If you love wine, I'd say this is a nice concept. But I will not be using this company again. The main issue I have is that they suck at correspondence and I am convinced that it is purposefully done. There is no working phone number and they do not really respond to emails. I only received a response from them one time and after that, nobody ever responded to my multiple emails. I had inquired about the cancellation policy, weeks in advance and attempted to cancel since I was told that I could cancel 72 hours prior to the event. I figured out quickly that they were dodging my response on purpose. They only want to take your money and don't want to give refunds even though their policy states you can get a refund if you cancel 72 hours before. For that, I say they are a trash, bogus, scamming ass company that should not be in business! Luckily, I still ended up being able to attend so I went. The package I had came with a wine glass, lunch, and wine samples at 3 different wineries. I was pleased that there were a lot of meal options for different diet types. That part was nice, I guess. But it was also a bit unorganized. The first winery we went to didn't have enough seats set up for everyone so my friends and I were left standing until the guy giving the presentation stopped looking at us like a deer in headlights and decided to bring out more chairs. Overall though, due to the lack of communication, I would never recommend this company to anyone nor would I attend another event.

We planned a bachelorette wine tour in Fredericksburg, Texas on 12/27/25 for my niece and Richard Nunez canceled the morning of stating the driver had an emergency and the backup driver was scheduled to do another tour in a different city. We paid over $1,200 for our group and he has yet to refund us. We came from California and Florida and aren't able to reschedule for another day. He didn't respond for several days and then he sent an email saying that he issued the refund and it will take 3-5 business days. He didn't send the refund. We sent an email to the county attorney general office and my friend is going to contact her bank. Apparently he has done this to several customers and there is an entire Facebook, Instagram page and numerous BBB complaints page about it. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK anything with this man. His email is richard@texaswinos.com. Just do a quick google search and you will see how he has done several customers wrong. Theft of service. I believe you will never prosper because God and Karma are real.

Where to start. Went for a friends birthday. We drove all the way to Chappell freaking hill. In narnia. With. Broken down bus... no ac. It was raining so water was leaking through the bus! Shoutout to the bus driver Miss cc for trying her best with the chum bucket. Then our tour host is high as hell off his vape and flirting and dancing down the isles like this is a tour guide in Cancun. Not to mention he had his nephew in the front seat. As we make it to Chappell hill . After the he'll ride/ we get to this beat down winery: that's in some dudes back yard. They immediately send us in a room and get lectured by kernel sanders for a hour. At this point we haven't even had a sip of wine and the host and the speaker are currently drinking there asses off. They claimed they had a restaurant where we would eat Italian food. So they took orders on the bus. I ordered lasagna. We get to eat and they call me up and let's see. No lasagna was left. But his nephew was gobbling a lasagna. Mind you he's not an employee of the company. Or wearing winos attire. Just nike fit. Slides and a hat. The host who thinks he's a mixture between Charleston white and ceelo green then comes up to me and gives me a half cup of wine as compensation for the mistake. Not only are they serving soda out of 2 liter bottles... but calling us up like prison. The last winery was alright. Besides the fact the owner lost his senses and taste during Covid so he doesn't know what his wine tastes like. Imagine that shit show or a lecture. Then after all the bs is done you get back on the raggedy bus and to the last stop where they Claim there's a food truck if the food wasn't good enough. Run for your life because if you don't order in 4 minutes they will honk the bus at you and make you feel like a pos for not wanting there Uber eats Italian food. Once you get back from Chappell hell They will drop you off at the good ole La Madeline for you to drive your drunk ass home. And then 2 months later they will try to charge your card again. For no reason. They are a scamming fraud company. Don't spend a dollar on there bullshit they sell.

I had the pleasure of attending the event on Saturday with a girlfriends day out. Since this was my 2nd event we were pretty prepared. The bus was full no extra seats, but the crew was lit, down to the guide Edwin Brown (Win). His expectation of the energy on the bus is top tier, let me just say, it was reciprocated. The vendors were sweet and knowledgeable about their products and the Italian lunch was delicious. If you love Wine, this is a great experience, and the vendors properties were beautiful.

