So I ended up switching to this place. So it's on the Business Center Drive across the street from Costco. On the weekends the line does get backed up. But during the week the line isn't bad at all. You can either purchase a single wash or get a monthly membership. It's nothing special. You just put your car in neutral and it pulls it through. And prices vary depending on what wash you purchased. You do have to dry your own vehicle off. With the membership you get a free towel and can exchange it as many times as you like. And the vacuums are free as well. Sometimes the vacuums don't have as much suction as I would prefer but it's not a deal breaker. They do offer details as well. I've never purchased one though. I think this place is cool.

You have to go to the door to tell them you are there or someone will see you and come to your car parked to see what is needed. Their basic car wash starts at $28. However I came to remove stains on my seat and per seat it was $50+ I was ok with that as the stain was all over. They went above and beyond! I got my car the stain was removed, the seat look like new and they vacuum my car and interior cleaned it. The smell was gone. Took them a few hours but I was so happy with the work. Gave my cell and email address to get the free wash, and I was good to go! I ride down Broadway all the time, so to find this car wash pretty much across the street from many of the places I frequent was mind-blowing. I am just way too busy not to notice a whole car wash in my backyard! Ocean reminds me of Mister Car Wash. They do have detailing services where you get out the vehicle and go inside to wait for them to wash and detail the car. My ride is paid off and almost 10 years old. She doesn't need all that. My coupon was good for the most expensive wash, which was worth $20. Redemption was easy at the kiosk, which allowed me to scan my coupon. Once done, I jumped out my vehicle to collapse my side mirrors and into a line I went. It was a Saturday afternoon, and despite being probably 10 cars deep, the line went quickly. Wash was thorough and not too loud. I've gone through some really loud express washes before, and it almost sounded like gunshots hitting your car. Not the case at Ocean. Once you pull out, there are two attendants waiting to dry your car off. They're quick and left my car spotless. Only gripe is no vacuum area, but if you're looking for a great car wash without lifting a finger to clean, Ocean is the wave to go!

Mr Jeremy said I would get the deluxe at discount being it was my 1st time well I think maybe I should have paid for it and then they would have provided deluxe service because looking at my vehicle I cant even tell you I got the basic. My rims had smut from the tires all on them like black stuff and dirt as if the vehicle was sprayed down and not hand detailed completely. I know they hand wash but honestly my vehicle looked like it does when I go through a touchless carwash and vacuum myself. I found their rag in the car it was dry so I'm not sure what it was being used for maybe a part of the leather treatment I was expecting on the 1st row seats. Passenger side rug was not vacuumed well and neither was the back of vehicle or crevices as i expected with the detail, I know because I had trash under my front seat and just today as I folded the second row to get to the 3rd row noticed a package of Kleenex one of my kids dropped between the seats as well as unvacuumed debris. Waiting isnt too bad there is nice indoor seating with games, snacks to purchase and tv to keep you occupied so i cant complain about the wait time as i was waiting on my daughter to finish her hair appointment and both the carwash and hair appointment were done about the same time, yep a little over 2 hrs... seriously so dont have immediate plans or have something else to do or play Uno or Domonios and the time will pass they are really busy here and that usually makes you think you have made a great decision well for me I think I should try during a week day maybe its slower and I can get true deluxe service. They don't do anything out of the ordinary but their pricing is fair if you are paying, the location is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful if you need any assistance. After the drive thru car wash you can use their vacuums, hand towels, cloth mat cleaners, among a few other extras. They have a ton of bays so you shouldn't have to wait. No doubt your car will leave here looking great!

Vehicle Damage Sustained at Your Facility Your car wash…read morescratched my truck and another customer's truck today, and both vehicles sustained damage on the passenger side in the same areas. My vehicle is a new Chevrolet Tahoe High Country that I purchased from the dealership just last month. It had no scratches, markings, or damage when I purchased it. After visiting your facility today, I discovered scratches on the chrome panel of the passenger-side door, as well as paint damage extending from the rear passenger door toward the front passenger door. I also have the contact information for the other driver whose truck was damaged in the same manner. In addition, while we were in the parking lot assessing the damage, a white Chevy truck pulled up next to me and stated that he had experienced the same issue on his truck, on the exact same passenger-side area. This is extremely concerning. If you review your surveillance footage, I ask that you review the footage of us in the parking lot after I discovered the damage on my vehicle, including the other drivers vehicle. The driver of the white Chevy truck reported experiencing the same problem. This is important because it demonstrates that this is not simply an isolated allegation regarding one vehicle. I also do not want to hear that the material involved was "soft" and therefore could not have caused damage. Three unrelated customers experiencing damage in the same area and reporting the same issue is not something that should simply be dismissed as a coincidence. Your facility should investigate whether there is an issue with the equipment, structure, materials, or process that is coming into contact with customers' vehicles. I expect this matter to be taken seriously. I expect your management team to preserve and review the surveillance footage, investigate the source of the damage, and address the repair costs for my vehicle. I am requesting that your facility accept responsibility for the damage and pay for the necessary repairs to my vehicle. I am also willing to provide the other driver's contact information so that you can address his/her damage as well. Please have a manager or appropriate representative contact me promptly regarding the investigation and next steps. I would also like confirmation that all relevant surveillance footage from today has been preserved. I have photographs documenting the condition of my vehicle after leaving the facility and can provide them upon request. I expect a timely response and appropriate action on this matter.
