Tried this car wash out on a whim and was shocked at the cost for a standard cleaning on my f150. Interior vacuum, clean dust from dash and console, wash exterior and shine the tires. Pretty standard wash if you ask me and I was very disappointed once I got home and really looked the truck over. My fault for not being very thorough before I left the spot, but for the cost there were numerous areas completely overlooked and still dirty. As for now, I will not recommend splish splash hand car wash. read more

They also do a loyalty program where you get a free wash after 10 washes. The line may be long on the weekend, but it's time and money well spent to pamper your vehicle. I've been here 5 or 6 times now. Despite using the same car, and asking for the same service, I'm always quoted a different price between 30 and 85 dollars. There's no discernible difference between the $30 and the $85 wash, except maybe I feel more like a sucker on the 85 when I see just how poor of a job they did. As others have mentioned, they always try to tack on an extra $15 charge for dash detailing. Their dash detailing consists of a quick and poorly done wipe of the dash. It's an okay wash for 30, but I've gotten about the same or better service for the 15 to 22 dollar range at other places. Probably won't be back. read more

Arrived for a wash yesterday and was told 1 1/2 wait. I agreed and waited patently. After two hours I checked in only to discover my vehicle had not even been washed yet and that I would still need to wait about another hour for it to be completed. I informed them I could no longer wait because I had children that needed to be picked up from school. After more than two hours the staff told me there was nothing they could do. So they pulled my vehicle out of line and offered me a water or soda for my trouble. Ridiculous, they have two lines put only the ability to wash one vehicle at a time. The also attempt to price your vehicle based on how dirty it is versus a set price for a car, truck or suv. Then the nickel and dime you on all the little stuff. You want your trim shiny five more dollars. You want your mats cleaned ten dollars. When I inquired about why the wait was so long I was told it's because it's difficult to find employees. After sitting there for hours observing I don't see that they do anything special. So you would prefer not to waste 2 hours of your life and still not have your vehicle washed drive on down to Splish splash otherwise go somewhere else or wash the damn thing yourself. update: I wrote this back in February for whatever reason it didn't post. One star for a reason. I will never visit this establishment again I disagree with their management policies. In that they dry cars by a numbering system first come first serve. This is fine until you have a large four-door jacked-up pickup that comes in and needs a wax job. But of course this guy is playing well over a hundred bucks for this I'm sure everybody gets on his truck and works because of the numbering system I can understand that but my experience has been . Well that is not the case at Texas Splish Splash. This was my first visit and I did not know their policies. Therefore when I found out I requested part of my money back because the car had been washed and white but was not attended to in a fashion I was accustomed. I went to get my truck washed and inside cleaned. First he sold me the dash and outer plastics detail which is essentially a wipe down which should be part of the cleaning package. I understood that he could throw a wax in the package and out the door for 50 bucks. When I came to pick the truck up the guy said it would be 124.00. I argued and he said just the wax was 50. Needless to say the truck wash was mediocre. There was still marks on the truck and dried bugs. I can get the same wash if not better elsewhere for a quarter of the cost. Not impressed at all. So I get to this car wash (Texas Splish Splash on 1128) that my husband and I have used several times in the past with no issues, but so many people say they will never go there again and now I know why.... I tell the main guy I want the $20 wash, vacuum, and interior detail that is on the sign. He says no you need the vacuum and detail for an extra $15. I said the sign says it already comes with that. He said "Well you can get the basic one but you're not going to be happy with it." What?? So I wait for 45 minutes on my lunch break and the car comes out completely dirty with the same caked on mud/gravel that I had gone to them to clean in the first place. I did not have time to wait another 45 mins!! I should have saved $20 and done it myself. I will NEVER be back and I recommend no one else go there. read more

I went too get my new 2018 Jeep Wrangler washed on Sunday 4/22/18 , it was a little busy but I never thought that I would wait over 2hours , but the weather was nice so that wasn't the issue when they finally drove my Jeep out to me , the rear of the vehicle was not clean AT ALL , the guy had too clean that area and armor all the tire and wipe water spots from the entire vehicle.. Recently took my truck there for a wash inside and out and it looked like a blind person did the job. Never going back again

We had our car washed last Thursday for $66 and noticed afterwards a uniform spray of grit over the paint and windows. I am currently getting chemo so today, the following Tuesday, was our first opportunity to get this addressed. I did not want the paint permanently damaged. My husband took it back this morning and the first thing the manager tried to do was charge us $20 and tell us it was tree sap. Really, uniform spray over all paint and windows? When my husband asked to talk to the owner, the owner came around three times to argue with him. We declined the vacuuming today and the drying, we simply wanted whatever product Splish Splash used removed where it would not ruin the paint. We were polite, did not want to fight. They lost a customer today but the owner assured us they had plenty of customers, including the around the corner Enterprise lot. read more

