I stopped by the Texas Roadhouse location and overall had a really solid experience. The atmosphere was lively and exactly what you'd expect from Texas Roadhouse busy, energetic, and a fun place to grab a good steak. The food definitely delivered. The steak was cooked well and had that classic Texas Roadhouse flavor, and the sides were great too. Their rolls with the cinnamon butter are honestly hard to beat and always a highlight whenever I come here. Service was good overall. The staff was friendly and attentive, even though the place was pretty packed when I went. You could tell they were hustling to keep things moving. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that it can get pretty crowded and a little loud during peak hours, so the wait and overall pace of the meal can slow down a bit. Nothing crazy just part of how popular this place is. Overall though, if you're in the Miramar area and craving a good steak, this location is a solid choice. I'd definitely come back again.

3-4 stars. Somewhere in between. Service was excellent. Food was good. Definitely hit the spot for a Thursday. We chose medium rare for the steaks but our amazing server encouraged us to send it back for two minutes because it was too rare - and we did and then it came back perfect. The manager actually brought our plates back and that was nice. The Mac n cheese and baked potato were topped with cold shredded cheddar and I think they can do better on that cuz everyone knows melted cheese is the best cheese lol. But overall the food was yummy! I swear I tried to remember our server's name and of course now I can't. Jo-something. Blonde hair, light eyes, super sweet!

We were here for the end of the year luncheon. We had an event menu with options that included steak, chicken, and salads. The entire came with two sides abs we had the choice of a free beverage. I started with the margarita. It was good, a little on the weak side but refreshing. Then came to famous Roadhouse rolls with cinnamon butter. I usually resist the bread but everyone was having one so I joined in. Fresh, warm, pillowy rolls with that yummy butter was worth whatever carbs were involved. I ordered the 6 ounce sirloin with sweet potato and green beans. I devoured the green beans. They were so good. I ate 1/3 of the sweet potato. It had toasted marshmallows on top which made it seem like a holiday. The steak was perfectly cooked medium rare. Some people bothered the waiter with orders of other items not included in the event menu. He was doing his very best to serve a large crowd and I felt bad. Finally, some in the group did their line dance and we were given a mini bunt cake to go by our event coordinator from our organization. Thanks go out to the staff at Roadhouse for taking care of us last week.

Another solid experience at this location. Ribs were tender and tasty. Steakhouse salad steak was good, salad was basic, and blue cheese dressing was solid. Smokehouse burger was massive and mostly good but was missing the bbq sauce. Their beer was ice cold and crisp. Pro tip use the website to get your name on the waitlist during high traffic times before you head over.

6 oz Filet Mignon and baked Sweet Potato

The steaks were good cuts, not too fatty!! My dad had the NY strip, mom had the sirloin, fiancé and I each had filets. My filet was a little overcooked, but everyone else's steak was cooked properly and all were tasty! Cup of chili as an app was very yummy (especially on a rainy day), but it could've been served hotter. The cheese topping never melted with the chili. Bread was fresh, fluffy and sweetened with the cinnamon butter. Fiancé had regular mashed potatoes which were kinda bland. My sweet potato was cooked perfectly though and I always love brown sugar sprinkled on top. Service was great and we were seated quickly! For the price point and the service, worth giving a visit!

We came for my family members' birthday and everything was amazing food, bread, drinks, and staff. Such a happy and friendly vibe. Especially when they brought out the saddle for the birthday boy to ride...LOL Steaks, Tenders, Burgers, and pork chops were all tender and juicy the only complaint for me was the mashed potatoes were not good at all but aside from this little hiccup everything was perfect our server tried to fix the Mashed potatoes but there was no fixing but Kudos to her for trying Drinks were well prepared as well the Sangria and margaritas we had. Kudos to our server Adalys she was wonderful and very attentive.