Got an email at 8:30 PM the night before our 11 AM tour, claiming mechanical issues with the bus and an attempt to reschedule. After we replied that we couldn't do a different tour, they suddenly "found" a new bus and emailed us at 9 AM saying it was still on. They also never sent the promised confirmation email two days prior. The "Italian" food we signed up for? Nowhere to be found--it was BBQ instead. The wineries weren't even in Fredericksburg but way out on the outskirts. Sure, we had a ride, but it wasn't worth $100. Save your money and book with someone else.

I stumbled on this group through a Groupon. A friend and I did the Houston to Chappell Hill day trip. The tour guide was entertaining and the wineries gave very generous pours. The bus was a little loud as there was a large group celebrating a birthday. Since then, I have attended two tastings in the Houston area. There is a handful of wineries at these events and other vendors. Upon check in, you are given a sheet to take notes and a tasting glass. The note taking on paper is a little archaic and kind of gets in the way. The seating typically isn't that great, there are only a few tables with chairs inside and no options to sit outside. It is pretty much standing room only especially if you go to a tour later in the day. Some of the wineries are not as friendly or generous as the others. They will only give you what you ask for and not explain the wine which feels kind of awkward. Overall, the group itself is worth giving a try. The experience may vary but it is fun and different. Also, once you are on their email list you will get notified of different events and discounts. They are pretty friendly and offer different options for tours, times and locations.

U Bar Winery The owner and his staff of 1 are passionate about the wines and great hosts!

Best part of the event were the family owed wineries with passionate owners! We enjoyed all three stops on our Houston-Chappell Hill-Brenham-Bellville tour. The bus wasn't so fun. The music is extremely loud and offensive at times. They allow any and all beverages and "smoke" on the bus. We had fun singing and the occasional "party it up" song was great for some dancing and swaying in your seat, but we would have liked some quieter time to allow visiting with friends. As with all group tours foreign and domestic, there are rules on when to use the bathroom, where to be and when you'll have free time. When a tour guide says "you'll be released after such and such", I know I'm in the wrong place. With 50+ people on the tour it can be like hearding cats on occasion. Now for the worst part of our tour, we were all pivoted to new pick up locations via email the morning of our tour. Luckily one person caught it and we were able to reroute our 20+ group but just thinking about the possibility of one missed email leading to a complete miss of the trip was disheartening. Lastly, they promise to get you back by 6, but our trip ended 1.5 hours late leading to many changes/cancellation of after tour plans, extended babysitters and the like. If you love wine, this is a nice starting point to visiting local wineries, but next time our group will rent a van and control our own plans.

SCAM DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I don't usually give reviews but I'm at my wits ends. I booked a trip for 3 back on May 28th. Morning of they claim the bus was having issues and they couldn't find another one. It is now June 30th and I STILL haven't received my refund. Mind you prior to this we booked a trip and that one was cancelled due to the driver having an emergency and them not finding another. They refuse to return any of my calls or emails anymore so they stole $262.35 from me. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Update: It is now July 14th and still no refund. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Richard Wino doesn't respond to emails anymore, the contact email form on their website is useless cause they don't respond, and the phone number on google is bullshit cause they claim to be updating their system but never call back.

    They're scamming me!

The location was really nice, the private room was great and the vibes were awesome. Unfortunately, my experience with Nikki Harris, who is also listed as a general manager, has been the complete opposite. For months, I have been asking how I can actually receive my wines, and I have the emails to prove it. I never received a single response or clear direction. The whole communication around this has been terrible. When Nikki finally did reply, it was with a rude and dismissive message, one that I've attached here for transparency, without ever acknowledging my prior outreach. This is not the way paying customers should be spoken to or treated, especially when they have been spending money and not able to get clarity on their products. I had already canceled my membership before this exchange, but had I not, I certainly would have afterward. Her tone and lack of professionalism were unacceptable, and it made clear to me that she does not understand what respectful customer service looks like. She also had to backtrack on her email without even knowing the facts. The worst! I understand that closures and operational challenges happen, but respect and clear communication should never be optional. Unfortunately, Nikki Harris demonstrated neither.

