He is very disrespectful to the students and to the female Niya that works there. Everyone else has been polite and very respectful. Mr Biggs does not know how to talk to his students and is not positive at all. From the first day driving with him July 28th he's been very rude and non- encouraging and teaching the two students how to drive. My daughter said every time she asks questions about road signs or anything while driving he seemed very irritated. Y'all isn't that what he's supposed to do, answer questions...period? Today there was an incident where he was cussing , threw his clip board at the coworker and wouldn't even allow my daughter to drive for her scheduled appointment, where she had got ther early. I had to leave work and go up there to appointment which was at 9:00 I pulled up at 8:49 and he had already left.. he told her that it wasn't fair that she had an appointment every day ...which mind you ,was booked where money was paid and paperwork was filled out for this class so make this make sense...Something needs to be done about this man and how he talks to people...I am not the one and you will not disrespect me or my child in any way. Something will be done!

This was not just a job, but a place that truly supported my personal and professional growth. The leadership at this campus is exceptional. They were understanding, flexible with my school schedule, and always pushed me to do my best. Compliance is taken very seriously here, and if you're not organized or can't follow instructions closely, this may not be the right place for you. But for those who are ready to learn, stay focused, and grow--this is where you want to be. This is not a job for someone looking for an easy ride. But if you're determined and willing to be held accountable, you'll leave better than you came. The discipline and training I received here have directly helped me in my current job. She entered Sylvan reading at a kinder level (beginning year Kinder.) She left after close to 150 hours of instruction time. Still reading at the same level... They have "benchmarks," that they're suppose to achieve. But their grading system makes no sense, and it will continue to show growth. But there really wasn't any growth. They use the iPads the whole time, the teacher doesn't really teach them. The iPad does. This was the worst investment I could have ever made. I asked them after we found out if she was dyslexic if this would help. They of course said yes. But it didn't. And then towards the end they want you to come in so they can sell you in more hours. I didn't schedule that appointment because I knew i wouldn't continue. They never followed up with us, and we just kind of went on our way. She has since gotten tutoring specific for dyslexia and is doing fantastic!
