He promised two workers, but his partner Vince was always late. I asked him several times to grade areas for future building of patios and such, but he Tim doesn't like to do what is asked of him. He wants to tell you what he thinks you need. He then left heavy-machinery on my property for two days. If these two are working on you property and you smell weed, there is a good reason for that. Just because marijuana is somewhat legal people think they can smoke on the job and anywhere they please. Tim then had the gall to suggest that we tip him and his partner. I had to hire someone else to clean up Tim's mess.

As I do most of my own yard work, expected quote in usually range if 70 when grass is low to 400 if neglected. This was wow. Time to have John Deere tire fixed and do myself. Though for you who can afford this, their work looks beautiful. He showed up, no time mentioned - as women always wait......... and then charged higher. At least my experience with most business in the Hudson. Particularly landscaping and handyman work. A fair price for work done, like companies like O'Toole lick smith. States time, states price, no feeling of dread about the price - as your a female asking for the quote. Basis - maybe but I am certain enough women have been told to wait for cable all day - to get my point.
