I called B&E to speak with the lady and told her the proplem that occurred on Saturday and she stated that the owner said they cant do no more work for me even though I had already paid them. I recently had my roof replaced by Xtreme Roofing in Sealy, TX. Xtreme Roofing's staff responded…read morequickly to my questions and concerns about the roof replacement process and worked with me by allowing for time for me to save up for the deductible. The original roof was installed when the house was built and had some bad hail damage causing a need for replacement. The new roof looks great as you can see in my attached pictures. It was priced right in my insurance's price range and installed in a single day! Even my neighbors were impressed by the completion speed and the final look. It rained a few days after the installation and I had no leaks or issues. One thing that I was most impressed with was the concern to detail and great cleanup. My back mini porch overhang had its roof replaced too which was unexpected and thoughtful. The other above and beyond thing I saw is that they actually talked to my neighbors if they saw them during the installation and explained what was going on. Miguel the roofing manager even explained to my neighbors if debris went over the fence they would gladly pick it up or the neighbors could just toss it on my side and the roofers would take care of it. Thinking of others was clearly present in every member of the Xtreme Roofing team. When I met the owner Frank he explained the insurance process and worked with me during the entire process. I was thinking I had to get the roof immediately after making a claim but Frank explained everything to me and it gave me time to save up and get the roof done we I had the funds. Frank also scheduled me at difficult time when rain was happening often but he checks that weather like a Hawk to ensure the roofing is done in optimal conditions if possible. Now that I have a roof that is going to last for a few decades I have one less worry in my life. I know if I need roofing work in the future or have a family member needing it, I'm going with Xtreme Roofing!
