    I love Home Depot, however I hate visiting this store because some of the employees have poor…read moreattitudes for no reason. Today I visited for the Kids' Workshop with my Girl Scouts, and the of the ladies back there were rude . Let's start with the seating , she told my parent who was older and had knee problems she couldn't sit on the buckets because they were for the kids. Well I'm looking around, and there are SEVERAL people sitting on buckets, and she didn't tell them anything. I asked the girl with long braids for a wipe so my parent could clean up. I said thank you , and she rolled her eyes at me and did not bother say anything. If you didn't feel like working, you should have stayed home . People like this is why no one wants to shop in stores because no one wants to deal with ignorant, angry employees. It's really sad they are policing items that are FREE to children, and giving our Troop attitude . I'm glad my girls are too young to understand , but I clearly read the negative energy in the store . I will be following up with corporate because I'm tired of the attitudes around that store. I guess some of these people forget customers are the reason they have jobs! Also one more thing.. Most of these buckets were not being used , yet the employee told my parent she couldn't sit. Thats absolutely ridiculous!

The sales associate, Sam, initially stated the item was unavailable. When the manager, Liam, was called, he refused assistance, citing he was "too busy," and proceeded to treat me disrespectfully, asking, "What am I gonna do about it?" The dismissive and discourteous behavior of Manager Liam and the lack of professional support were highly unsatisfactory and constitute the rudest service I have ever encountered. I request an immediate investigation into the conduct of the staff involved and look forward to hearing the corrective actions that will be taken.

    Had to place an order to pick up and this Home Depot had the items I needed…read more Placed my order and the email stated that my order would be ready in 3 hours, but to my surprise my items were ready in 30 minutes! I got in my vehicle and drove to pick up my order. I decided to go inside and I am glad I did. The people here were so kind and helpful. I got my order and felt like I had made a new friend. The selection at this store was great. The value was a better price than Amazon! I recommend this Home Depot.

What should have been a simple process turned into five weeks of repeated mistakes, delays, and inconvenience that left me feeling completely overlooked as a customer. September 27th Damaged product, delivery rejected October 4th Wrong Make/Model installed October 11th Damaged product, delivery rejected - promised White Glove Deliver on following delivery October 18th NOT White Glove Delivery, wrong team sent (needed hard wiring) October 22nd Finally, correct delivery along with install team, promised to be first delivery stop, but alas another miscommunication, and I was the third delivery of the day. As you can see, I spent four Saturday's waiting on Home Depot and finally taking a half-day off work to once again wait on Home Depot. The situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, something I never expected from a company I've trusted for years. Given what I've endured, I am respectfully asking that Home Depot acknowledge this experience and offer appropriate compensation for the hardship and inconvenience I was put through. I truly hope this message reaches someone who understands the importance of standing behind your customers when things go wrong. I look forward to hearing back soon with a fair resolution.

    I went to Home Depot a few months ago and approached an employee standing around not doing anything…read morebut looking at his cell phone in his hand. I finally received his undivided attention. At least at the moment, what I believed was his undivided attention. I asked, what aisle do you all have the insulation? The employee responsed, "What are you going to use it for?" I explained to the employee, my intention is to apply the insulation in my vehicle. He said, Go to AutoZone. As a result, I walked away in the same manner the employee walked away, and discovered the exact insulation I was looking for, two aisles over from where the conversation took place. The employee appeared more interested in his cell phone than helping a customer. As I write this much needed review, Home Depot stock is trading at $368.44 a share. What embeciles would pay for a stock at this current time and place with people like this employed at Home Depot. The employee obviously has no companionship by taking up the time of a company looking at pictures of porn on his cell phone. This is what I discovered later after making a few calls, the employee had his undivided attention directed on. It's this just like stealing? And then, Home Depot has the audacity to place a robotic camera and voice surveillance system right outside the door to deter supposedly black people and other people from stealing. I witnessed two other customers walking together upset as a result by the same experience I have shared. This is a true and factual statement.

I tried…read morereally hard to avoid shopping here and drive as far as 20 miles away to buy something after I touched and felt the merchandise. Last week, I was just here to replace some decorative pots for my patio. Inventory on the app says 6. I went to Garden Center to get 3. Guess what? They have 6, but 4 of them are cracked in the rim. One was soiled and one has latex paint on it. So I drove to Northwest store to buy them. The return service desk was ridiculous. When I saw 6 people in line, I left to wait in my car. Because of social distancing, the line went out to the door. When I came back, one person was being helped, one person was busy on his phone completely ignoring my existence and last one having conversations with her coworker. She waved at me as she was ready to help me. But they kept talking as the other lady had mask on her chin. Thank goodness for the plastic fence. She had not spoken a single word to me, including thank you I almost thought this service should be replaced by outsourced call center agents via computer monitors. I saw they finally got online order locker. Since I had terrible time with online order at all Home Depot stores, I said don't bother. More bad experiences were after the start of Chick-fil-A appeared in the parking lot. Those day laborers crowding the entrance to cause cars backed up to the street. There was no way to drive into the parking lot while dodging from fast moving traffic on Beltway feeder road. There was no law enforcement or management around to stop them or move this activity to a different entrance. I understand someone has to eat and someone wants quick helper. But come on, move away from the entrance.