Hadn't been to Texas Roadhouse in a really long time. It was packed, but we got seated relatively quickly. When you go in it's like you've walked in to a rodeo, pretty good decor. Service was good, very attentive and came over to check on us regularly. Also if it's your birthday get ready to saddle up and give your best yeehaw! Now for the food.. this is where they lost me. First the good, they have these little rolls with soft spread honey cinnamon butter and omg it is too good! And they will bring you more bread which is dangerous lol. I wish it was all good tho... it wasn't. My dad and I both ordered burgers medium, I asked for mine cut in half he didn't. When they came out... mine was cut in half and anyone with eyes could see this was not medium. The burger was rare. I didn't send it back because well I recently watched a clip from serving and I didn't want to take my chances. I knew I could take it home and heat it up on the stove. Dad's came out medium well but that was fine, at least it wasn't burnt and it was cooked. I just ate the fries and asked for a box. Once we got all of the food that would come out from the kitchen I showed our server the burger and let her know this was totally under cooked, and she offered to take it back but... no thank you, just pls let the kitchen know, I mean it was cut in half someone could have easily seen it before bringing it out (her included). It was a little disappointing that the manager didn't at least come over to apologize tho, we didn't ask for it to be comped, but a quick visit from the manager to acknowledge it could have gone a long way. All in all, definitely won't be going back to get half cooked food. The burger was fine after I got home and cooked it myself...

Inside was a normal TR. long wait so sat at bar Waitress was very nice and did her best while managing lots of people I got a steak with salad and sweet potato. Was delicious, but have had better steaks (not at that price point). Rolls were unforgettable as always!

I've been to Texas Roadhouse a few times before, each time I was trying to convince a C Suite Member of the Salt Mine where I toil away for five days a week, that my idea is the right way to go. Leaving a meeting in the area, it was getting late and I was hungry, so The Roadhouse it is.... Once I arrived I was seated pretty quickly considering it was the dinner rush. The place is large and looks like its inspiration came from the Movie. I was waiting on Dalton to walk through telling the staff to "be nice". As I perused the menu, I realized I'd never had a Steak here, I chose a 12oz Ribeye Medium Rare with Mushrooms with a side of Green Beans, )the server tells me beans contain bacon and ask if that's okay. I replied yes.) and a Caesar Salad. Then decided to get the Snake Bites as an appetizer. I sit back and wait. Less than two minutes latter the Snake Bites arrive at my table. Much larger portion than I expected and the Snake Bites themselves were much larger than I expected. There was an unusual amount of oil on the paper in the basket. I tried one it was oily but cheesy and had a good flavor. I tried another, again very oily. My conclusion is they fry these ahead of time and drop them back into the fryer when they get an order. This, they retain more oil than they should have if fried fresh. My Caesar arrives and it was good;, about what you expect from a chain restaurant Caesar Salad. My Ribeye arrives with my Green Beans and I'm ready for a good meal. A few turns of Cracked Black Pepper over my Steak and Green Beans and I dive in. After a couple of bites of Green Beans, I realize I taste onion. I motion to the Server and ask if they contain onions and they check and confirm my suspicions. I tell him I have an Allergy and he removes them. The beans were good while they lasted. They were replaced by a standard mixed vegetable. I cut into my Steak and the first bite with a bit of mushroom was okay in fact it was good. As I cut more into the Steak, it was clearly not Medium Rare. It became Medium as I cut more, even moving into the Medium Well side of the scale. Overall, the entire meal was just okay. With the exception of the no disclosure of an ingredient in the Green Beans (that were delicious) that could have made me very very sick. It was an okay meal. If I return, maybe I'll go at some time other than the dinner rush. I'm optimistic that the quality could improve.

Chicken Critters- loaded Mashed Potatoes & Applesauce

Whoever thought of giving two butters with complimentary rolls, thank you! Every time I came to a Texas Roadhouse location, the one butter was never cutting it as there would always be left over bread but no butter left. This location was going to be a hit or miss when I came for lunch because of a previous situation with a steak but we were going to give it another try. When we arrived, we were sat extremely quickly but as we were being usher to our seats, I've notice the worker remove the extra plates from our table that a few where still very dirty with a pink sauce. The worker did remove those dirty plate as quickly as possible but due to the plates being near me when I sat down, I noticed the dirty dishes when they were being separated. Our waitress attended us very quickly with a good attitude. When it came to the food, we really never have issues unless it's how the steak is cooked. I order the Chicken Critter meal with a side of loaded mash potatoes and applesauce. My fiancé order the Chicken Critter & Sirloin 6oz medium with onions, mash potatoes and Mac n' Cheese. My food was fine, nothing to complain about but the issue we had in past happened again with my fiancé's steak being cooked medium-well with no onions. We didn't say anything about the steak as it was already eaten half way but our waitress did notice the minute she arrive back at our table to see how we were doing that the onions were missing. She did remove them from our check and it did look like she went to the kitchen as well to give them that little heads up as well. Overall, we will be back to Texas Roadhouse in the future but sadly not this location mainly because the same issue with the cook of a steak. Also, pay attention to your booth's wall as sometimes there might be posting of upcoming events!

