We decided to go with AME movers -HUGE mistake. Almost immediately upon arrival, the quote went up by a couple hundred dollars. By the time they were done, the original quote almost tripled. One of the workers contacted Jeff (sales manager or owner) about the significant discrepancy. Jeff was insistent on talking to me - which I was willing to do. He was VERY condescending and rude. I was absolutely shocked with his unprofessionalism and unwillingness to address my concerns. It was obviously a situation of his way or the highway. I HIGHLY recommend AGAINST putting your trust and confidence in this company. Very, very disappointed and frustrated with AME Movers.

From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. They treated my belongings with the utmost care--they pack, wrap, protect & move everything as if it were their own. For me--moving is usually stressful, but PBC made the entire process smooth, organized, and surprisingly enjoyable. They worked efficiently without ever rushing, communicated with me every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. What impressed me most was their positive attitude and attention to detail. It's rare to find a company that combines professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for its customers the way they do.....I can't think of enough good things to say about them If you're looking for movers you can TRUST, I recommend them without hesitation. They've exceeded every expectation, and I would absolutely use them again and again and recommend them to anyone needing a stress-free move. I've tried following up several times for approximately 2 months since I made the claim with no response. $1400 tv was damaged and I will be seeking legal restitution as this company has refused to honor their service. They handled my squat rack and cumbersome executive desk with ease and care. Sam who helped us with the quote was patient with our questions and making sure our quote was accurate. We've moved alot and this is the best team I've had by a country mile. Thank you! EDIT: I previously rated 5 stars because the team truly did such a great job on move day, but I need to drop a few stars. The team moved my squat rack and the J Hooks (which hold the bar up on the rack) have gone missing in the move. I'm sure its a simple misplacement or mistake and honestly its not that big of a deal, I've already ordered replacements. I'm dropping the rating because I've called Hero moving everyday and left messages and no one has returned my calls. It is annoying and frustrating to be ignored after I've completed payment. It was a small simple request and it would have meant a lot if they at least checked but instead I'm annoyed.
