I called AAA to get my truck towed to the transmission auto repair shop and Texas Roadside Assistance driver Aaron showed up and made my day much better and less stressful! He was super friendly, professional, and loaded my Avalanche with ease! He really made the experience so much better and easier than expected! Our conversation about the truck and life in general put me at ease and made my already stressful week much calmer and easier to handle. He put my mind at ease with all the precautions and safety measures he took to make sure my truck was safe during transport. He texted me once he safely unloaded the truck at the shop. The extra time and attention Aaron took the time to do, like asking for the name of the person he was dropping the truck to at the repair shop, made everything so much better for me. These guys were dispatched via a AAA call, originally promised to arrive within 58 minutes. Bryan, the technician they sent, called me within 5 minutes and was already halfway to my house. 5 minutes later he was here. I'm not one to throw out a lot of accolades but Bryan was well worth. Super polite, super professional, clean, respectful, and very friendly to chat with. Within five minutes of getting here he had checked my electrical system and confirmed what I suspected - battery was shot but electrical system was otherwise fine. My Jeep takes a slightly rare battery but - lo and behold - he had a battery with him. He had it installed within about another five minutes at a price that was cheaper than my local AutoZone store. I don't think I could possibly be more happy with Bryan or the experience. In quite a bit less than an hour from my original contact I was up and running and Bryan was on his way. This company is amazing and saved me big time this morning. I had to run my kid to camp and my car stalled in the middle of the road. I was able to get my kid to camp (with another vehicle) and Willie went out of his way to work on my car until I could get back. He was so kind and understanding. He went way above and beyond. Willie also set up the tow truck and worked to get me an appt ASAP. My alternator is broken and was draining the battery. Even after he left he called and followed up again that the tow truck showed up and is checking in with me later that they are able to fix it in a timely manner. I called the office to brag about Willie and they are wonderful as well!!! Timothy the tow truck driver was also outstanding!!! He came way ahead of schedule and hooked my car up quickly. He was also super kind and had outstanding customer service!!!! I will 100% be using Texas Roadside Assistance going forward and recommended them 100%. Let's start with the fact the entire process was quick and easy, from requesting assistance to having my vehicle dropped off. Kevin showed up quick, (about 20 minutes) picked up the phone and called to confirm my exact location. He was also cautious as my car was in a parking garage and was mindful of the clearance, to ensure my car on his flat bed would not hit the clearance bar. Got the car loaded on the truck and were on our way. Had a good conversation on the way to the shop too. But I can tell Kevin pays attention to what he is doing. He ensures everything is strapped down correctly, moves with a purpose, and drives great. As an P&C adjuster myself, I can appreciate the fact that he pays attention to detail. Finally we get to the repair shop, and again, the guy takes his time unloading, taking care to not damage anything and making sure my concerns were addressed. I encountered an unexpected issue with my alternator and relied on my AAA policy to have my vehicle towed to my local shop. Spencer, the tow technician, arrived on time and kept me well-informed along the way. Upon arrival, he was incredibly polite, kind, empathetic, and professional. He handled my vehicle with great care, ensuring it was securely loaded and delivered to the shop before closing. Later, another unexpected issue arose, requiring the car to be towed to a different shop. I contacted AAA again, and once more, Spencer stepped in to assist. Just like before, he demonstrated outstanding communication, empathy, and professionalism. He picked up my vehicle, transported it to the next shop before closing, and personally updated me, providing the name of the individual who received the keys. Today was a hectic day of work for me and it had gotten worse after my ride locked his keys in the car. We tried everything to get it open. We finally gave up and called AAA. They sent out a Technician named Eduardo and he was phenomenal. His tow truck was too tall for the parking garage and the car was on the 4th floor of a parking garage, he travel far and up four flight of stairs with all his equipment. Sweating and almost out of breath, but not once did he complain, he met us with a smile and got the job done. I don't know who will see or read this but if there is any reward or compensations for your employees that do their job and do it well. My technician, Mackenzie Zachary, was excellent! He contacted me right away with an estimated time of arrival AND was right on time. He tested the battery and showed me what the issues were. He provided several options for service. ultimately, I chose to have him replace the battery. The battery replacement cost was on par with what I would have paid at any other auto repair store and it is a better battery than what was originally installed in the car. It has a great warranty, too. Mackenzie did a wonderful job--even added a good coat of anti-corrosion/ contact spray to the terminals prior to installing the new battery. Aaron arrived quickly to tow my car after it broke down at home. He was professional, friendly, and really put me at ease during a stressful situation. I had the absolute worst experience with this tow company. For starters, when you call, they don't even answer the phone professionally--just a "hello," like it's a personal call. There's no voicemail set up, so if no one picks up, you're stuck calling over and over until you get lucky enough for someone to answer. Their drivers seem reliable and trustworthy at first glance, but that's just a front. They outright lied about the status of my vehicle and failed to get it from point A to point B as promised. I am thrilled that AAA contacted Texas Roadside Assistance to tow my car. Although they were a little later than their initial ETA they kept me advised. My location wasn't easy to map but Aaron arrived in a state if the art tow vehicle. Aaron was so kind; checking first to see if I was okay. He was very careful in removing a section of the car stuck in the under carriage; he didn't want to cause additional damage. Aaron was so thoughtful to send a picture of my car at the collision center. Hopefully, I will never need theur service again but if I do I'm calling them and asking if Aaron is available to help. Part I: James was my tow truck driver today, and I truly appreciated his promptness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor. Despite being given the wrong drop-off location initially, he remained patient, understanding, and flexible in getting my vehicle to the correct destination. I did not catch the name of the woman who answered my calls today, but she was just as great! Excellent service--highly recommend! Part II: Denver was incredibly prompt and attentive, just like James earlier. Unfortunately, I had to have my car towed twice in the same day, but Denver provided the same exceptional service. Texas Roadside Assistance was phenomenal today. I called Triple A and this was the provider they sent me. I had two servicemen. Both were excellent and kind. The second Eduardo went above and beyond to help me get my very dead car out of the parking garage, towed, and dropped off at the dealership in a time crunch. He also jumped my car enough to where I could get my items out of the trunk (trunk is electric and only opens with power) and transfer it to the loaner vehicle. 10/10 Texas Roadside Assistance is communicative and very responsive. Service requested pickup flat bed tow at 12 midnight. First Jesse showed up and he knew he did not have the right truck to tow my car since I needed a flatbed. He reached out to dispatch and told them to send a flatbed. He waited 45 minutes until he had to leave to another tow. And I had to wait a while but it was worth it when Ronnie show up. He was very professional and extremely polite. He treated my car like it was his own and I could not have been more grateful. Called AAA to purchase a battery replacement, and in about 20 min Mitchell arrived ready to go. He was very pleasant and efficient, and worked quickly to access my battery in order to determine if it was indeed ready for replacement. He removed the old battery and installed a fully charged new unit. He then tested everything to be sure it was properly installed, replaced all of the parts necessary to remove the battery, cleaned up his tools, and completed the transaction. Mackenzie Zachary came earlier than the Chat line for AAA said. He promptly tested my battery and the battery was low and bad and needed to be replaced. Mackenzie also noticed my old battery cable holder was upside down and the old battery was not installed right with anti-corrosion protectant spray. He corrected all of this and also removed some loose plastic thing that was loosely left around the battery doing nothing. I hope whoever hired Mackenzie will continue to hire employees like him who are knowledgable, efficient caring and friendly as well! He provided excellent service!