Unfortunately this was the second time I had a horrible experience ordering a steak. Today I tried to order something different but went with the steak thinking it would be different. Nope so much pink i just kept cutting till it looked like a massacre. Maybe a different location will give me different results. The waitress was horrible her name was Taylor, and she didn't stop short of flirting with my husband

Was in the mood for a steak dinner and decided to go to Texas Roadhouse in Miramar. We arrived around 5:45 a party of five and seated immediately along with two baskets of warm fresh rolls served with honey butter. The waiter came quickly and took our orders. We noticed on the back of the menu that they have several early bird dinners. We all ended up ordering the 6oz sirloin steak served with two sides for $12.99. My sides included a house salad with tomatoes cheese and croutons very fresh and served in an ice cold bowl and a sweet potato delicious. I ended up taking half my dinner home for lunch the next day. Everyone else ordered Cesar salad that looked amazing and dressing was very flavorful. All the steaks were cooked perfectly. In addition we ordered a blooming onion crunchy and tasty served with a side sauce. The Resturant was decorated nicely and the staff performed a little dance along with music. They also had a person making balloon figures for the kids. Great place to bring the family.

The Spread: We ordered the brisket, smoked chicken, spare ribs, and baby back ribs -- yes, all four -- on one tray lined with butcher paper. It looked like a BBQ fever dream and tasted even better than it looked. The Meats: The brisket was the standout for me. Smoked over real wood for 12+ hours, hand-carved, pink smoke ring, tender all the way through. The baby back ribs were glazed and meaty with deep smoky flavor, and the spare ribs were thick, juicy, and packed with bold bark. The smoked chicken rounded it all out -- moist, flavorful, never dry. The Sides: Rice and peas with coconut milk -- fragrant and perfectly cooked. The 4-cheese mac was outrageously creamy (I kept going back for more). The sweet and tangy coleslaw was the perfect palate cleanser between bites of rich, smoky meat. The Extras: The 4-pack of sliders was a great add -- soft buns, well-seasoned patties, could easily make a meal on their own. The fries were golden and crispy. And the watermelon lemonade Kool-Aid with berries at the bottom? Refreshing, unique, and the perfect closer to an incredible meal. The Space: Big news for fans of Bare Bones -- they've just opened a brand new storefront next door with about a dozen additional tables and plenty of seating for the whole family. No more eating in your car or rushing home with takeout. You can now sit back, relax, and enjoy that tray of smoked goodness the way it was meant to be experienced. It's a welcome upgrade that somehow makes the food taste even better. This is a family-run operation with over 20 years of food experience and it shows in every detail. Bare Bones isn't just good BBQ -- it's a South Florida treasure.

I went to my printer and he said "oh my, it's so worth the wait..." Okay, so I went back - I am not going to talk about the wait because it was worth every minute - I know why people are in line and surrounding the window - this is clear cut: Fabulous meat : jerk checken, jerk RIBS! I could smell the smokiness as it floated through the air, all the spices kicking in - I am salivating... I was hungry, had not had breakfast, now its after 12... Jerk ribs? I never heard of such; that's why I was willing to back! I picked up lunch for me and printer. Let's talk about the rules: NO SIDES! they do not sell sides unless you are placing a catering order. Pre-Order? NO, not unless you are ordering 5 plates and more.... I had the opportunity to meet Chef Tally and his daughter, Tallia (obvious namesake). I almost walked off without sauce. I just cannot tell you how good the meat was - the ribs were so succulent, flavor packed - JERK RIBS. I never thought of it; I have been eating BarBQ forever, this was a twist that I am in love with. Chef has a cool operation, I was wondering how he could serve all those people - he has a killer (as in giant) smoker that gets the job done.
