Great job guys. I love my back patio and the pool area on the far back side of the yard. We had the grandkids over the first weekend we got the fire pit in and roasted s'mores. The kids were tickled pink. I had the two pergolas built, they poured a concrete slab and extended the porch and connected it with these beautiful stone tiles. Around the pool they added the grey river rock and some nice plants to liven up the area. Elroy was a great guy. It's a family owned and operated business. I love supporting businesses like that. I got three estimates and decided to go with Texas Squad because I just really liked Elroy from the start. His estimate was not the cheapest or the highest of the three. Elrod came to the rescue when I had a major water leak. Another company was not coming out until later in the day. From my standpoint he has good work ethics and took care of the leak. He did a small job in the past and so I took a chance on him. Of course we all would like to save money that we forget these people have to eat as well. I am a senior citizen myself and am always cautious. I would like to think their mothers raised them to be honest and sensitive and not take advantage. He showed me the before and after work. Texas Squad are the best. I have used them a few times for my home improvement projects. I started with a fence project. They did great work and stained it beautifully. Then about 6 months later I had them come back and do my floors. I love them. And their last project they just completed Friday was a cement slab patio in my back yard 10x20 and 8 inches thick. 40x50 slab. Came out great. Took the guys two days to complete the work. They worked fast, they had to, the temperatures reached well beyond 100 degrees in those two days, with no shade in an open pasture. Anyone who knows anything about concrete knows it has to be done fast on a hot day. The guys arrived early in the morning and got the job done efficiently. Elroy the owner was very personable, easy to like. He was the one who came out and provided the estimate. Overall I give this company an A+. read more

I've used this company twice They expanded a backyard sitting area 10ftX30ft. Accomplished this project before last Christmas 2024 Job was well done. In the spring 2025, I used them again to expand driveway. They dug out area drilled into current driveway and placed rear to ensure no movement of new expansion. Job well done.
