Excellent work - clean, neat, professional - they remain a terrific option for help with assembly. Also, I had initially purchased the at-home-assembly option for this grill offered by HomeDepot.com - they outsource to a third party with a flat fee charged when I bought the grill. However, this third party was unresponsive, so 3 phone calls later, I cancelled that portion of the purchase. Home Depot gave me no hassle in refunding that fee immediately back on my credit card, and they asked me for feedback on that third party. I'm glad Unico Assembly is still doing an awesome job here in Houston!

The sales…read moreperson was helpful in helping us decide on the proper shade density of the screens at different places on our patio. The reason this not a 5 is that there are a few gaps between the screen and the wall. One area running the entire height of the screen is especially bothersome. I was told that because it is up against an uneven brick surface they can't do anything about it . Not because it's UN fixable, but because they just don't do that. They suggested I get "some stuff" from the hardware store and fix it myself, saying that their caulk wouldn't work. I am going to have the remaining portion of my patio screened but now I think maybe I'll find someone else who can do the complete job.

Two of the companies did not bother to come out opting instead to do the quote over zoom which was generally terrible. I asked them about shutters and they immediately shut me down saying they were too expensive. When I contacted HWB, Bryan responded right away and came out. I was having a lot of work done at the house when he came but he was patient and took his time showing me options and making recommendations. When I asked about shutters he explained the pros and cons and had actual samples ao I could see how they would look on my windows. He took measurements of all the windows and advised me what would and would not work. Bryan was personable and knowledgeable. He was patient as we weighed our options and answered our emailed questions quickly. The prices were reasonable and he gave me hope when we found out many of our windows were now super shallow. The installer came on time, was efficient and super nice. They explained how to care for the shutters and that they had a life time warranty. I am so happy with this purchase and recommend this company.

I ended up using Yelp to search for highly rated companies that serviced my area. That is how I found Gulf Coast Blinds and Shutters. Kim Van Wieren came out to do my in-home estimate, and he brought a massive amount of samples to look through. After coordinating with my sister who lives overseas, we settled on a colour and amount of transparency. Once the shades were ready, Kim came back out and did the installation. I could not be happier with the quality and the overall look. Switching from the old dated plastic miniblinds to modern shades made the room really come alive. This was the BEST decision I could have made and Kim was so patient and kind throughout the whole process.