They don't offer pours by the glass if you walk in and feature their membership, which is subscription based and looked great, but since we weren't local wasn't a good fit for us. The space was also pretty cute and we liked the high top setup that was great for our group. Check them out!

From the moment I walked into the heights home for my friend's birthday, Arielle greeted my friends with warmth and hospitality. What truly stood out were the lessons for novices like myself. Arielle took the time to explain each wine in detail, from its origin to its flavor profile, making sure we all better understood our own preferences and are able to order/ buy wines more confidently in the future. I left feeling like I had learned so much about wine, and for weeks have been telling everyone I know they must go learn from Everywine! The selection of wines was fantastic, ranging from crisp whites to bold reds, ensuring there was something for every palate. When my friend made the reservation, she received an email encouraging customers to visit the tasting room before or after dinner. We showed up an hour early to visit the tasting room, however the host had no idea what we were talking about. Turns out they weren't doing tastings. Luckily, we didn't have to wait to be seated. We initially had a table that was not near a heat lamp, however an employee came over and let us know that we could switch to a table near the heat lamp which was appreciated because it was chilly. Our server was Laura. She was nice and funny. They had $25 flight specials. I went with the Sayanara Flight which had white wines. I really enjoyed them and they weren't too sweet. My friend had an NA wine which she enjoyed. We ordered the Truffle Fries and Meatballs. Both dishes were tasty. I enjoyed the aioli that came with the fries. They had discounted wines for purchase. Not all bottles were 50% off, however the gentleman that we spoke to went ahead and gave me a 50% discount on both the rosé and pinot grigio that I purchased which was so appreciated! It seems like there are quite a few businesses around town that are closing. I'm sad to see Mutiny go, but I'm glad my friend and I got to dine in on their final night.

"Closing time, you don't have to go home But you can't stay…read morehere." - Semisonic I have lived in the loop for 5 years now, and I'm sad to say that I finally tried Mutiny on their last day. I often pass by it going through a shortcut to I-45 and sometimes going home around the area. It's literally a 5-minute drive. I booked reservations Friday since I saw they opened up the 31st on Resy. It wasn't earlier in the week, but I knew it was the last day, and my friend and I really wanted to try. I'm glad we made reservations because they were at capacity (150 person capacity) and weren't taking any walk ins. We got there early cause Resy suggested checking out the Tasting Room before or after the reservation time. We got there about an hour earlier, and the host said he didn't know anything about that except that the Tasting Room area was used for events. Interesting. We were seated earlier on the patio on this freezing evening. At first, we were at a table that didn't have a heat lamp, but when one freed up, they were so nice to suggest that we move closer to the heat lamp since they saw us shivering. Lol. We were thankful for that. I wore fleece lined jeans and brought gloves and a beanie anyway having been in the below freezing winter in London. Laura was our server and was kind and funny. So was this other guy who checked in every now and then. He made light of their last day situation. The dining area is so beautiful inside. I love the limestone-looking interior and chandeliers. Reminds me of Fredericksburg or something. They had many large groups and a few small groups of friends or couples dining on this last day. Way to go out with a bang. A lot of the wines were selling out or already sold out around 7-8 pm. We tried the truffle fries and Sicilian meatballs with focaccia bread. I like the thick cut of the fries and the black garlic aioli. It reminded me of yuca fries. The Sicilian meatballs were a bit small, peppery and salty. I wish the marinara was a little more tart. The focaccia helped cut through the saltiness. I had 2 glasses of the NA Sauvignon blanc which was light and a little tart. They ran out of the NA red blend. My friend ordered Sayonara, one of their farewell flights which were aptly named for "goodbye". It was a great night on the patio but chilly. My friend purchased a rosé and a Pinot Grigio as part of their Last Sail wines. Actually, the Pinot Grigio wasn't part of the sale, and he was going to take off 20%, but he also made it 50% off. So nice!! I'm glad we got to try them on their last day. Bon voyage, Mutiny.
