Two of the companies did not bother to come out opting instead to do the quote over zoom which was generally terrible. I asked them about shutters and they immediately shut me down saying they were too expensive. When I contacted HWB, Bryan responded right away and came out. I was having a lot of work done at the house when he came but he was patient and took his time showing me options and making recommendations. When I asked about shutters he explained the pros and cons and had actual samples ao I could see how they would look on my windows. He took measurements of all the windows and advised me what would and would not work. Bryan was personable and knowledgeable. He was patient as we weighed our options and answered our emailed questions quickly. The prices were reasonable and he gave me hope when we found out many of our windows were now super shallow. The installer came on time, was efficient and super nice. They explained how to care for the shutters and that they had a life time warranty. I am so happy with this purchase and recommend this company.

The Stoneside designer, Jason Miller, helped to create a trio of Window Treatments that upped the "wow" factor in the room and elevated the whole space. We knew that we wanted to replace the drapes that we had in the space originally, but we also wanted to be able to control the natural light in the room. In addition, we also wanted to have a degree of protection from the UV rays, but not obstruct the view. What Jason helped design is absolutely amazing. He took into consideration our overall style as well as the cross talk between the various areas within this "great-room," just fantastic. In addition, we had great experiences with two of Stoneside's installers, Justin did a great job during his check measure and Brandon was phenomenal during the installation process. I couldn't believe how quick and efficient he was. This was a true five star experience. Thank you to all three of you!

I've worked with the big box stores in the past and the problem for me is that it can take a long time. This was definitely not the case with Legacy as the blinds were ready and installed in a week after Jaronne came to measure. I couldn't believe it. Jaronne even made an extra trip back with a new Valance after one was slightly damaged. Also, to install one of the blinds required drilling through delicate tiles and brick but it was no issue for Jaronne. The faux wood blinds look great and were a great value as well.

The fabric was probably less that $2000. Complete scam job done by Sugar and Spice FOR Gotcha Covered's Rachel Leuck of Sugarland, TX. Never use these companies. All of their products are absolute garbage.

This company is a complete scam. Rachel Leuck sold us a houseful of window treatments including…read morecustom drapes, Roman shades, and 'woven' blinds. She presents herself as someone who provides high end products. Nothing could be further from the truth. The drapes were very poorly made - constructed with adhesive tape and basting tacks. They were dragging the floor and coming apart within a week. The pleats were also poorly constructed, and the drapes were basically held together with hundreds of basting tacks. The Roman shades were equally bad - they began breaking within a day after installation. The cheap plastic rings broke, but the rings were also so poorly sewn onto the fabric that they broke off with light use, rendering the shades inoperable. One Roman shade broke one day after installation, the rest broke within a a week and, eventually, almost all of them broke. Nothing from this company was properly hemmed or sewn. The fabric of the Roman shades was simply folded back and glued, and out of only two pillows, a button broke off of one the first day. Mechanical parts of these products were extremely poor quality. The 'wovens' look very inexpensive and appear to be composed of plastic. Total cost of our project was $69,000 which may not be much to many folks, but this is our third house and we know what nice window treatments are supposed to look and feel like. We are a retired couple, and this house is not a rental. We chose higher end fabrics which were butchered by Gotcha Covered's makers (they're deleting my reviews left and right-that's another story). We hired a reputable company from Houston to repair almost everything at the cost of over $10,000. The first bite out of the apple is the sweetest meaning once you cut and torture nice fabrics, there's little room for correction without losing fabric so we felt we needed someone qualified to do the repairs. Please don't let this company treat you like they did us. I think they thought we were too ignorant to know the difference between good work and bad work. And this is some bad work!
