It's important to note they are an urgent care, not an emergency room. The staff is attentive and friendly, with genuine concern for your malady. I can note all the times my family has visited they will see a nurse practitioner. To some that may be a sticking point, but if you need to be seen for something minor this urgent care is great. I'd definitely make an appointment online for times sake, but the onboarding is easy and you can establish an account if you need to go back. I can even say cash pay prices are reasonable. The difference was so very remarkable with everyone being so kind. The nurses did all they could to help alleviate my pain. Dr. McHugh listened to me, made an accurate diagnosis and prognosis, and offered the correct treatment plan. I hope I do not need emergency care in the future, but if I do, I will definitely go to BS&W first.

I was extremely nervous and the main OR nurse and the anesthesiologist were amazing at helping regulate my nerves. I was given anti anxiety meds and due to that I have no memory of before the surgery. Which I LOVED! Overall it was an excellent experience!
