They made sure the truck was packed according to how I needed it downloaded on the other end which will save so much headache. This is my first move after retiring from the Army and I would take rate this experience above all of the 7 PCS moves while active duty. They listened to what I needed, worked to make it happen, suggested things that made MUCH more sense, and were just a joy to have taking care of my personal belongings. They were just finishing another job and were able to take on my requests on a short notice. Because I had a smaller job, they quoted me a flat rate with no minimum job requirement. We later decided to add a couple of mattresses and a sectional we needed to be picked up from a second address, which they were able to accommodate for a reasonable price. Harder's crew was very hard working and moved quickly. They were very polite and professional, very easy to work with. Would definitely hire them again and recommend you give them a try!

It was an easier and more accurate estimate as they could base it on our last move w them. We visited the office and had a chance to meet her when signing the paperwork and she was very pleasant. On moving day they was a minor problem that they fixed very quickly and three very professional men showed up and moved us. They were very polite and things rapidly were moved out of our former home and into our new one. Moving can be very stressful on anyone but Scobey moving helped take a bit of the stress out of the equation. The labor hours were spot on and the estimate was basically accurate. Again we were very impressed just like the first time and would certainly do business w them in the future. What really made a difference was that every person we contacted seemed to genuinely care from the people in the office on down to the three guys who moved us. She and Amber worked fairly hard and the short of the matter Cathy gave me an estimate on Monday and I moved on Thursday. I don't promise they could always do that but am grateful that they could and did here. The moving guys were very polite and took their time to make sure nothing was damaged. I am appreciative and this move helps me get settled before surgery. Now I will be able to know everything is settled when I am ready to leave the hospital. The office even caught them in enough time so the movers could drive back fast and return my key to my old place. They packed our dishes in a tremendous amount of paper, but in a lrg kitchenware box stacked on one another. Upon unpacking through boxes, my wedding serving platters were broken. And things just got worse as we went. They labeled our boxes "clothing" and put them in wardrobe boxes. Surprise to us, it wasn't clothing! They dumped items from inside the house and garage together and even labeled them clothing. The majority of the items that were large, were damaged. They moved up our load date and when I said it wouldn't work, we needed the washer to be bolted, they said they would handle it themselves. Well, the washer did not get bolted, they didn't even put anything in it to keep the drum from moving like we were told. Our new washer is broken. Our baby bassinet is broken. Our dresses drawers are dented and damaged. Boxes misplaced caused an unpacking nightmare. In 17 years this was our worst PCS yet.

With Dave's help, we were able to recover much of her property since we were not allowed in the home, and forced of the property (not the best situation for a mover).
