Today my daughter (who is 7) called me having a panic attack after leaving aerial arts early. I work during the week so her grandmother brings her. While in class today, the kids were running to get on slings and my daughter got to a sling before another little girl, who then started crying. The red headed teacher (I can never remember her name), yelled at the little girl to not cry and go sit with her grandmother if she was going to keep crying. Awful, that should've never happened, but then my daughter went to go console the girl because she has a huge heart and she's been raised to care about others. At this point the teacher BELLOWS at my daughter "(name) YOU AREN'T HELPING, GO BACK TO YOUR SPOT". My daughter has pretty severe ADHD (which aerial arts was helping with) and anxiety from issues that happened with a very mean teacher in kindergarten. When she was yelled at, my daughter went and hid behind the sling and started tearing up. My mom then asked if she wanted to go home and she said yes. After she put her in the car with her great grandmother my mom went back in to speak to the teacher. My mom walked onto the floor and said "maam" to get her attention. She continued with "you do not have the right to speak to any child like that. The worst thing you can do as a teacher is yell at a child. That was uncalled for." Do which the teacher replied "yeah, well she's ALOT" (speaking about my daughter, who we have spoken a lot to this particular teacher about her ADHD issues and my daughter had been doing so much better staying on task and really trying to learn) and my mom said "she's a lot? Well so what that. Completely out of line" and left. After my daughter called me while I was working, HYPERVENTILATING, and crying trying to tell me what happened. I am taking my daughter out of axis. I am SO happy I found an aerial arts school closer to where we live that is beginning children's classes. I was going to leave her in axis until those classes started but I refuse to subject my child to a teacher who shouldn't even be around children. It's very apparent she has no control over her temper and she has an ego the size of a yacht. I had seen glimpses of this lack of emotional control from her in the past when I was bringing her, but it wasn't to this extent so I just assumed she was having a rough day. But to let your temper get to that level while teaching small children is DISGUSTING. She should be pulled from the position immediately. Please, don't send your children here. There are two other FANTASTIC aerial arts schools in the woodlands and Conroe. She can not go on being allowed to teach children. If you care about your child's emotional well-being, you won't bring them here.

As a parent of a child with special needs, I want to share our deeply disappointing experience with…read moreFINS. When we enrolled our child, we were assured FINS would be patient, flexible and accommodating. Unfortunately this turned out to be false. At the first sign of discomfort during one of his sessions, something not uncommon for children with sensory or developmental challenges, FINS made the decision to remove him from the program entirely. We had accrued 13 make up sessions to this point and were told we could do the make up sessions during the daytime slots. But when we tried to take them up on that offer, that option was suddenly unavailable. No warnings. No make up sessions. No partial refund. No support. FINS presented itself as inclusive and understanding, but when it truly mattered they turned their back on a child who just needed some extra support. This was not just poor communication - it felt like a complete disregard for a vulnerable student and their family. To any parent considering FINS, especially those with children of special needs, think twice. This experience was not only frustrating. It was deeply hurtful. We expected compassion. Instead what we got was a business decision and this place is purely in it for the money. Our child deserves better.

The length of 14 weeks vs 2yrs was a huge selling point. The simplified classroom curriculum coupled with the extensive amount of hands on labs really saturates you with practical knowledge in a short period of time. I have already applied some of the trouble shooting techniques on my home AC unit and hot tub heater. David Dooley has been my evening class instructor and his 30+yrs of experience really comes through in his mentorship and his first hand experiences bring levity to what you are learning. If you are looking to get into the HVACR field I would highly recommend this training program.

The owner Ali and his wife Sakina Rizvi are RACIST ! They look down on kids. -Brianna Barnett snatching up kids ! -Food sitting out overnight -Milk being left out from breakfast all the way until supper time (time temperature control so that means the milk being spoiled and warm after breakfast, lunch, and supper) -Ali (owner)smoking his vape in the office -Ali and Sakina(owner and director ) making racist remarks about staff and children -Ali and Sakina yelling and screaming at each other in the kitchen and in the office in front of the staff -Leaving teachers out of ratio in the make believe room from 5:00-6:30 -Forcing teachers to work off the clock My child ( One years old btw) was grabbed and snatched up by Brianna Barnett but she goes by "Alex" the owner was informed about it and did nothing but say "woah good looking out " they hire people just to fill a classroom ! They don't properly train their teachers . The lunch teacher Erum Haseeb yells at kids . And complain saying "they cry too much " she sits and watches kids 1 years old just cry and don't try to comfort them at all . She lies because she is the same ethnicity as the owner as well . The owner wife and kids go to the daycare as well and when something happens to other kids they don't care but if something happens to their kids they going off. My kids were only here from April -August and within that time frame they have lost ALL their staff due to them quitting ! I will be an advocate for the kids that are still attending this location ! Poor babies can't talk for themselves and being treated like terribly ! It's incident reports everyday ! One day my older boys didn't go to the daycare only my youngest went that day . When I came ti get my youngest the owner "oh your older boys are outside in the learning bus " I looked at him like my boys didn't even come today . Which lets you know he doesn't pay attention to the amount of kids are in his establishment let alone knowing what kids are there . I went to this daycare due to my kids daycare closing down and it's been the WORST experience ever ! I'm so glad they are away from this daycare ! BEWARE : the daycare looks super nice ! That will get you ! The curriculum and everything , but the management and staff are HORRIBLE ! Your kids will not be treated with love and care. everyone working there is just there to collect a check and the owners just hire to have a body in a room to get more kids . If you notice all these 5 STAR comments are from their friends .

We signed him up for semi-private lessons at a facility. He had recently turned 2 and was put with a child much older than him. The first lesson was horrible as he was pulled under the water with no warning. He became so afraid of the water after that one lesson that he cried to even take a bath that night. During his second lesson I became so upset, I told my husband to go in and get him out of the water. After one month and his fear only growing, we pulled him out and didn't know where we were going to go from there. Fast forward to that summer, I was able to snag a coveted spot with Ms. Emily. The first few lesson were hard and there were tears but Ms. Emily has a special gift when working in the water with children. She is loving, patient, consistent yet firm. She establishes a bond with each child so they know they can trust her. She was a God send and exactly what my son needed. She builds a rapport with each family and it is evident that she unconditionally loves your child as she would her own. My son has swam with most of the instructors at All Things Swim. Each one is an extension of Emily's teaching. They are consistent, patient and fun. Each lesson ends with a few minutes of fun time, children always leave the water on a positive note. Our instructors always greet us by name as soon as we walk in door. It makes you feel special, not like you are just another client. My son loves going to swim and cries when it's time to leave. Ms. Emily and her team have built a solid swim foundation for my son. I no longer have a fear when he is around water. I know that he is a strong swimmer and knows his survival skills to safely get out. I love watching him grow in his confidence and swimming abilities.
