I got instructor Tylor who failed to do proper procedures/aircraft briefing and I had to file complaint with the office. The office used it against me despite having all the facts/witness presented to them regarding what happened. I have brought all the problems I encountered with instructor to the office attention , but the office would not look in to the instructor and decided to blame me customer/pilot . . (With over 700 hours total flight time). If you will have a problem with this school don't dare to speak up because you be the blame and it will be used against you :( I did have aircraft check outs done previously and instructors did proper job to make you familiar and comfortable with aircraft , but not at this school. I also asked twice to give me a call to discuss the situation and they would avoid communication and wont give me a chance with another instructor/aircraft either. Also Aircraft Cessna N904CP this school used to do the check out some of the equipment did not work at all, pilot door wont open to get out from the aircraft(HAZARD), Radio on Com2 is a problem and you cannot hear controllers or be able to communicate at all. Aircraft itself was in bad condition and I brought this to the instructor attention, he disregard it and said I failed communication. This review for people to be AWARE of this place.

The facility and every thing exceeded my expectations. I received the lesson as a gift. It became necessary for me to postpone my lesson, I phoned them, and the staff was most understanding and accommodated me, no problem. My instructor, Jade, was very thorough, and explained everything in plain English. I was at the controls and flying within seconds after takeoff. Communication was absolutely normal with the headsets. What a great gift, I'd call it a "once in a lifetime" experience that I'm looking forward to repeating.

Tidal aviation does everything to perfection. They have a luxury office, with conference rooms for briefings, and a beautiful lobby. The airport is set up with immaculate hangars and a nice boarding/valet space to enter your plane from. The CFI's had water bottles on board, and provided bose headphones for the flight. They fly brand new cirrus planes (I flew a cirrus SR20) with all the bells and whistles. Air conditioning on board kept me very comfortable, and I was able to read the instrument panel with ease. Excellent avionics. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed by their state of the art tech, where they were able to show me 3-d models of my flying. This school was a pleasure to fly with and I highly recommend it for anyone looking into an upgraded flight experience

It jumped up $75 at the last moment bc my plane was down and the only thing available was a SR-22, hence the price hike. After the flight debrief I left my bag there. Living so far I was not able to pick it up before I went overseas. When I come back the person I dealt with was fired and the current management literally said "we can't find it. We lost it. And there's nothing we can do about it." After a year of back and forth of with them to at least replace the bag that they lost/stole. Today I was told There would not be any compensation of any type, at all. And when I asked the managements email the receptionist claimed she had a meeting to go to and that she would send it later. How is this place responsible for things that fly? Now to find a new flight school with cirrus planes.

Greg is not only the owner, but he is one of the instructors and maintenance people in charge of keeping the planes up and running. He was very kind, patient and professional. I really enjoyed the non-rushed, no hard sale approach he takes. After talking with several people around the airport I discovered that its not just a front he puts on for customers, he's the genuine thing, Kind and professional and very dedicated to students success.
