If you're a health nut, there is no reason not to have a membership at MOOV…read more You don't necessarily need a membership for their services, but if you want to see and feel the benefits of cryotherapy, red light therapy, IV's, medical injections, saunas, etc., you have to be consistent - the $149 a month almost seems like nothing. Living in the square, I visit MOOV 3-5 times a week. The staff is hands down the best. I've created genuine relationships with some of the staff here since they're so kind, personable, and share the same passion for health as I do. I heavy lift, do reformers pilates, box, and play pickleball throughout the week and their services keep me feeling great.

I usually wait to give anywhere I go 3 shots before I review them, however I couldn't wait to…read morereview Moov. Moov is awesome!! I am really picky about going to a place if parking is no fun. They have parking right outside their door so that was great to start with! I was greeted in a super friendly manner immediately upon entering. It's a very pretty facility. I got a great tour from a guy that knew his stuff! And there's lots to know about there! They offer SO many health and anti-aging modalities! They've got cryotherapy, infrared sauna, Botox and Dysport, b12 shots, super shots, fat burner shots, IV infusions, cryoslimming, Boost Pod and MORE!! I am super impressed with Moov. I think I will moov in there!!!!!! You should definitely check it out!!!

Tellers used to be smiley and helpful,,,,, This Little Elm…read morelocation hires none of those, but puts non- friendly, non helpful grumps behind the glass: SUAD had the sour puss face today, I cancelled my transaction and walked out I stop here infrequently - only if I have to hit Walmart, Lowe's,,, I have personal accounts, business accounts and joint accounts with my parents for the last 17 yrs, and I get "you can't do that" so many times at Little Elm,, I go to Gates of Prosper location and I am welcomed with a friendly hello, I ask for assistance and they get my transactions done, even for multi party transactions and they set up a branch appointment across the country for my sister, I use 10+ other WF locations from Denton sites, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Plano, Frisco, McKinney and others with success,,, ILittle Elm is the worst branch in north DFW

I would give this bank zero stars if I could. Absolutely no customer service. We have been…read morecustomers for over 55 years and needed to add a user to our account and was told that no one had time to take care of us, despite the fact that there were numerous people in the area that could help, no one offered to schedule an appointment for us. They just told us good luck. You can go online and schedule an appointment. The lady was rude. This seems to be the issue with all corporate banks these days. Customer service has gone. Time to move to a small local bank .

I haven't done any sit down business there, only counter transactions but it's always been very pleasant. They are trying to get away from the stodgy old banking style and be a little more hip and it's pretty nice.

I usually love Wells Fargo. They usually have such a great, friendly staff. For work I deal with…read morevarious banks and Wells Fargo tends to be the friendliest. With that said, I just had a rather off experience at this location. I was in line at the drive through to get change. The car/man in front of me was also getting change and the interaction seemed quick and easy. Then, my turn. I explained what I needed, but was cut off with "Do you have an account with us!?" in a very rude tone. I said yes and showed my debit card. She seemed very put out and annoyed. Even though I showed my card, she also wanted my card to verify. Interesting how the the man in front of me didn't have to prove his account! And for years, I have never been asked. The girl seemed to have some difficulty making change and verified everything many times, even though she wrote it down as I let her know what change I needed. I am desperately hoping she was new and just poorly trained in her job and/or customer service. On a side note - money is money. Just make the damn change and move on. I was the only customer. Was she trying to get out of doing any work, hoping she didn't have to help me if I wasn't a WF customer? If I wasn't a WF customer, what is the harm in just making change anyway? Why make people feel unwelcome? The only reason I did 3 stars, is they are usually nice and WF usually has nice staff members. If this is a policy, as she explained to me, it's a poor one. And the attitude towards me for simply asking for change - uncalled for. I was super nice!
