The people at Urgent Care were friendly and quick to notice everyone who walked in. Everything can be done online, even registration. Ms Sonja (front desk) was very cordial. I registered and within 20 minutes was in the back waiting for the physician. Easy and kept me informed. 2 other patients ahead of me, quick and responsive. I was out within an hour. The Practitioner was very attentive, she gave me all the information I needed and asked all the right questions. I definitely will return where needed. Highly recommend. I found the check-in process to be easy and appreciated. the estimated wait time. There weren't many people in the waiting room when we arrived, but we were told that an emergency had come in just before I arrived, which extended the wait time. I think my total wait time ended up being an hour instead of an anticipated half an hour. I'm not sure if it was a nurse or physicians assistant that saw me first, but she was nice and polite. Both the nurse and the doctor explained everything as we went along the doctor offered to take pictures of my head so I could see how big the gas actually was and she took pictures again after she put in the staples. I think I was done within 30 minutes of being taken into the back. I didn't feel rushed they explained everything. They explained the aftercare and the doctor called in a couple of prescriptions for me while I hope I don't have to visit urgent care anytime soon. If it comes up again, I would go back.