I drove up before opening time and the manager was able to get a quote and started by the time they opened. I came in for a wash and I needed the top of my car to be buffed, as there were some scratches from an interstate car transport. These guys were able to accommodate my request at a reasonable rate. They have wi-fi, television, snacks, and even computers for customers who don't have their own. They get 4 stars because, I had to call to get directions, the car was not all the way dry so there was some water spots, and they took a little longer than quoted but it was still fine. Was looking for a hand car wash place, and came across this one on website it had mixed reviews so I decided to try it. Well first I was charged for a large SUV, and I have a Mazda CX-9 thought it would be considered a small SUV but price difference was only $3 so I was like ok. But me and another customer arrived around 4:30 and were the last customers. We ended up waiting about an hour. My overall experience was they did a rush job, and I was debating on getting the wax and clay bar, but seeing how my first experience was not that great I don't know if I'll go back. If I do give another try maybe I'll go when I can get there earlier. The car had a few missed spots and my rims were no where near clean. You know how you have to move the car to get the whole inside of the rim clean, well when the vehicle was moved up the guy cleaning the rims, did not come back and double check. The two people vacuuming the inside did not even vacuum around my son's car seat. I wasn't expecting them to move it but least vacuum the area around it. read more

This place did an AMAZING job cleaning my truck!!! I have a four door long bed Chevy and I have to go to hand car washes because of the rack/lights on top of my vehicle. The few I've been to usually do a decent job, but miss something each time. When I picked up my truck yesterday I was so impressed, they didn't miss a thing and it almost looks like it was waxed! I will say the price was higher than I normally pay ($65) BUT well worth it when I don't have to go home and do any 'touch ups'. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time or money. To start off, I spoke to the attendant who met me on the drive and explained that I never take my truck to any car wash, but I have been super busy and have not had time to do it myself. I asked about their wash method and if they would get my wheels clean. He started to say something about if the brake dust is really bad it might need more than just washing. I assured him it was not that bad that it was just road grime, not built up brake dust like you see on so may vehicles. I was also concerned about the wash method and asked about how they rinse and maintain their wash mitts. He said they rinse them after every wash. I cringed a little at that since the proper method is to rinse it in a separate bucket with a grit guard in order to keep the dirt off your paint as much as possible so as not to scratch or swirl your paint. I went ahead and had it washed anyway. Bad idea. The windshield is a streaky mess, the wheels are clean in some spots, some not so much. They didn't get the middle of my bed cover clean since they can't reach it. and speaking of being vertically challenged, in order to wipe off the roof and the outside of the windshield, they open the doors and stand on the door sill and mess up the vacuum job they just did and on top of it, the bottom of their shoes has all kind of crap on them and that gets your mats and door sill dirty. Considering that I specifically asked about the wheels and the condition that they were in, plus the streaky windshield, not to mention the inferior wash method. I won't be back and you should stay away too, if you care about your car's paint at all. read more

My car was broken into and glass was all over my driver's seat and in the back seat. Texas Splish Splash cleaned the entire interior for a great price. Got out ALL of the glass and really cleaned everything. My car looks brand new on the inside, all nice and shiny. The best part of all of this was that they even vacummed out my kiddo's car seat. My family and I have been coming to Splish Splash for years! They have always done a great job no matter what service I have chosen. I have had my car simply washed to completely detailed! They do an awesome job and I am always happy when I leave! The manager there is very friendly and is always outside with his employees helping move the line along. On Wednesday my dad and I both had our vehicles washed and detailed and when we picked them up they were shiny and smelled great! My car had not been washed in a while and the outside was sparkling in the sunshine! My seats looked great and the water stains my car went in with were completely removed! My car looks brand new! I 've taken both my wife's vehicle and my Tundra there many times and they have been okay. Today, August 22nd we took my wife's vehicle and the wash was good. I asked Manager about a wax and wash for my pick up. He told me about special on wax on Wednesday's so I returned along with wife. When i arrived I opened the rear door and specifically asked the Manager about cleaning out the cup holders in the doors since I found some fries (grandkids). I was there a total of maybe 40 minutes with wash and wax. When I inspected the truck I noticed that they had not wiped down the back of the cab where the rear stop light is. They cleaned that along with a few other areas after pointing them out to staff. Then I opened the doors, center console cup holders and rear door cup holders had not been cleaned. When I mentioned it to Manager he said cleaning that would be $10.00 extra. My response to him was "you must be kidding". He said that he had already given me a deal because of the wax special of $35.00; which by the way is the standard pricing on Wednesday's. That remark did not sit well. I told him that there were many choices when it comes to car washes. His response was well thank you for your business. Remarkable day at this car wash is all I can say. Like I mentioned before. I've taken my vehicles there many times before but after the comments by ther Manager I'll take my business elsewhere. In today's business environment you would think they would speak to there customers in a professional manner. The owners are very nice people and I do intend to follow up with them about the incident today. I don't want a refund or for them to make it right at this point. I will admit that the Manager did ask my wife to get out of the vehicle so he could make his customer happy; his words not mine. I kid you not that what he said to my wife. I had already reached the point of no return with him though. Some additional comments that the owners may be interested in. The Manager sat on his tail on a bucket after checking vehicles in.
